• Sabena (6/5): - Staff are amazing, place is clean and very quiet at night, absolute pleasure 🙏 For the cost of a room per night i feel that the rooms could do with an upgrade, and its very small, we were literally running into each other trying to get ourselves dresses etc. Shower caps and more toiletries could be provided.

• Memela (1/5): Very bad . - The service from staff was exceptional and the place was clean. I was promised a double bed however found two single beds. The WIFI was only provided the next day approximately an hour before check out . No plates provided . The television had problems. Literally hear everything happening in the next room .

You can hear everything happening next door, plus WiFi was not working in my room. There was no Fridge and Microwave. I had to go all the way to the reception to microwave my food.

• Mashilo (3/5): Horrible. The light walls made it difficult to enjoy our stay because of the noise. - The staff is friendly and tries their best to accommodate you. The restaurant was closed by 17;00. We thought we’d enjoy a nice dinner but couldn’t and had to order in from uber eats. The walls are quite light, I could hear our neighbours singing in the shower while trying to sleep, and you can everything which is disturbing. Our shower wasn’t the cleanest, it had mold on the rubber which made it uncomfortable. The tv quality is very poor, reminds me of old satellite tv. The bed falls to the middle which makes sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. I’m unfortunately not coming back here.

• Amo Beni (10/5): - Absolutely amazing stay in a comfortable setting which included a view of the ocean from a private balcony. A real value for money and one experience worthy of being remembered. Will definitely be using Regal Inn in Umhlanga time and time again. Only one disappointment would be the TV. Limited to a few channels and not even very good reception. As a side note the wifi in my room (312) can only be accessed from the bathroom for some odd reason

• Roger (5/5): My first time experience - The place was very neat, clean and very inviting. A great holiday getaway. The staff is very warm and welcoming to. Firstly, you guys need to ensure that there is milk to go along with the teas and coffee u keep in the rooms because there was nothing so I ended up having black tea instead. Secondly, the TV channels are poor and limited, I mean u pay so much for such garbage to watch. Who in this day and ages watches SABC for crying out loud. Please do something about this, it was my first booking this place.
