- Sofia Vitor (8/5): Barulho dos hóspedes - Pequeno almoço muito variado Pessoal muito educado e atencioso Limpeza todos os dias top Boa cama, boas almofadas Boa localização, 30 minutos a pé da Medina O barulho dos outros hóspedes, muitos sem respeito a bater as portas durante a noite e falar alto nos corredores, o hotel deveria impor regras de respeito pelo descanso dos outros. Que vejam isso como uma crítica construtiva porque sabemos que vocês não têm culpa nenhuma da má educação dos hóspedes. Casa de banho um pouco pequena sem arrumação para colocar os bens pessoais.
- Ellen (10/5): - Habe drei Tage vor Anreise gebucht,es war nicht mehr viel Auswahl,hat mich an den Bewertungen orientiert,wegen des guten Frühstück.Ich bin schon viel auf der Welt rumgekommen aber das war wirklich mit das beste was ich erlebt habe.Alles frisch zubereitet Marokkanische Küche frische Säfte alles was dein Herz begehrt,lecker riesen Auswahl.Zimmer waren auch gut und sauber man hält sich eh nur zum schlafen auf.Zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Auto konnte ich auf den Hof abstellen mit Video Ueberwachung.Personal sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und nett.Ich würde es wieder buchen.Vielen lieben Dank an alle Shukran Es gab nichts

We also wasted time arguing with the staff, who blamed Booking.com instead of accepting our reservation. We noticed others facing the same problem, so overbooking seems to be a common practice here.

- hicham (5/5): Séjour Tanger - Le personnel est super accueillant, le petit déjeuner est excellent, très varié et beaucoup de choix, service au top!! 👍 Le bruit , le bruit, si vous êtes sensible au bruit comme moi, ne prenez pas de chambre côté rue, si non autant dormir dehors , j'ai passé une nuit blanche!!

Majda y Saif ambos de la recepción junto otra chica joven que no recuerdo el nombre y Mohammed durante el turno de noche amabilísimos todos. Realmente muy cercanos en todo momento Lo que menos me gustó fue que si tienes vecinos en la habitación de al lado, parece que los tengas ahí mismo contigo. Se oye todo. Deben ir cortos de toallas porque siempre tenia que reclamar Durante la segunda estancia en el hotel se olía mucho a cloacas por el WC, y plato de ducha.

J’ai apprécié l’accueil de l’ensemble de l’équipe. Équipement de la chambre assez spartiate. Salle de bain sans accessoires pour mettre son dentifrice ,sa brosse à dents . Manque un sèche cheveux.

- Jorge Luis (8/5): Hay pequeños detalles que se pueden solucionar por parte del personal que trabaja en el hotel. - El desayuno buffet estuvo muy completo, la ubicación del hotel es buena para conocer de cerca la ciudad. Tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos por dos sanduches en el room service, no tuvimos las toallas completas en la habitación y tuvimos que pedirlas en la noche sin respuesta y volverlas a pedir en la mañana.

- Sarah (10/5): - El hotel EXCELENTE, muy bien ubicado, el personal muy atento y servicial, dispuestos a atender, agradar y solucionar todo, la habitacion cómoda y correctamente limpia, el desayuno súper abundante y variado, y lo mejor de mejor sin duda, el Spa/Hamman con la atención de Fátima que no le pondría 10, sino un 20 👍🏻🙌🏻. Si debo decir algo malo, fue que el primer dia despues de ducharnos notamos que el agua se salía de la ducha y se formó un charco gigante fuera, pero lo dijimos en recepción y ese mismo dia lo solucionaron impermeabilizandolo porque nos volvimos a duchar en la noche y ya no se salía ni una gota de agua...

Me hubiera gustado tener más productos de aseo personal solo hay gel y champú.

- Michael (10/5): Da muessen Sie hin!! - Ein echtes Spitzenhotel...in seiner Kategorie!!! Zunaechst wurde ichbam Sonntagnachmittag von dem jungem Mann sehr nett und vorbildlich empfangen!! Dss Zimmer...sauber...praktisch...gemuetlich!! Das Fruehstueck ist aber der absolute Knaller!!!! Mohcine zaubert ein selbstgemachtes...dermassen liebevolles Bueffet....das kann man sich kaum vorstellen!! In meinem mehr alls 50 Jahren Reiseerfahring habe ich in tausend Hotels gewohnt... Aber so eine Rafinesse am fruehen Morgen...das habe ich bisher erst 3 mal so erlaubt!!! Ganz grosses Lob!! Alles perfekt...und zu dem Preis!!
