• Christina (9/5): Great hotel for a relaxing (yet active) weekend - The facilities of the hotel were amazing. on the ground floor of the hotel there is a fully equipped gym that the visitors of the hotel can use, as well as a pretty complete spa with access fee 15 euros per day. Also there is a bike shop for rentals (very convenient since there are great biking routes). The restaurant is also pretty high standard and offers a variety of options for dinner. Lastly parking is super convenient and hotel easy to reach It is on the slightly expensive side. Still I consider the value for money high

Check-in zu kompliziert und zeitraubend. Lange Wartezeiten beim Check-in. Zu wenig Platz für Gepäck und Klamotten. Kein deutscher TV-Kanal.

• Frank (6/5): omgeving was fantastisch, maar consumptiemogelijkheden waren summier - personeel was gedienstig kamer was goed Ontbijtbuffet was niet mogelijk tijdens ons verblijf. Dit was ons niet bekend bij het boeken. Er was geen mogelijkheid om 's avonds in het hotel te dineren. Dit was ons wel bekend bij het boeken. In de bar konden we geen alcoholische drank nuttigen. Vloer van de douche was ontzettend glad als deze nat werd.

• Matosi (8/5): - Hotel très propre, situé pas loin des restaurants et autres.. Magnifique pour de belles promenades à pieds ou à vélo. La seul chose qui a fait baissé la note c'est les lits ! Pour un couple deux lits simples qui sont rapprochés et pas du tout confortable car il y a un espace entre ... du coup on ne dort pas très bien.. ceci n'est pas précisé lors de la réservation ( seul les suites ont un lit double ) Dommage !

Nous reviendrons probablement encore. - Nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois , tout se déroule très bien lors de chaque séjour mais lors de notre dernière visite, le restaurant était fermé les trois jours, je n’avais pas pensé à regarder avant de réserver et cela a été une grande déception. Il semble que qqs travaux devraient être faits dans la partie spa, surtout par rapport au supplément que l’on donne. Et il manquait les lampes sur le parking.

• Kris (8/5): Zalig verblijf! - Ontbijt supergoed, buitengewoon eigenlijk. Personeel heel leuk en heel vriendelijk. Het welness centrum is heerlijk om te vertoeven en tot rust te komen. Het is spijtig genoeg toch iets verminderd tegen een paar jaar geleden. Stoelen in de taverne zijn versleten, hier en daar zie je dingen kapot, maar die worden blijkbaar niet hersteld. Ook in onze kamer liep de wastafel afloop niet goed door en de douche lekte. Het eten in het restaurant was ook nét iets minder dan wat het vroeger was. Maar al bij al toch nog een héél knap hotel en een zalig verblijf.

• CJE (6/5): redelijk - Ligging op weg naar de snelweg richting Nederland. Uitzicht op natuur, koeien. Landelijk. De hygiene én dat je voor het zwemmen 15 euro moet betalen voor een halve dag. We wilden na een lange tocht een uurtje zwemmen en voor het vertrek vóór het ontbijt. We kozen het hotel uit omdat het hotel een zwembad had.

• Odzodz (4/5): Just respect your customers...they are not numbers! - The hotel is beautiful...perfectly maintained, spacious room, perfect bed ...perfect bathroom. And very affordable....a pleasure. Now the service...do not ask for a drink after your 1000 km trip, you obviously annoy their rules...they ll give it to you out of pity...do not show up 10 minutes before bkfst close, you annoy them...they already started to clean and they give you a table by pity...do not try to work on a table in the lobby, they are none...you ask for a table at the restaurant (50 of them, not a chance they are fully booked on a thursday)...that annoys them as well...They can offer you a meeting room at 100 euros though if you do not want to work in a sofa for 6 hours....I left and went to a local tavern, was warmly welcome at last in Remouchamps, they disconnected nicely a TV for my laptop... I am not complaining on the staff here, they were actually really trying to heIp but they are just locked up! I am saying this is another example of this abnoxious management that does not care at all about service, treating their employees as mere executing rules robots because some guy who never did set foot in a hotel knows better what to do than them. R hotel is everything that is wrong with this dehumanized world. Making you believe you are special for your instagram shot, while treating you as a sheep in a supermarket. Let your staff do their work!

• Eric (8/5): Un cadre agréable pour un bon rapport qualité/prix - Facilité d’accès (proche de la sortie d’autoroute et de la région liégeoise), accueil pro et souriant, propreté de la chambre, petit-déjeuner correct. Un point d’attention : les joints dans la salle-de-bain, en particulier celui de l’évier. Je m’explique : le cadre est agréable, la chambre est propre… le joint de l’évier est craquelé. Un détail, oui un détail, qui mérite d’être rapidement et facilement traité afin de maintenir la bonne perception globale. (Oui, en voyageant régulièrement, on devient attentif à certains détails)

Prix execif, pour juste une chambre, sauna hammam piscine ne son pas dedans, hôtel froid en tout sence, personnelles d accueil sens plus est les autres inexcistent, ne von pas ver les gens. Est nous avons constater des odeurs désagréable d égouts. Je ne reviendrai plus, d autre station en Belgique que nous avons fait plus reste plus chaleureuse. M me sel.
