• struan (10/5): AMAZING - The managers and staff were amazing, so friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they made us feel at home. They booked hammam for us bc they knew a good place, they booked the taxi back to the airport for us, they were so helpful. The food as well was INCREDIBLE, if you go you need to eat in the riad at least one night. It was the best food I had in Morocco and I was there for a week and we went to recommended restaurants almost every meal. The swimming pool is FREEZING. More like an ice bath, think it's supposed to be refreshing but it's over the top cold.

• Claudia (9/5): - The place was just like in the pictures. Well located, breakfast was nice (most sweet things: jams, honey, hot cakes, egg, coffee, tea, bread and a piece of cake). The people were all very nice and polite. The location was just next to the entrance of the Medina. We used their taxi service from the airport, it was very good, the driver was polite and spoke in Spanish. He waited for us 1 hour outside the airport, due to a delay on our flight. Unfortunately the room smelled strongly of dampness and we could not put things in the wardrobe because of the same reason

• Julien (4/5): A fuir - Emplacement Le personnel de nuit peu serviable, En rentrant du restaurant, vers minuit, nous sommes restés 15 minutes à la porte du Riad sans que le gardien nous ouvre la porte. Téléphone du Riad tombant sur la messagerie directement.... Le gardien est ensuite arrivé de l'extérieur nous disant qu'il était allé cherché des clients! aucun mot sur la porte pour prévenir ni aucune autre information. Le petit déjeuner était minable, jus d'orange chimique, une tranche de cake et un café....bien loin des standards que nous avons l'habitude de trouver dans ce type d'établissements.
• Saqib (10/5): Memorable - We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Since we had an early flight, we requested an early check-in, and the manager kindly accommodated us without any issues. We were travelling with children, and the staff went above and beyond by always providing warm water for baby formula and boiling fresh milk whenever we asked. The housekeeping staff were also amazing — they even organised and folded our clothes. The breakfast was delicious, definitely a 10/10. On the day of departure, since our flight was in the evening, the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel so we could continue exploring before heading to the airport. Anytime we needed something, such as a hairdryer, iron, or Moroccan tea, it was provided almost immediately. I will strongly recommend it if you are planning to stay in the city centre. Also it is located near to many attractions

Ouve-se o barulho todo nos quartos, apesar de ser uma zona mais tranquila da Medina, o barulho dentro do Riad ouve-se todo dentro dos quartos dos outros hóspedes a entrarem e a saírem.

• Coant (4/5): Vraiment déçus par l'attitude du propriétaire qui n'en a rien à faire des clients... - Le personnel était sympatique et accueillant. Le riad était bien situé. Le type d'hébergement ne correspondait pas à la prestation indiquée lors de la réservation en ligne. Ainsi, nous avions réservé une chambre double standard de 18 m2. Or, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée est une chambre située au rez-de-chaussée et faisant 15 m2. Dans la liste des chambres proposées sur le site, la distinction était bien faite entre les chambres double standard et les chambres rez-de-chaussée. Le prix n'est pas le même et la chambre rez-de-chaussée bien moins chère. Notre prestation demandée et réglée n'a donc pas été respectée par le Riad. Nous avions tout de même réservé une semaine complète dans le Riad avec demi-pension ce qui n'est tout de même pas négligeable comme prestation. De plus, nous étions proches également du local du personnel de ménage mais également du local où était le ballon d'eau chaude qui se déclenchait sans cesse et faisait beaucoup de bruit dès qu'un client prenait une douche même en pleine nuit. Dès le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons demandé à effectuer un changement de logement ce qui nous a été refusé en nous demandant d'attendre le lendemain lors de la venue de la Responsable. Le lendemain, cette dernière nous a indiqué qu'elle ne pouvait pas procéder au changement de logement. Il fallait pour cela demander au propriétaire habitant en France. Elle l'a appelé et me l'a passé au téléphone. Je lui ai expliqué la situation mais il n'a rien voulu entendre et m'a raccroché au nez. Par la suite, nous avons essayé à nouveau de le contacter par téléphone et il m'a à nouveau raccroché au nez. C'est une attitude vraiment scandaleuse de la part du propriétaire du riad qui devrait être tout de même à l'écoute de ses clients. Nous avons d'ailleurs émis une réclamation auprès de Booking.com qui s'est retourné vers le propriétaire qui n'a jamais voulu accéder à notre requête. C'est donc booking qui a pris en charge le dédommagement.
• Beatriz (9/5): Muito agradável - O riad ficava muito bem localizado, perto de taxis, restaurantes e dos souks. O staff era incrível, todos muito prestáveis, simpáticos e atenciosos, só eles já fazem valer a pena ficar no Riad! O Riad é muito bonito, a piscina é grande e o terraço muito agradável. Gostava que o horário de pequeno-almoço fosse mais extenso apesar de que se avisássemos com antecedência, faziam-nos o jeitinho. A porta da wc não fazia muito isolamento e fazia muito barulho a abrir e fechar.
• MONICA (8/5): Il fascino di Marrakech - La posizione è ottima, si trova a due passi dall'ingresso del souk, vicinissima ad un punto di partenza per tour ed escursioni, nei pressi di due atm. Il personale gentilissimo, molto disponibile. Colazione e cucina tradizionali, tutto buonissimo. La struttura si trova nella Medina per cui si tratta di un vecchio edificio tradizionale, le camere possono risultare un pochino piccole ma sono fresche e comunque ben pulite. Indispensabile dotarsi di pos per permettere agli ospiti di effettuare pagamenti con carte di credito

La habitación estaba planta baja, x lo que se oia más el ruido ya que da al patio x donde hay que pasar, pero si vas a dormir a un Riad es así. Nosotros estuvimos muy cómodos Desayuno correcto, (café, zumo , té, huevos frito, bizcocho casero y una especie de crepés con miel, y mermeladas). La noche que llegamos cenamos ya que no conocíamos la zona . 20€ por persona (nos pareció un poco escasa), pero estaba bueno.

• Ismael (10/5): Difícil de explicar... mejor vivirlo. - Fuimos en familia y la verdad es que estuvimos muy muy a gusto, nos trataron con una hospitalidad que pocas veces había visto, nada más llegar nos pusieron un té y bizcocho como refrigerio de bienvenida. El desayuno, fue buenísimo, la comida, también muy buena. Siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar. Fue el cumpleaños de mi hija e Ismael sin decir nada... ya tenía una tarta sorpresa para ella (muchas gracias por esto). Esto dice mucho del tipo de detalles que tienen. Un sitio totalmente recomendable para ir. La ubicación es excelente, esta a 20 minutos de la plaza principal y vas sin problemas recorriendo el zoco. Si teneis pensado hacer excursiones en grupo, consultar primero las excursiones que ofrecen en el Riad, porque son excursiones privadas y a veces salen igual de precio que las grupales. Si volvemos a Marrakech seguro que repetiremos.

But thing can be small and still be nice but this was not the case of this Hotel. Me and my Group could not stay an hour in this hotel we had yo look for another hotel in an hour of our arrival and we checked out immediately. The Rooms and bed are so small, The pictures on the Booking.com are edited to look nice but the whole place was awful, The rooms are extremely dark new Lights are needed to brighten up the place, The bathroom need to be repainted or better still knock off the bathroom and the toilet to make one. Bedding are old and makes body itchy even by sitting on the bed, No fridge, no bins. No television the AC was not working. I even witnessed one of the cleaning staff using a bucket 🪣 to take water from the pool to wash the floor.. I rest my case.

• Françoise (2/5): L'emplacement permt de prendre une overdose de souks : traversée obligatoire pour la moindre visite - Riad assez joli et bien décoré. Personnel aux petits soins et vraiment gentils. J'hésite ... les énormes blattes dans la chambre ? La piscine inutilisable parce que froide ? Les chambres très petites et avec des relents d'égout ? Les échanges de mail avec des proprios désagréables, menteurs et psycho-rigides ? Une insonorisation inexistante (on entend autant les bruits de la rue que ceux de la chambre voisine) ? Les petits-déjeuners avec des jus d'orange industriels imbuvables ? Bref, n'ayez besoin de rien et ce riad sera parfait. Par contre, si vous avez un souci, ne comptez pas sur les proprios pour vous aider !

En nuestra habitación quizás por la cama que es grande y la habitación estrecha cada vez que bajaba de la cama me daba con el canto de la pata y eso duele... Luego la conexión a Internet no llegaba bien. Y la habitación olía mucho a humedad....
