- Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

- Chiarasora (10/5): - 11月に祖父母と一緒に泊まりました。スタッフさんは皆さん優しくて、居心地よかったです。また、料理が美味しかったです。囲炉裏料理ももちろん美味しかったです。2日泊まったのですが、2泊目の懐石料理も物凄く豪華で美味しかったです。祖父母も物凄く喜ばれていました。 露天風呂が使えない時間があったので、それを気をつけなきゃいけないなと思いました。

- Annette (10/5): This was a perfect getaway full of relaxation, great food and excellent hospitality! - The surrounding area was beautiful and serene! The property has everything you need and our room was well appointed. We were giving every toiletry imaginable and some very nice skincare products were available in our room and at the public onsens. The property had 3 restaurants from which we had our meals (which were amazing!!) and the lobby had free espresso in a beautiful area overlooking the river that runs directly next to the property. The food was fresh and we had locally caught fish and locally foraged mushrooms in a soup that was out of this world! The staff were very attentive and generous with their time and energy. Massage was offered onsite and the providers came to our room! N/a

- Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptionally friendly staff, amazing food and the onsen experience was amazing. We also loved the surrounding mountains. The place appears a bit old here and there and needs a bit of renovation in a few places.

- Natasha (10/5): The perfect traditional style get-away - Such a lovely and more traditional experience, the food, the people, sleeping on futon, using the kotatsu and the onsen was so nice. Absolutely loved the stay here. I'm not a big seafood person but I still really enjoyed all of the meals, there was always plenty of delicious things to eat even if there were one or two I was being picky about. There was nothing to not like. The interiors were a little dated but nothing that affects how good the stay was or how lovely the rooms and all were.

The breakfast became too Japanese for me after having eaten at ryokans for 5 days already (where your meal is set). It would have been nice to have a choice.

This is a location where the majority of the visitors are Japanese, which makes the stay most authentic. The Onsen are beautiful and dinners amazing. But, perhaps most important, the staff is extremely nice and helpful! Actually all was fine; as an European, sleeping on a futon bed isn’t always that comfortable
