• Cecelia (8/5): Charming would stay again - Loved location and price! Hard to drop off bags or get staff directly during hours that were not 1-7pm. Cleaning can be quite load in the morning and a bit challenging to sleep in on vacation

Lite tilgjengelig betjening i resepsjon - men vi fikk kode til rom og ytterdør så vi kunne komme og gå som vi ville. Knøttlite bad og veldig hard seng, men ellers bra.

• Claire (8/5): Lovely small hotel with very comfy beds, charming decor and in a fabulous location. - Excellent location, quiet side street very close to a great square, and the room was spacious, clean and comfy! The shower is rather small, only big enough for one person (in case you are travelling as a couple). Would be helpful if they had a few bottle openers on the property for guests who buy a bottle to have in their room!

• Kristen (10/5): - The staff was friendly and accommodating. They reached out prior to anticipate our arrival and since there was availability they gave us a nicer room as well. In addition they kept our luggage safe while we walked around until our train departure the next day. Thank you Reniary for all your help. I am sorry I do not know how to say your name. Sonya helped us with our luggage as well.

• Laurie (8/5): This hotel was a great choice. - This little hotel was brilliantly located and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was upgraded upon arrival to a larger room, a lovely surprise. Although reception was only staffed between 1-7pm, they were very happy to help me to book a taxi for the following morning, the receptionist left a note for the cleaning staff to do it for me in the morning as my Italian wasn't up to the task. I can't think of anything I didn't like. It really was a wonderfully convenient place to stay, staffed by friendly employees.

• Shannon (10/5): Magnificent 10: - Beautiful, very clean, host was magnificent and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous with everything from fruit to home made patties! We loved our stay here!
• Mark (8/5): Puccini lovers smoky hideaway hotel - In the heart of wonderful vibrant Luca, a stones throw from cafes, cathedrals, piazzas and pizzas, city walls, bike hire…..everything! Someone, somewhere in the hotel literally chain-smoked all night from 10pm-3am. Then started up again at 8am. next day. I don’t understand….why did this not trigger fire alarms? The air conditioning did help to clear and filter the horribly acrid smell which permeated all our clothes and the room on the first night.

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile a darci indicazioni per parcheggi, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Molto apprezzata la TV in camera con il servizio satellitare e abbonamento SKY con cinema/sport/calcio ecc. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Veramente una sorpresa, ci ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo ad amici. Suggerirei di mettere una mensola in bagno x poterci appoggiare dei prodotti e una sedia al desk della camera.

Otherwise a nice stay - location, decor Although this is advertised as a hotel, it is managed more as an Air BnB: there was little evidence of staff at the reception, and if you arrived after 7pm, you had to let them know and get them to send a code - we found that whole system stressful, and it would be difficult for elderly people, especially if lacking IT skills/equipment. It would also seem that there is no staff presence overnight - which is worrying. If one pays hotel prices one expects to receive more of that kind of attention. We would also have liked a window in our room.
