El espacio de la habitación es muy muy reducido no lo recomiendo
• Did (1/5): - It's clean. So the problem is there is no power. It's currently 9:26 PM. That means when you get here, you can't have a shower. There's no AC no internet, no water, no. Television no Wi-Fi that is an issue as to be reimbursed, so I can go to different hotel. They said, no, they said, get ahold of booking. .com trying to get through the booking.com is a nightmare. It's an absolute joke pretty much the front desk told everybody here to go f*** themselves

Bathroom small, but again everything you need. Staff was friendly. well, nothing is exactly new. It has certainly seen better years! There is nothing in the area, no restaurant, no cafe, nothing. Even the gas stations nearby didn’t have a store…

Near to the airport but far away from most of the attractions in the city. There could have been more of a selection for breakfast... more fruit, yogurts etc. There was a loud noise just as I turned the lights off to go to sleep. Not sure where it was coming from but luckily it didn't last more than 20 minutes.

• Valeria (6/5): - The breakfast was fine, staff was friendly We only stayed for one night, and the experience was disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, we found a cockroach. The Wi-Fi was impossible to connect to till next morning, and the TV did not work. The refrigerator was loud, making it difficult for my husband to sleep. Next morning, the water was not cold, but barely lukewarm, and the shower area had mold.

At check out, a tiny house keeper gal saw me struggling w my luggage and offered to help). Room did not have any windows to the outside (they face a dark hallway). Room was VERY NOISY w vehicle noises from the exterior (we were not facing the highway, seemed to be from below the room). Bathroom was tiny and not very clean, the shower had signs of mold and cracked tiles. On the upside, the breakfast in the morning was true Mexican style and was delicious. Good staff in the breakfast room. They had excellent coffee.

• DomRo (7/5): - This place is okay for just one night. Overall, it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process and all interactions were smooth. They’re efficient. The breakfast was good very basic buffet, but the food was tasty The room is too small, and it has a small window facing the hallway. The washroom was also very small. At night, it wasn’t that quiet, but I could sleep somehow. There isn’t much around the place, and the restaurant closes in the evening. They sell some snacks and offer coffee and tea bags, but it’s very basic. This place isn’t comfortable for longer stays. It feels a little sketchy to me as a female solo traveler, but it was safe after all.

Not only was the staff in the restaurant exceptionally accommodating but the breakfast was great. We always use the Container Hotel when we go to PVR which is quite often and I highly recommend it.

El area de descanso me parece muy adecuada. La tv tiene un muy buen repertorio de canales. El personal de recepción es extraordinariamente amable, y los desayunos están muy bien. No hay disponibles suficientes toallas. Tampoco el agua potable es suficiente. Y el espacio de la habitacion es insuficiente por lo pequeño.

• Nancy (7/5): Would not go back - Not much Terrible location. No stores or restaurants near by to eat at. No outdoor space. Very busy traffic area. Room sparse. No water glasses, hairdryer, coffee maker, kleenex even.
• Cary (9/5): Superb - I booked the room selection that I always do but upon arrival I was told that I have to pay more to get the room I wanted. A fridge is needed so I book a room with one but I they said I booked a lower priced one without it. Very disappointed.
• Esteban Christopher Cortes (8/5): - The hotel is not a 5, parking is limited, water pressure is not great, also they don’t have a swimming pool. The Staff is great and the breakfast is a 5 stars.
• Michelle (6/5): - The room itself was ok. However, the elevator was broken for 3 days and I had a cast on my foot. We had to use the stairs. They upgraded our room to a bigger one on the 1st floor to help with the stairs. The hotel advertises "free parking", but there are only a dozen or so spots. Once the spots fill up, they block the cars in and you have to wait for the other people/cars to leave before you can get your car out. If you don't get there early enough, there is no place to park. Breakfast (such that it was) was the same as parking: limited tables that seem to fill up by 7:30.

• gail (4/5): - Two many tripping hazards. Just within the room were three different levels. having the shower and bathtub right in the room with the bed was really weird. Check in was very slow. 3 people behind the desk and only one doing the work. Worst of all was the Water pressure. if two of us used the toilet we had to wait for a while before flushing the second time. The shower was ice cold and water in the sink wasn't even strong enough to clean my toothbrush off. How would the maids clean the room with ice cold water? The layout of the containers was nice and the people were friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Not as described in reviews. The man who took care of the breakfast was friendly.
• Garry (7/5): Good value for one night before our flight home. - Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff who spoke English. Close to the bus terminal and airport. Happy hour for guest in the restaurant. Our room was very small will little room for anything but the king size bed. We had a much larger room last year. In future,, we will make sure to book the larger room.

• Leslie (8/5): Good place to stay when passing through Puerto Vallarta - Friendly and helpful staff Close to bus terminal and airport. Reasonable cost. Very good breakfast included. Your requests for prepayment via an OpenPay link to hold a reservation are very frustrating. I tried 3 different links sent to me via What's App and also via email and had no luck. On each of the 3 links I tried 3 different credit cards (Visa, Master Card and AMEX) and received an error message every time. My Spanish is not very good, and I am hard of hearing, so after going back and forth over a two day period, I was on the verge of canceling and trying a different hotel. Fortunately the person on your staff was very patient and she agreed to forgo the prepayment requirement and hold the reservation for me until 8pm on the check-in date..
