- PINTA (4/5): Evitați - Locația. Am avut rezervare pentru 4 nopți, nu au făcut curat deloc în acest timp, nu au verificat dacă mai avem săpun sau sa schimbe prosoapele. Cardul de intrare nu a funcționat mereu, a trebuit să cobor la recepție de doua ori sa îl reseteze.

- Shakil (1/5): Absolutely filthy shit and disgusting we have no other words to explain - Only the location nothing else Rooms were full of smoke smell windows were Brocken inverters wasn’t working for two days no water at all in the hotel Brocken shower they wash the clothes and when the bring clothes back they were soaking wet staff wasn’t helpful at all they changed the room three time but every time it was worse than before and at the end they changed the hotel but that was worse than this hotel we had a very very bad experience never recommend this hotel to anyone

Отдельная благодарность Дилек ханым за тёплое отношение и заботу. Номер комфортный, как у себя дома: всё чисто, аккуратно, есть все удобства. Несколько раз обедали — всё было очень вкусно и красиво подано. Спасибо за гостеприимство, прекрасный приём и всю помощь. Обязательно вернёмся ещё 🙏

- ALINA (10/5): Все было просто прекрасно, рекомендуем этот отель и вернемся еще не раз сами - Все очень понравилось, персонал был очень вежлив, госпожа Дилек реагировала на все наши просьбы, очень помогла во всем, на кухне завтраки все очень вкусные, нам без конца давали добавку. Мы все в полнейшем восторге, нас на прощание сварили настоящий Турецкий кофе, даже нашли место где можно взвесить чемоданы. Отель всем рекомендуем, обслуживание и расположение отличное, Марк Анталья в 5 минутах ходьбы, трамвайная остановка рядом, можно хоть куда поехать на трамвае Немного было тесновато в номерах, но персонал отлично сгладил все углы

- Sorahmetov (3/5): Sedere incomoda din cauza amplasarii indepartate de mare a hotelului. - Nu am luat micul dejun la hotel. Destinatia noastra pentru Antalya a fost sa ne odihnim la mare. Acest hotel este amplast la o distanta mai mare de 3 km de mare, ceea ce face incomoda sederea. Un taxi pana la plaja costa in jur de 250 lire turcesti. Amplasare in cartierele mici turcesti. Camera mica si rau ingrijita , cu canalizare urat mirositoare. Pereti rasunatori. Ascensor murdar. Miros de tigar peste tot in lipsa de locuri autorizate pentru fumat. Personal din hotel care cunoaste la un nivel slab engleza. Pentru o sedere de o saptamana in camera erau doar 2 pliculete de ceai si 2 cafea, si 2 pahare de apa. Nu erau calculate necesitatile pentru toate zilele.

The hotel has a good location and the staff is helpful. - The hotel has a very convenient location, in a quiet area, close to the main city center, on a parallel street there is a super tram line, which you can use to get to the main points of both tourism and shopping. The room itself is very nice, clean and very stylish. Soft bed, cozy vibe and complete relaxation. The electric circuit breaker tripped a couple of times, but it’s good that the unit is in the room, I just opened the door of the unit and turned on the switched off circuit breaker. I understood it because of the water heater, which is located directly in the bathroom. Simply when turning on the light, TV, computer and if someone takes a shower, the electric circuit breaker could not withstand and turned off.

- Martin (1/5): Bad - I didn't like anything The staff were very rude there was no breakfast. I had stayed here before and it was fine. Its beenbtakennover by new people and they are rude and not helpful at all. I tried to pay and my card wouldn't be accepted 10 times I tries and the money was in my bank account they threatened me with violence. I am a disabled man I had new heart valves and a stroke 2 years ago and the stress of the staff caused me to go home early and I had another stroke absolutely stressful and horrible place I've ever stayed.

- Tanya&anouar (9/5): Lovely hotel with a good location - The location is in the heart of Antalya. Few minutes walking distance to the tramway, buses and a big mall. The shower with a good preasure. Good wifi and comfortable bed. For us with a toddler it was a little bit small but for a couple it will be more than enough. It was fast check in and the receptionist answered all questions we asked with a friendly maneuver. The lift was working well. The breakfast good for its price as it made as full. The remote from the tv didn't work. We couldn't change any channel even manually from the TV buttons.
- Kazdman (3/5): Poor - Location The Breakfast is bare minimum not alot there I ate outside The safe did not work I asked about it and they did not bother sorting it out. They did not clean my room when I asked they said you should tell us. Hello you know towels need to be changed everyday absolute nightmare. The toilet is right near the shower, not enough space for a child to sit let alone an adult
