They were very knowledgeable about the city and environs and gave helpful advice for transportation and activities. I can't think of any way for them to improve their hospitality.

• IMURA (10/5): また泊まりたい、素敵な時間と場所でした！ - オーナーご夫婦がめちゃめちゃ優しかったです！ 嵐のライブでお世話になりましたが、嵐のグッズ用意してくださっていたり、ずっと嵐の曲がBGMとしてかかっていたり。宿泊代が高いということから、冷蔵庫に大量ペットボトルのドリンクがあり、飲みたいものあれば明日買ってくるよ〜なんて、気さくに話してくださいました。1人で使うことが多い宿泊者にとって、この気遣いと優しさはありがた過ぎます! 6人部屋に泊まりましたが、1人ずつしっかり区切られていて、カプセルホテルのような感じです。枕元には充電スペースがあり、ベッド下にはそれぞれ鍵付き貴重品入れもあります。洗面台とシャワールームは共用で2つ、500円で洗濯機&乾燥機も使えるということでした。 ベッドルームのライトが明るく、カーテンが色付きで可愛いのと、天井低めなので推し活にも使えそう？なんて思いました！

• Tanvi (9/5): Homely and cozy stay - The hostel is clean and very well equipped. The bunk style bed is comfortable and has sufficient space. The owners are such nice people. During my whole trip I never talked as much as I talked to them. I enjoyed that. The breakfast and cookies are like icing on a cake. The breakfast is simple but wholesome consisting of breads and boiled eggs and coffee. And the "supermarket" cookies are so good. The location is walking distance from Nakajima park in a residential area. Streetcar and subway stations are walking distance. I used streetcar to reach the hostel and it was convenient. The stairs to bed could do with some rubber matting for friction. It tends to be slippery sometimes. Also the dormitory room is a bit congested if two people want to open their suitcase and arrange luggage

• Ami (10/5): また泊まりたい！ - スタッフ？オーナーの方がめちゃくちゃ親切で気さくでした。新築のお家に泊まったみたいな感覚。どこもかしこも綺麗で、安さ重視でドミトリーとかカプセルとか結構泊まるタイプの潔癖だけど安心して過ごせました。ベッドの下に鍵付きの部分があって、キャスター付きボストンバッグみたいなのを持っていったのでぴったり入って良かったです。 トイレも中に手洗い場がついてるくらい広いし綺麗で、洗面台にはペーパータオル、ティッシュ、綿棒、コットン等ちょっとしたのがあるのもポイント高いです。 朝食付きで、用意されてるのは食パンが4種類くらい、ジャム系、ゆで卵、マヨネーズ、塩、ティーパック、トースターに給湯器という充実っぷり。個人的に浄水機付きなのが助かりました。 北海道に行く際はまた泊まりたいです。 良くなかったとしてあげるには恐縮なくらいですが、人数に対して洗面台2台は混んだなーという印象。6人一部屋が3つくらいはあったのかな？タイミングみて滑り込んだり、大きな全身鏡が廊下にあるのでこちらで化粧もできなくは無いという感じではありました。 部屋内に、一人一つ使える棚みたいになってるスペースがあったのはとても有難かったですが、縦に3段の1番上（最初に置いていいよって言われた場所は1番下でしたが、何も置かずに出かけて戻ってきたら他の人に使われてて、空いてるのが上のみ）だったのがちょっと大変でした。 あとお風呂においてあるシャンプーはリンスインタイプなので、個人で持ってくのが無難かなという感じ。

• YA WEN (9/5): - 老闆人超好很親切，會講中文、英文、粵語，女生宿舍床、浴室、公共區域都很乾淨，空間中有洗衣服香香的味道，很喜歡這次住了5天，早餐有咖啡、水煮蛋、吐司，雖然很簡單但品質很好，一早吃有幸福感，也有洗衣機可以洗衣服，洗一次500日元，小缺點大概是枕頭有點低，高一點會更舒服，然後女宿每次進出都要按密碼，開關門有點吵。 交通上，走大概5分鐘就會到市電搭車處，10-15分鐘可以到地鐵站，行李多的人可能會有點不方便，但每晚價格很親民，能住到這麼優質的青旅，已經超讚！

• adachi (10/5): 市街中心地から離れているが交通アクセスに優れている - 市電の中島公園通駅から近く、札幌市街中心地からのアクセスが良い立地。 中島公園が近いので散歩にもうってつけ。 ススキノまで徒歩でも20分程度。 チェックインは15時以降、チェックアウトは11時。 門限は無く、コード式のロックなので好きなタイミングで出かけられる。 コンビニや24時間営業のドラッグストア、スーパーマーケットが徒歩圏内にあり、夜や朝に買い物可能。 無料の朝食(パンとゆで卵)が自由に食べられる。 無料のコーヒーやお茶とクッキーは常に食べられる。 有料だが洗濯乾燥機もある。 トイレとシャワーは常に清潔に保たれている。 日本人と香港人のオーナー夫妻は英語が堪能。 共有スペースに周辺の観光ガイドブックがたくさんある。
• GUILLAUME (10/5): Great stay even for several days - Ocho guest house is well placed, quite in the middle of Sapporo to see the gardens, the museums, access the metro, buses, etc. at walking distances. Michi and Eric, the owners are kind, attentionate, helpful and enjoy talking with the guests. The rooms are clean and the space to sleep is quite cosy. The kitchen and the amenities are clean and of very good quality. You can see that the owners put effort and money to offer the proper equipments. Breakfast is sufficient to start the day with various teas and coffees, bread, jams and eggs, ; although I bought myself some fruits to complete the breakfast. Thank you ! Nothing.

• qqdqqd (10/5): 非常有家的感覺！ - 老闆非常親切，能說中英文。 最主要是，在你入住期間，很熱心提供幫助、給予方便，以背包客來說，我覺得是不可多得的好地方、好主人！ 不到不喜歡的程度，但如果要給想訂的人一些意見，就是覺得浴室小了一些、開鎖是按鈕的，開關門吵了一些。但這不是大問題。
• Claire-Marie (9/5): Very good for location, amenities, price and well received. - Host and family very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but good. The facilities are well equipped, the bed is confortable. The location is quite good from the center (about 40min by foot from the TV tower and ōdori park) and easy to reach by shuttle bus from/to the airport! Sometimes could be a bit more clean, but it is mainly because we were many to use the same facilities.

• Thomas (10/5): Great hostel! - Great place to stay in Sapporo. It's in a calm neighbourhood, but you can reach the city centre quickly by taking the tram, which is only a 5-minute walk away. There's a Luup bicycle rental station one block away, which is also convenient at night, just make sure to set up the app beforehand. Check-in was easy, and the owner showed me around and explained how everything works. There are hangers, shelves and a locker in the room for every bed. The owners also had some great tips on what to see in the area. There's a small breakfast and free cookies. It all felt very personal. Guests were quiet and respectful. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sapporo.
• Regina (10/5): - This place exceeded all my expectations. While staying there I fractured my arm. Micki the host lady took me to the clinic she absolutely nothingdid all the paperwork there. The day I left,Eric her husband took me to the bus station. I felt really home. From all the 40 different places I stayed throughout my journey here in Japan, OCHO exceeded on all levels. Highly recommended. Absolutely nothing

• Gunny Lee (10/5): 삿포로 내 가성비 최고 - 7년 전에 방문하고 이번에 또 방문했습니다. 7/5-8 후라노 비에이지역을 방문하려고 여기를 예약했어요. 숙소는 공원과 가까워서 아침 산책하기 좋았고, 주변은 고요한 동네여서 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 에어컨도 있어서 시원했고 샤워실 온수도 잘 나왔어요. 탈의실도 있고, 화장실도 잘 구비되어 있었고 무엇보다 조식이 공짜여서 좋았습니다. 빵과 계란이 신선하고, 커피와 차도 맛있었습니다. 세탁기는 비용지불이었으나 따로 사용하지는 않았어요. 결론) 깔끔하고 조용한 게스트하우스를 찾는다면 오초 게스트하우스를 추천합니다. 오전에 나카지마공원 조깅하고 샤워 후 조식먹으면 그만한 행복이 없더라구요 굿 삿포로역까지는 보통 30분 전후로 걸렸어요. 나카지마공원역 전철을 이용하는 편이 아무래도 편하더라구요. 1예약당 1수건. 3박 4일에 1수건이라 조금 아쉬웠네요.

• זוהר (10/5): כל כך נעים שחוזרת לשם בעד כמה ימים - האווירה משפחתית, המארחים ממש זוג מתוק ונעים הליכות קצת רחוק מהמרכז אבל גם את זה אפשר לעשות במטרו. ואולי זה גם יתרון של שקט ליד הפארק

• Kuo (10/5): - 樣樣都準備好好，招待好好，從裡到外讓人由衷感到舒服愉悅的溫馨客棧。 老闆夫婦聯合可用中英日粵等四種語言和客人溝通，親切又和藹，幫忙提行李到二樓真是貼心。浴室除了傳統的沐浴乳和洗髮精，還有洗面乳！共用廚房有免費取用的餅乾巧克力和茶包，書櫃還有中文旅遊書和雜誌閱讀，對不懂日文的台灣旅客是性價比超高的旅店喔！

• Alyssa (10/5): Definitely a wonderful & safe place to stay - The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room and other facilities were organized and clean. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. I felt safe during those 3 nights of stay. There are convenience store and supermarket nearby as well. If you're like me who loves to walk or run, Nakajima Park is just a few minutes away. The best part for me: when the breakfast was prepared a little earlier than the usual time so I could still eat before running my first half marathon. • Chin Hui (10/5): 超乎預期的溫暖住宿經驗 - 民宿內裝溫馨明亮，主人夫婦開朗、親切、溫暖，整體就像一個家一樣。環境超級乾淨。晚上可以在交誼廳及沙發角落放鬆休息，或跟主人聊聊當天的見聞。這次一同住宿的朋友們都友善且注意居住禮儀，真的很幸運。位置在寧靜的住宅區，離中島公園近，早上喜歡運動，或想悠閑放空的人，這裏是首選。離狸小路和薄野走路大約15分鐘，或搭路面電車過去很方便。提供免費早餐-吐司+咖啡+水煮蛋，其他時間還提供免費餅乾、巧克力、茶包、即溶咖啡（應該是吧？），如想自行買早餐或零食，住宿巷子口有7-11，電車站附近有Lawson。 以下3點僅描述經驗，但不影響我個人住宿觀感及喜愛 1. 浴室的確是小了點，轉身略不方便 2.房間門因有密碼鎖，所以關門聲明顯 3.房間在2樓，走樓梯上樓

• 前島 (10/5): 最高でした！北海道に行く際にはまた利用させていただきます！ - とにかく内装が綺麗で清潔感があり、セキュリティがしっかりしてます！オーナー夫妻もとても優しく好印象です！ 今回ライブに行くのに初めて利用させていただきましたが、他にもファンの方が何人か泊まられていて交流しました。ゲストハウスならではの出会いもあり、とても充実した宿泊でした！ 【以下設備等について】 シャワールームは2つあって、洗顔料(メイクも落とせます)、リンスインシャンプー、ボディソープが置いてあります。シャワールームの利用時間は特に決まってないそうで何時でも利用可能です。 洗面台は少し大きめのものが2台。どちらもドライヤーがついており、台の真ん中にはティッシュと小さなゴミ箱がありました。 タオル類は、バスタオルのみチェックイン時に渡されます。連泊される方は基本使い回しですが気になる方はオーナーさんに言えば取り替えてもらえるそうです！ 個人的には朝食で、パンやゆで卵(超半熟)が食べ放題なのがとても嬉しかったです。朝食の時間以外でもクッキーとチョコが食べ放題で、インスタントの飲み物(コーヒーや、ラテ等)があるのも嬉しかったです！ 靴が濡れてしまっても玄関の框の部分にヒーターが内蔵されているらしく、乾かす事が出来るそうです。(心配なら新聞紙など詰め込む方がいいと思います) 当たり前かもしれませんが、小さめの金庫がありました。貴重品等の不安な物はそちらに入れれます。 駅から歩いて15分くらいかかるので、雪道をキャリーケース引きずりながら歩くのは少し大変でした。

Yes, it’s the facilities and the quality of everything. But more importantly, it is the owners who ultimately sets the mood. This place is a perfect example of it. • 佩容 (10/5): - The location is close to Nakajime park, where you can get away from the hustling near Sapporo station or Susukino, but still get to enjoy the convenience of the nearby streetcar & JR Line. Being in the residential area, you may feel like a local staying here. Clean, quiet and cozy. Breakfast & coffee can get you ready for the day (especially when it is snowing heavily outside). Wonderful hosts truly did make it feel like home! None

They were helpful in every way, offering great local tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. The guest house was spotless, and while the rooms were shared, it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated the sense of community. The guest house is a walkable distance from Nakajima park and Susukino area. Overall, it was a truly positive experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained stay in Japan.

Auf die Frage nach Butter zum Frühstück kam die promte ANTWORT, die ist zu teuer. Folglich nur MAGERINE. Die allseits zu findende japanische Freundlichkeit, war hier nicht im Angebot.
• Samuel Paul (10/5): Michi and Eric are really wonderful hosts and they make sure to always check on you and see to it that you are comfortab - It really is “your home away from home” due to its cozy home-like feel topped-up with the warmth of the hosts Michi and Eric as if you ade they’re own family. None of course.
