- Abdulla (8/5): - The stay at Aloft Al Ain was excellent. The service overall was outstanding. I would like to specifically highlight Kelum, the supervisor, and Mounir at the front desk. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. The check in and check out process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great care. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

- Junio (9/5): Excellent modern hotel in Al Ain square - Place is modern, bed is comfortable, place is easy to find. The area is in a modern location in Al Ain and so cool to walk around. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. The TV keeps on loading whether it is accessing YouTube or the channels.

- Alneyadi (6/5): ارجو الاهتمام اكثر في راحه الزبون - الغرفه والموقع جميل الرجل الذي فالرسبشن غير بشوش ولا يبتسم اطلاقا. ولا يحاول ان يساعد الزبون في متطلباته .. طلبت ان تكون الغرفه هادئه وبارده ولكن اعطاني غرفة بقرب اربع غرف بالاضافه الى انها حارة التكيف 22 درجه .. وللاسف اغلب الغرف ليست بارده
