- Minerva (8/5): Pros and Cons - Its clean and the staff allow us to check in 1 hour esrlier for free. Location have food shops and convience store nearby. The bed is so low and very unconfortable for those who have knee problem. Bed dont havr motion islolation so it disturbs your sleeps when others moves.

- Lakshan (8/5): Lovely boutique hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. - Great staff, and a clean room. I appreciate the bathrooms that have a shower separator. Decent location with lots of food options within walking distance. I didn't have cash at hand for a deposit (I wasn't told during my booking). The nearest ATM requires a taxi ride, albeit a short one. It would be helpful if it was mentioned during the booking process to keep 100RM in hand.

The water pressure is excellent too, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Shower cannot adjust height, water not hot, no place to put shower gel, shower gel/shampoo provided doesn’t foam, as good as nothing, toilet do not place to put amenities, overall not maintained. Wifi not strong.

Its worst than we imagined. - Located near a lot of eatery and shops Windowless room, rusty fridge, dirty floor (ants and cockroaches found), bed mattress and pillow are of low quality, safe box not working, tiles floors uneven, tissue box and toilet roll were not new and refilled, no bathroom slippers provided, TV channels limited to just 4 Singapore channels, room walls are thin, so we can hear people talking/shouting along the corridor late at night, and also gas/water pipes running can be heard loudly throughout the night.

- Juan (8/5): My stay was better than my expectations and for a Budget hotel, I would book another room with them - The room was small and compact with a raised wooden floor. The Bed was nicely cushioned and nice to lie in. The AC in the room was able to chill the room during the night. The shower had an outlet that seemed like a hazard to me. But I believe that the outlet is no longer tied to the electrical system

Kong room was great, with the bath tub at the corner so the basin area doesnt get wet. the deluxe queen was the opposite! They didnt have a bathtub. but was expected. they didnt even have a fridge nor a dustbin. sheets were not so clean as well.

- Daydream07438006451 (4/5): DIRTY, SMELLS AND DUSTY - This hotel is simple and basic BUT! It is so dirty, dusty and smells of cigarettes smoke. We even doubt they change the bedsheets. Toilet stinks of sewage smell and the floor is slippery and slimy. You can see from the photo shared here. Hotel management need to look into this matter and train your housekeeper better. Worst is when there’s ill mannered guest that smokes in the room! On top of that I was charged a penalty amount for a tiny make up stain on their towel when your hotel has zero hygiene practice.
