• Sam C (6/5): Not bad - Comfy room, welcoming staff, good facilities in the room. Carpet was dirty and tired, weird red stains on it. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Bathroom had a funny smell. Surface was clean so not too bad but could do with a good clean with bleach. Wasn't bad enough to complain, we slept well and it did its job.

• Rachael (8/5): Clean, modern, convenient - Convenient, clean, good standard of decor We only had one quite flat and small pillow each - in a double room for two people 🤷‍♀️ room was very small but we did book a ‘cosy’ double so was sufficient for a short stay.

The heating system was blowing cold air out and the rooms were not clean. There were balls of hair on the carpet and the tea cups had stains.

• Malgorzata (7/5): Za tak niską cenę jest ok - 10 min pieszo od stacji metra, przystanek autobusowy na terenie pobliskiego szpitala, Sainsbury’s przy stacji metra. Jeśli chodzi o czystość jest ok, codziennie było sprzątane, ale faktycznie wykładzina powinna zostać wymieniona, bo robi nienajlepsze wrażenie. Niestety, pierwszego dnia pobytu otrzymałam śmierdzący ręcznik. W pokoju nie było też suszarki do włosów (można o nią poprosić w recepcji).

Staff were very polite and efficient. - We booked it as it was very close to St. George’s hospital which we needed to attend for several days so it was a very convenient location. We booked the studio which was lovely but it was not equipped with any cooking pots/ pans/ utensils nor crockery so it was impossible to actually prepare a meal and we had to order takeaways and buy disposable cutlery. There was no mention of the none provision on the information on booking.com

• Richard (5/5): Refurbishment required - Bedside lights not working, it was the same 3 weeks ago The air conditioning/heating doesn't work unless you go to the front desk and as for it to be turned on. No sign of leaflet to tell you this The pile of building materials stacked up in the corridor along with a mirror and other detritis Is it not possible to clear up building materials at the end of the working day
• Ethan (6/5): A pleasant short stay if needed, but for a longer stay location and room quality wouldn’t be sufficient - The interior was modern and comfortable I didn’t enjoy the location as it feels like you’re in the hospital and opposite a cemetery too - I had thought the hotel would be separate from the hospital so just on the same road but a bit further up. Also the room was quite small - to get to the curtains you had to shuffle past the table or else you’d knock it, so the room felt very compact
