The room was perfect for our family of 5 and we were extremely happy with the breakfast and GREAT fresh coffee each morning. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out Tim (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was a fellow Aussie and was lovely to hear his story and for him to provide us with travel tips whilst we were there. We had a car and parking nearby was really easy. I would definitely recommend this to others without hesitation! Nothing

L’accueil était vraiment sympathique. Personnel très sympa. Les chambres assez grandes, et salle de bain très propre. Le seul inconvénient était la propreté (poussière dans la chambre). Le nettoyage du sol n’était pas quotidien. Pas de changement de linge, ni de serviette au quotidien, ce qui était dommage.

Appreciated the guest lounge as a place to spend time before retreating to our room. Everything was well kept and clean. Towels and mattress could have been a little better. Our shower head was very low necessitating it be used as a hand held which I didn’t prefer.

Special space for common kitchen and living room. The breakfast was not really various for europe. Some cereals, omelette, bread and cheese with no ham or any other meat.

Nos resultó muy práctica la salita compartida para los huéspedes, equipada con microondas y menaje básico: pudimos preparar nuestras cenas con productos del supermercado Coop, situado a apenas dos calles. La habitación, con baño privado, estaba muy limpia y cómoda. El desayuno fue excelente, con buena variedad y unas preciosas vistas al río Aar. El hotel se encuentra un poco alejado del centro de Interlaken, pero se llega fácilmente dando un paseo muy agradable. El parking está algo alejado del hotel, pero está incluido en el precio de la habitación, lo cual se agradece. En conjunto, una estancia muy satisfactoria. Como aspecto a mejorar, se oía bastante ruido procedente del piso superior.

Our room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. Our balcony views were magical. The real gem of this hotel is the staff who host the hotel but work in the cafe downstairs. They are all amazing! So helpful, so attentive and the great food and coffee are an added bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Even on the back door entrance ,webs of spiders everywhere . No Aircon as well . Only a couple of fans . It gets so hot . Can’t open the back window the area is pretty dirty as well . Would not recommend !!!!!!!

- Kent (10/5): If you want a wonderful relaxing stay in the Interlaken region close to everything, stay here! - It was in a perfect location. Very close to town to walk around but it felt very calm and queit at the hotel.
- Helen (10/5): Interlaken stay with amazing views! - EVERYTHING! The owners/hosts were amazing and so very welcoming, friendly and approachable. they went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back! PS. The coffee was to die for! Nothing at all.

The river right out the front door was amazing, perfect for a little cold dip before bed. The amenities were everything we needed. The included breakfast was perfect, get the scrambled eggs! The staff were so welcoming and kind, felt right at home! Nothing!

- Michelle (9/5): Perfect location. - Great location and friendly staff. We stayed in the small room (as advertised) but the bonus was the balcony with amazing views. They also supplied a secure space for us to store our suitcases. Breakfast was also good. Uncomfortable bed was the only negative.

- TammyG (8/5): This inn spoke of Switzerland. It was beautiful with a fabulous breakfast and great porch to sit on. - We loved the fresh breakfast every morning! Plus the location was perfect. Scenery was great and we enjoyed being able to walk to where we wanted to be. Had trouble being comfortable at night. With a fan but it was necessary to open the windows for the cool air. Unfortunately, we were awakened several times in the night by sounds and/or being too warm. One of us slept better than the other!

- Ryan (10/5): 10/10 for great staff, location, cleanliness, and value - Great location right on the river off the beaten path. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Nice free breakfast and coffee. 6 minute walk from the train station.

It was the perfect balance between having staff available to help with our daily adventures while also feeling immersed in the community as well. The owners Tim and Kat are absolutely lovely and the rest of the staff, including Rachael and Victoria were exceptional! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Interlaken area, especially with a family that is ready for a Delicious breakfast in the morning and off to great adventures. Easy to get to from the train and bus stops and very walkable. 10/10
