• Cristina (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und U-Bahn) sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Der Gastgeber Manuel ist sehr freundlich und über WhatsApp leicht erreichbar – er antwortet sehr schnell. Sehr empfehlenswert!👍👍👍👍

Communication around the key pickup could be improved. Easier if this is agreed before travelling since the internet on the airport was not working properly.

And the room is close to 2 metro stations and a bus station so it’s perfect to travel by public transportation also have a great coffee shop downstairs The sound isolation is not the best so if you have problems to sleep this could be an issue.
• marazinho (10/5): - Highly recommended apartment! The location is perfect—very close to metro lines, with a bus stop right in front of the building. The Colosseum is just one metro stop away, while the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps are about a 20-minute walk. The Vatican is also within easy reach. Public transportation is extremely well organized, especially when you stay in such a convenient location. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with several nice restaurants, pizzerias, and bakeries nearby. There are also supermarkets close by—everything you might need is within reach. Manuel went above and beyond to explain the exact route from the airport to the apartment and was like our personal “navigation” the whole time :) The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

• Avagyan (8/5): Overall it was good, we enjoyed our stay. - Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very good location, excellent garden with perfect, quiet atmosphere. It was near city-center, we could basically walk almost all the beautiful sights. Also there are a lot of cafes and eating places near. Ceiling on the bed was a little low, will not be very comfortable especially for tall people.
• T (7/5): - The apartment was very clean and as described. The location is good (metro nearby). The mattress is caved-in in the middle.There's no air conditioning so it can get hot. Sleeping with open window is not really an option as the street is very noisy.

• Eckhard (8/5): Gutes Quartier für die Städtereise - Sehr persönlicher und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Er lotste uns vom Flughafen via WhatsApp zum Quartier. Eingang zum Haus über den Innengarten. Küchenausstattung war ok. Alles sauber. 5 Minuten Gehweg zur Metro und zum Supermarkt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schmal. Fenster ging zur Straße raus. Daher hörten wir den Verkehr recht deutlich.

• Richard (9/5): Un beau séjour - C'est un bel immeuble dans un beau quartier. La cour intérieure est magnifique. Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique, tous services sont présents, le métro est à proximité, a pieds on peut joindre en moins 30 minutes la zone touristique. La magnifique cathedrale San Giovannie est à proximité. Le responsable à règlé sans délais un petit problème d'équipement de cuisine. Le bruit en provenance de la rue peut-être grandement atténuer si on prend soin de fermer les volets. Rien de bien grave, le lit en mezzanine ne peu convenir à tous, mais ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. .

• Iveta (9/5): Ļoti laba uzturēšanās vieta Romas centrā. - Ļoti laba komunikācija ar saimnieku. Laba lokācija, tuvu metro un citu transporta veidu pieturas. Ar kājām līdz Kolizejam 20 minūtes pasteigas ritmā. Naktsmītnes tuvumā lieliska tratorija, kafejnīca, gelatērija, u.c. ēstuves, veikali. Plaši apartamenti slēgtā teritorijā ar skaistu dārzu. Gribētos labāku virtuves aprīkojumu, ja jau ir šāds piedāvājums, piemēram, ļoti pietrūka tējkanna. Noteikti nepieciešama informācija viesu zināšanai, ka gulta, kas atrodas citā līmenī, vecāka gadagājuma cilvēkiem ir grūti pieejama.

• Sergei (7/5): If the owner takes into account what I’ve mentioned above, this will be a very nice flat! - Great location and a helpful host. Manuel even sent me the train timetable from the airport to the city. The crockery in the kitchenette needs to be washed more thoroughly! The pan was very dirty. There’s no electric kettle! And the coffee pot is very small – barely enough for two! It would be nice to leave a little sugar, salt, tea and coffee for new guests. It doesn’t cost much, but it’s a nice touch! The mattress is very uncomfortable! It definitely needs replacing with a firmer one. The flat has a radiator, but it didn’t work all the time and it got chilly in the evening. There was no warm duvet! We asked for one, but the owner only gave us a bedspread! Most importantly: the window is poorly soundproofed! The traffic noise was very disturbing!

• Nicole (9/5): Old fashioned apartment in great location. - Great location! There are cafes in the buildings and a beautiful patio as well. Within walking distance to most sights. A fully funtctional kitchenette. The only way to get fresh air was to open the window. The street, however is noisy, so it's either noise or air. It made the room a bit stuffy at night since the bed is located on the mezzanine.

La habitación presenta riesgos de accidente. La cama se encuentra en alto y la escalera de acceso es empinada y de peldaños pequeños. Cuidado para ir al wc en medio de la noche. Enl baño es muy estrecho y en medio hay un escalón peligroso en caso de caida, especialmente con suelo húmedo. La ducha es muy estrecha (unos 75x75 cm.) . La habitación no es apta para personas con movilidad reducida o problemas de obesidad. Fuerte olo a tabaco loa primeros días (posiblemente procedente de otras habitaciones)
• Emilija (3/5): Ne idite u smestaj osim ako nije leto - Fen,wc papir,dvoriste smestaja Za mart mesec, grejanje je bilo jako slabo. Vlasnik apartmana nije bio od pomoci osim sto je ponudio da nas prebaci u drugi apartman ali ne pre nego sto je naglasio da nam vec uplacen novac nece biti refundiran. Pre toga je ponudio dodatni tanki pokrivac posto nije imao cebe a elektricna grejalica nije dolazila u obzir. Vlasnik je takodje slao preteran broj poruka sa pitanjima kada dolazimo u apartman, kad nam avion slece, kojim prevoznim sredstvom stizemo sa aerodroma itd. Odokativno vreme dolaska je dodato na booking prilikom rezervacije smestaja. Zidovi su pretanki i izolacija je katastrofa, sve u drugim apartmanima i sa ulice sa jasno cuje. Krevet je smesten na sprat kojima se stize stepenicama nebezbednim za starije ljude i malu decu. Na samom spratu, protok vazduha je uzasan i plafon je izuzetno nizak (dovoljno nizak da se udari glavom u sedem polozaju).

Da localização próxima do metro Sugestão: ter facas para poder descascar e cortar tinha dado jeito, assim como uma torradeira. Teria preferido não ter de me dobrar para me deitar no mezanine, mas foi ok tendo em conta tudo. Voltaria a lá ficar alojada.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-organized, with everything we needed for a smooth trip. The location in San Giovanni was a big plus — easy to get around Rome and super convenient for food, shops, and public transport. Check-in was simple and well explained, and the host was quick to respond and very helpful. The place felt safe, quiet, and relaxing after long days exploring the city. Overall, great value for Rome, great location, and a very comfortable apartment. 10/10 recommended! Nothing, we liked everything!

• Isabella (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole in un appartamento carino, in una posizione super comoda per visitare Roma. - Appartamento molto carino, in una posizione super comoda: metro vicina, tanti bar e ristoranti nei dintorni e il Colosseo raggiungibile a piedi. Ci siamo trovate molto bene e Manuel è un host davvero gentile. Il letto era comodo e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Per il prezzo pagato avremmo apprezzato almeno una macchina del caffè o del tè. Inoltre, chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe sentire parecchio i rumori della strada, perché le finestre non sono molto insonorizzate. In generale lo consigliamo a persone giovani che cercano un alloggio comodo e in una buona location!

Un micro-ondes serait utile.Très mauvaise isolation phonique avec la rue, la fenêtre ne plaque pas complètement...
• Magdalena (8/5): - La ubicación era muy buena. Alejada del tumulto de la Ciudad pero muy cerca del subte que conecta con los main spots de Roma. Manuel fue súper atento, hasta nos compartió recomendaciones de restaurantes! El espacio era muy cómodo para estar algunos días. La cama era muy incómoda porque su acceso era en un entrepiso donde uno no podía estar parado. La ducha también, extremadamente pequeña.

• Kerstin (8/5): Für uns war ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Rom. - Die Lage in diesem Stadtviertel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber Manuel hat super funktioniert. Die Bar vor der Haustüre für den morgendlichen Kaffee ist super. Die süßen Teilchen sind der Hammer. Haben wir jeden Morgen sehr genossen. Ringsum gibt es viel kleine Restaurants. Die Metro ist nicht weit. Der Park im Innenhof ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße.
• Edvárd (8/5): Önálló, tiszta, hiányzik pár egyszerű, de alapvető eszköz és szolgáltatás. - Gyalogosan, tömegközlekedéssel jól működött. Gyönyörű a belső park, biztonságban éreztük magunkat és a személyes holminkat is. Tiszta, rendezett a lakás és az épület is. Nagyon hangos az utca, bezárt ablakokkal is zaj van. Nincs mikró és egy vízforraló sem. Jól jött volna néhány fűszer, tea, kávé, édesítő. A hűtőben nincs mélyhűtő, pedig vettünk volna fagyit, amit otthon is jólesik. Az ágyban a matrac túl puha, besüpped, pedig nem vagyunk túlsúlyosak. Nem volt mód, hogy kijelentkezés után ott hagyjuk a csomagokat.
• Justyna (8/5): - Plusy: doskonała lokalizacja jako punkt wyjścia w każdą stronę miasta (Lateran 10minut na nogach, Koloseum 20 minut na nogach, Watykan 15 minut autem), pokój czysty, piękny dziedziniec, włoskie śniadania przepyszne i bez problemów wydawane, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, na stanie suszarka, dużo ręczników, transfer z lotniska zapewniony bez problemów. Pokój od ulicy ale przy zamkniętym oknie było ok. Minusy: na zdjęciach widać, że sypialnia jest na antresoli ale nie myślałam że jest tam tak nisko i dla osób starszych to duży problem, bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa i brak w niej półki na kosmetyki, zestaw naczyń w kuchni zgodny z opisem ale wiedząc że jest 3 gości można było dać 3 kubki a nie 2, brak czajnika (ja wiem, włosi nie piją herbat czy kaw w domach ale mieszkanie wynajmują różne osoby), wi-fi praktycznie nie działało
• Alexandre (9/5): - Le studio est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, correctement équipé, dans une belle résidence sécurisée et bien entretenue. Il est très bien pour passer quelques jours à Rome. Manuel est très réactif, la discussion facile et il pense à toutes les infos pour que ça se passe bien. Son amie Chiara qui nous a accueillis était très sympathique aussi. L'emplacement est très bien, facile d'accès par divers moyens de transports pour venir ou se rendre partout (train depuis l'aéroport, nombreux bus, métro à proximité, etc.). De nombreux bars et restaurants permettent de profiter du quartier. Le café juste en bas est idéal pour le petit déjeuner (le patron nous reconnaissait et on n'avait même plus besoin de préciser la commande) Ce n'était pas vraiment un problème pour nous mais si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, n'oubliez pas de bons bouchons d'oreilles. Le quartier est un peu bruyant, mais c'est grâce à cela qu'il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité 😉
• Tatjana (8/5): Es war ein toller Rom Trip, bei dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat! - Sehr gute Lage. Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen, nicht für jeden zugänglichen, Innenhof. Sichere, schöne Wohngegend! Zentrum zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Unkomplizierter, netter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt.
• Shu Yi (9/5): cosy beautiful loft, i loved it a lot - it is such a cosy loft studio! it is really as the photos show, and i really enjoyed staying here. the metro is close by (Re Di Roma) and there is bus 87 just around the corner, which made it very easy to get to the main city center and Roma Termini station. The apartment is like a condominium within a locked compound, which feels very clean, beautiful and safe. There is also this wonderful restaurant Shooters Roma just a walk away which serves such delicious authentic Italian food. we went there 3 times for dinner! Manuel was also very friendly, helpful and welcoming to us. A few of our italy hosts just did the minimum of providing us a room, but Manuel was more genuine as a host, who helped us as tourists. We experienced some confusing situations due to the protests and train strikes, causing our trains to delay and be cancelled. Manuel helped us by advising us what to do and which routes were better to take in the chaos. most of all, he is very responsive and replies quickly. i found that very comforting and made our communication very smooth. i was having frustrations with our other hosts in other cities and was grateful that Manuel was the best. thank you very much! the shower stall is a little squeezy, but it is not a big issue.
• Iva (10/5): Perfect place to stay. - Very clean. Location is perfect. Near are bus and metro stations. In 50m there are grocery shops, bar, pizza, restaurants, everything you need. The building is quiet. Manuel is very nice, respectful with sense of humor. I recommend it.

• Pedro (8/5): No centro de tudo e um ambiente aconchegante. - A localização sem dúvidas foi o que mais gostei! Perto da estação de metrô e ponto de ônibus que leva aos principais destinos turísticos. Ao lado do prédio, uma gelateria maravilhosa e um ótimo café ao lado direito. Muitas opções de restaurantes e também há supermercado perto. O anfitrião foi bastante solicito, respondendo prontamente as dúvidas e sempre disposto a ajudar. Ainda ganhamos 2 vouchers para café e croissants. Apartamento limpo, bem organizado e bem equipado. A definição desta hospedagem seria: exatamente igual nas fotos. Na verdade é apenas um aviso, não tive nenhum problema em relação a isso mas se você for um pouco mais alto, o banheiro ficará pequeno. Tenho 1,80 cm e fiquei no limite do espaço para tomar banho. Além disso, outro aviso que deixaria para os viajantes, seria sobre as escadas. Para quem tem limitação de mobilidade, fica um pouco difícil subir e descer em direção a cama. Reforço que não tive problemas, é só um aviso.

• Alexandra (10/5): very comfortable - A lovely and comfortable apartment – just perfect for two people. From this part of Rome, you can easily get anywhere by bus or metro. There’s also a fantastic café with excellent staff right nearby, where we had breakfast every day. Communication with the apartment owner was also excellent, and I’d really like to thank him for that. When I return to Rome, this will definitely be my first choice of accommodation.

• Johanna (9/5): I would definitely like to stay here again. It met or exceeded all my expectations! - This was a perfect location for us. There was a taxi drop off right outside the building, plus a metro stop just a short walk away. Yet, it was not right in the heart of the busy downtown. Also, the fact that the building entrance faced a lovely private courtyard was an added bonus. Breakfast was at the cafe right outside the entrance and it had amazing pastries. The gelato place next door was equally good, as was the water bottle refill right outside. Too many excellent restaurants to list here were also within a short walking distance and the host was good about making recommendations. We paid the additional fee for a pickup shuttle from the airport and it was well worth it, since we were tired from the flight and someone met us right inside the airport. Because the bed is upstairs, it could get a bit warm and stuffy. I think for our stay in early May it was perfect, but I still would have preferred to sleep with the window open. However, because the street noise got very loud pretty early in the morning, I opted to keep the window closed and just be a little bit too warm. Not a major issue.

• Naruemon (8/5): Very nice place to stay in Rome - We book 4 rooms (for 2, 3, 3 and 4 people for each). All rooms have their own bathroom and kitchen which is very convenient. All rooms are connected with the common areas with one big door to access, but each room can lock their room's door, so we can feel private and can still have fun as a group at the same time. Kitchen is fully equipped, so you have everything you need for cooking. Although this place is not in the central of Rome, the location is close to bus stop and not far from metro station (500 m). There are many supermarkets nearby that you can buy food & stuff. Also nice cafes close to the place. Also not too crowded of people around. Airport service provided is also great (good price, gentle driver, big car). The owner is also very kind, easy to contact and willing to help when we have question or problems :D If we go back to Rome again, we will for sure come back to this place ^^ Stair to go up to the bed is a bit steep and might be a bit difficult for old people. Rooms for 2 and 3 people are great but the one for 4 people (room #1) is a bit small. Hangers in the room are all attached quite high (difficult to use). TV is attached quite high from the ground and difficult to watch at the normal level (need to be on the bed to watch TV comfortably). Elevator is quite small (if you have luggage, only one person can go each round) - need to spare time if many people gonna use the elevator.

• Kateryna (10/5): It’s cozy and beautiful place for rest - Suite is located in a very convenient location, very close to the metro, close to walk to the Colosseum and other attractions of the city. In the room everything you need to relax, you can prepare your own meals, as well as have a delicious breakfast with croissants at Cafe Valentini, which is 1 minute from the hotel. The patio has a very nice garden 🪴

• Yelena (8/5): Very good - The studio is in the perfect area of ​​Rome for me. Hence the pros and cons. Close to the metro. Beautiful, gorgeous courtyard. Great cafe in the same building. There are dishes. Enough towels. Very, very small studio. If you are over 168 cm tall, have a waist circumference over 75 cm and weigh over 80 kg, then you probably shouldn't book this studio. The windows overlook a noisy intersection. Given the heat, lack of air conditioning and the inability to close the windows, it is very difficult to sleep.
• Fabián (6/5): Acceptable - It is located in an beautiful building with a internal square. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area. You can walk 30 minutes to the Coliseum (and other attractions) or take metro or bus near the apartment (well connected). Also Manuel was very kind and supportive. We had problems with the kitchen sink which doesn’t work properly and gets clogged. The kitchen and refrigerator generate a lot of heat, so the apartment gets hotter and only with a fan is not enough in the summer season (no AC). I think the refrigerator needs maintenance because works weakly and it was impossible keep our drinks or food cold. Other minor thing was that we booked five days but we got only one toilet paper, when we asked for extra we had to wait one more say because it was Sunday.
• Keiren (8/5): Excellent location, amazing compound which it’s set in, accomodating staff for our early check in - Excellent location, close to public transport but not right in the thick of it where it’s too hectic The studio is small but is very cute at the same time. It serves its purpose very well .

• Anne (4/5): disappointing due to the noise. - The communication was really simpel via Whatsapp. The host informs you directly and correctly. It was easy to go there with Metro, although it was not short to the city center. Really nice garden outside to enjoy. The appartement is really basic. Do not expect comfort but everything you need is there. The location was at a noisy street. We booked this appartement outside of the city to enjoy the silence but that was totally not possible due to the busy traffic, all night long. The window is on the street side and totally not isolated. Curtains are also not of any use. So a lot of light and noise inside the appartement. Be aware that the bed is really close to the ceiling. You can not stand in the bedroom. There is no airconditioning (we knew, but with 40 degrees outside, it was extremely hot inside and temperature did not decrease inside.

• Carole (5/5): Sleeping arrangement not satisfactory - Location was very good. Manuel and Chiara were helpful. We were accomodated to sleep downstairs on the sofa bed instead of the upper bed It was a very basic apartment. The price was reasonable. We had an issue with sleeping arrangements. 1. The steps to the upper bed were abnormal. 2. The regular bed itself was 50 inches from the ceiling with little space between the bed and walls. Suggest this is not a place for anyone over 55 as the stairs and upper bed are unsafe for these age groups

• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - The property has perfect location in terms of public transportation (close to subway station and availability of various bus connections), and in terms of proximity to tourists attractions (20 min of relaxed walk to Colosseum). The apartment was clean and sufficiently equipped for a two-person-short-term stay (small gas cooker, kitchenware, dishes, mags, small coffee cups, small mocca coffee maker, glasses, cutlery, hairdryer, basic toiletries). The entrance to the block of flats is accessed from an amazing intrablock yard with benches among green lawn and exotic trees. The owner was very welcoming and available for inquiries on WhatsApp. Minor audibility of neighbors. Windows overlook a busy street, which is hopefully quiet at night.
• Johanna (10/5): Cozy apartment with wonderful garden - It was a very cozy place with a nice garden in a “normal” district of Rome without tourist. The ice cream in the front of the apartment is delicious and the cafe on the other side also wonderful. Everything you need, you will find in the apartment
• Kasparas (8/5): Good location apartment for Rome exploration - Good location, nice and cozy backyard outside, there’s a great local place for breakfast downstairs (Caffe Valentini). The owner was friendly and answered all questions promptly. The place has a distinct unpleasant smell when windows are closed. Window insulation is not good and one can hear sounds from the street all night, so recommend getting earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
• Quint (10/5): Perfect little apartment in a nice area. (: - Beautiful little apartment in a great area with everything you need! There are dozens of restaurants in walking distance, there is a lovely garden and courtyard out front and a taxi stand outside the gate. The apartment is just the right size and has a little kitchenette, couch, and bed. (: very cozy. Everything was great! I don't have any complaints about the place. I really liked the neighborhood it was in too and I would recommend it to other solo travelers.
• Sofya (9/5): we had a fantastic time - The studio was compact but had everything for a very comfortable stay. It is located in a lovely building with a huge shared inner yard, very quiet. The area is fantastic, close to metro and all the facilities. Very friendly host who was happy to help and answer our questions. We had a fantastic time in Rome! Nothing.
