Le restaurant situé en dehors de l’hôtel et juste à côté de la piscine est très bon. Heureusement car il n’y en a pas d’autres à proximité….. Parfait pour rayonner en taxi vers les 2 temples khmers (reservation du taxi par la réception de l’hôtel) Le petit déjeuner du lundi 2 mars nous a été facturé au prix fort (parce que que soit disant « spécial » ). Nous n’avons pas vu la différence avec celui du mardi qui coûtait environ 4 fous moins cher ……

Desayuno bueno y variado, con opción de pedir huevos de todos los colores. El baño por momentos olía a tubería. Habitación interior q daba al pasillo, q estaba continuamente iluminado, no dando intimidad ni oscuridad a la habitación. Como ciudad Nang rong no tiene nada q ofrecer.

• Peter (5/5): Ok - In general the hotel was good and would stay again if a few things changed The check in was not acceptable requested safe deposit and informed not available in standard room was not aware prior to booking and after complaining this was changed by staff member maybe having a bad day but attitude was not good at first until pointed out a few errors of her ways.

• King (7/5): Overall it was okay and worth the cost. - The location was very good, we could get to the main part of town fairly easily. The room and the hotel in general was very nice, clean and modern. The TV had Netflix which I could sign into and my room and bed was very comfortable. I was there for a week and didnt use the pool because they wanted us to wear swimcaps which I found strange. I had a balcony but it was not worth using as it was too small to sit on comfortably. My room was right above the lobby so there was a lot of noise from very early in the morning so I didnt get to sleep in at all.

• Natalia (9/5): Great stay, I would stay again - Big rooms, big bathrooms, comfy beds, clean. Big pool and big gym! Breakfast was very good. For the price this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would comment on is that I wish they had added some soap by the bathroom sink. Every time I needed to wash my hands, I had to step in the shower for soap. Also, the shower curtain was cute (dog cartoons) but a bit silly for the room :)

• Xavier (2/5): A jail - Nothing The welcome lady at receptionis impossible, she not behave as every receptionist do everywhere in Thailand. She should better to work as jail officer. Nangrong, is lost village, the price of the hotel is not in accordance. The room has very small windows lire Taly watching stairs or corridor. That mean no privacy in your own room, no natural light, obliged to lighten at any time of the day. They should open a jail, they have already the staff for.

Arrived hours early after driving all night, and they didn’t even check the possibility for me to check in a bit earlier. Had to wait until check in time, period(this only happens in the most expensive hotels). Moved to a good much cheaper nearby hotel the next day where i got the room early(12:30) without even asking. No swimming pool or breakfast, but i rarely use them anway.

Room was very good in every way, so many places don't have enough shelves or desk space or chairs - your long shelp with two comfortable chairs was very welcome. Bathroom very good, bed very comfortable, we were very happy with the stay, only regret is that we could not have stayed another day or two, (or brought swimming suits for the pool) but had plans already made - thank you very much, if we return to see Phanom Rung again, we will stay with you for sure. • Andy (4/5): Disappointing - Plenty of parking and the location was central to everything. One of the room's air-conditioning units want working. This took over 24 hours to resolve, which was a pity. The rooms were very basic for the money, couldn't even workout how to usr the TV.

The staff are fantastic and there is a breakfast in the morning The hotel also has an adjoining gym and swimming pool When I arrived I had to pay 1300 baht - this I don’t understand if I was paying for the hotel before I stayed. The hotel charges 1012 baht a night - the same as staying in Bangkok. Also breakfast is an extra 200 baht. Paying 1300 baht for Nang Rong is a bit much.

Room had windows looking on to hall way. No fresh air. Terrible breakfast. No English speaking staff. Coffee machine very poor. Served cold soft boiled eggs twice. Still don't know how that can be done.
• Daniel (9/5): Great hotel let down by poor front counter - It’s a great hotel. Gym is amazing. Front counter staff need training. They give you one room key for two people. If one leaves and needs to get back in it’s a big deal. At one point they tried to charge me 200 baht to get back into my room. That was never going to happen. Give out two keys like every other hotel on the planet. The keys are worth about 10 baht and customers like me are unhappy.
