• Tony (10/5): We love staying at the Belmore. Rob and Audrey are great guests and we will definitely be back again. - We’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s lovely. Rooms are clean, tidy and made up every day. Bathroom clean and nice shower. Central location so you can walk everywhere. Nothing.

• Nadia (7/5): Near the lake - The location was great. Located on the Main Street, metres away from an IGA, pub across the road & the water/bridge to Mulwala. Cafes, bakery & boutiques not far. The room itself was big & fully supplied. Very comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Quiet. Could not get the free to air channels & no wifi. Kept dropping out but was also difficult to connect.
• Janine (8/5): - The motel was on the main street, making it easy to walk to cafes and shops. There are restrictions to using the air conditioner in the rooms. They ask that you don't leave it on over night. We had really hot nights, no windows could be opened, it was a little hot house 😳 Also, thank goodness my husband is a little taller than me as I couldn't reach the air conditioner to turn it on!! There are also no plates or cutlery to eat take away or toast from the toaster that was in the room???

• Kate (7/5): - Great location in the main street The upstairs outdoor BBQ area was padlocked shut with a sign saying maintenance in progress but there was no maintenance to be seen. The owners were in Bali and the caretaker staff were very nice but said they did not have a key. We were very disappointed as the outdoor area was the reason we booked the room, had we known this was going to be closed we would have stayed elsewhere.

• Brian (10/5): - We were there for 2 nights and only arrived around 8.00 pm on the first night. To our surprise when we got back from an early morning walk to the local bakery, the room had been serviced again and new towels etc left for us. Totally unexpected.

• Jeanette (8/5): An overnight stay to catch up with friends. - Friendly efficient staff, care about the environment, great location and quiet. It’s our favourite motel in Yarrawonga. Having the hand basin in the main room is an advantage for washing up dishes if you need to but a disadvantage when using the bathroom.

• Sukanya (2/5): - It was a terrible stay at this property. 1) rooms are old and tiny. 2) no plates or cutlery, milk they pore it in a mug. No sealed packs or creamers. 3) super loud exhaust fan at the bathroom. 4) the heating is terrible with such loud sound, feels like a car is left going. This is all about the property. The customer service was the worst: 1) there are no staff , which is fine. But the owner is not at all welcoming. 2) The lady charged us for 3 people, but gave only two fresh towels. Half a toilet roll and one pack of soap and shampoo. Did not refill after repeated reminders. 3) Next day when she came for service, she refused to service when we said can you please come back in 10 minutes. 4) Without any choice we asked her to service the room while we were still getting ready. She stated abusing in-front of my 7 year old daughter. 5) We felt the owners are racist, and never had such an experience before. Strongly recommend not to visit.

They provided us a home cooked breakfast with bacon and eggs we provided. At the time we could not use the bbq upstairs so they cooked it for us with some home made relish.

The whole room desperately needs a complete makeover, and all facilities are dated. In general the room desperately needs attention.
