Echter 1 personeelslid onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel. Nonchalante houding. Tevens onvolledig op de hoogte vd gang van zaken. Heeft mij gewoon laten staan en een ander collega gestuurd om mijn vragen te beantwoorden. Gelukkig haar niet meer gezien tijdens mijn verblijf. Accomodatie voor mij iets te rustig. Meer gezelligheid en levendigheid met muziek verwacht.

It’s understandable that a trip to Bonaire comes with a higher price tag than most trips “down south”. It would be nice if they had a meal plan for suppers to keep the price of eating out reasonable.
- Roman (9/5): Pleasant stay overall, a bit pricey, but good level of service - Good check in experience, welcome with drinks and water. Sizeable property with a lot of parking spots. Nice beach bar and service there. Pier is amazing, good to jump from and easy to get into water and swim around. Booking had differences between king rooms that is on the ground floor and the ones with a balcony on the first floor - price and pictures were both different - but the property assured that they themselves cannot promise the floor (which Booking alludes to promising via pictures and price difference) and this is also confirmed on their own website that has the same pictures for both and same price for both, unlike Booking.

Duża przestrzeń i pięknie utrzymana zieleń. Hotel jest dobrze położony , blisko plaży i kitespot. Śniadania bardzo skromne codziennie takie same. Bardzo małe pomieszczenie w kt. znajdował się bufet oraz napoje więc było tłoczno i niewygodnie.

- Nikola (7/5): - Location is very nice, a few minutes by car out of Kralendijk and close to grear snorkeling spots. The cmplex itself is well maintained with big pooös and ocean access. There were quite a few things that added up over the time of our stay: The shower doesn't turn really warm and after mentioning it to the front desk, they said that it doesn't really run hot and the only thing we could do is wait a bit longer or turn the handle a different way. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable and the room was damp all the time and smelled strongly like vinegar. Poor system of beach towels as mutltiple times they didn't have any - this shouldn't happen at a beach resort. Also, unfortunately, the absolutely not suitable for vegans. No true breakfast option, only 1 out of 4 restaurants had 1 vegan option (vegan burger) and we got told they can't accommodate as they are very understaffed. Also, no labels at breakfast buffet and when I asked for information about dairy and eggs, the reaction was very annoyed.

De ruimte op het strand en de ruime hoeveelheid ligbedden was superfijn. Ook de drie goede restaurants op het strand met hele vriendelijke bediening bevielen ons uitermate goed. De boekingsservice fysiek en via de app is erg handig voor met name huurauto, excursies etc. De parking middels begroeiing afscheiden van de terrassen. Het is niet fijn uitkijken op al die puck-ups.

- Edwin (9/5): Gewoon goed. - Het resort zelf. Van alles voorzien. Luxe en fijn personeel. De beach lounge onder de naam Bras Boer. Was grotendeels allemaal gefrituurde snacks. Voorbeeld: Gyoza stond beschreven als gelakt. Dan verwacht je a la kwaliteit Boer een gestoomde Gyoza met een klein laglaagje soya. Geen keihard gefrituurde Gyoza ondergedompeld in een dikke stroop van soyasaus die zo zout is dat je er het zuur van krijgt. Dit was zo’n 60% van de kaart. De rest op de kaart was wel goed. Ter info: Het restaurant Bras is wel uitstekend.

- Pierre-André (8/5): Très bien, un peu cher - Emplacement super, les serveuses et serveur du Kolo restaurant étaient très gentils et serviables, comme ceux de la réception. Facilite pour l’accès à la mer, snorkeling avec des tortues devant l’hôtel, les dauphins passent quand on boit un verre au coucher du soleil…. On a été très chanceux !! Literie de très bonne qualité, appartement bien décoré, les jardins sont beaux et propres. Une ou deux serveuses des autres bars sont peu aimables, mais ça ne déteint pas sur l’ensemble

- Heidi (10/5): I can’t wait to return to Delfins! - It was beautifully laid out and there are multi pools and restaurants. I spent hours in a hammock by the beach in heaven. I loved it all but be prepared because the food at the beachfront restaurant was pricey. $26 for a salad is a lot.

- Sandra (10/5): Delightful stay! Highly recommend! - It was a beautiful property. Well maintained, beautifully landscaped and has beachfront and a pier to snorkel off of! There are two lovely pools both with food and drink steps away. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Special call out to James and Sammy who helped me with a nasty wound while snorkeling at another beach. Also, important to rent one of their four wheel vehicles to explore the island. Fanny was helpful with the entire process!

Non mi è stato risposto in tempo utile a mie domande sul check-in fatte prima dell' arrivo. Check-in comunque senza problemi

- Marcia (10/5): Fantastisch. Zoals altijd. - het seminar was in het business center, welke op loopafstand is. Hetzelfde geldt voor de gym en de restaurants. Taxi service was goed geregeld. En.................... ik kreeg een upgrade naar een prachtig appartement, zonder dat ik ernaar had gevraagd. Ik kom hier zeker terug.

- Vranck (8/5): Schöne Hotelanlage für eine eine Woche - Schönes Ambiente, mehrere Pools, guter Meerzugang über Pier, mehrere Restaurants zur Auswahl, Dive Base direkt vor der Hotelanlage. Die Küche in allen Restaurants ist für meinen Geschmack zu "Friteusen-Lastig". Beispielsweise habe ich einen frisch gegrillten Fisch in diesem Urlaub sehr vermisst. Eine Reservierung im Brass Boer Restaurant war innerhalb einer Woche nicht möglich, da das Restaurant ausgebucht war. Diese Information wurde dann allerdings so überheblich kommuniziert, dass mir die Lust am Restaurantbesuch direkt vergangen ist.

- Isabella (9/5): - Sehr hübsche Anlage – schöner Garten mit riesigen Latan-Palmen; hübsches Zimmer mit großer Terrasse; vom Steg aus kann man schnorcheln und sieht überraschend viel; ausgezeichnetes Frühstück; am Abend hat man z.B. im Restaurant Club Tropicana einen guten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte und ausgezeichnetes Essen.
