- Nolwandle (7/5): Great Stay - The room was cleaned daily. Working aircon and hot water. Staff was friendly. Great Wi-Fi. Central location. Hotel although not a 5 star, they are really trying and you can see that they are actively improving the premises. For what you are paying, its value for your money. I emphasize that it's not a 5 star accommodation, but it is very comfortable and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Hotel although central, is on a gravel road and was quite intimidating when the Yango driver took the road. I soon realized the area was safe as I walked comfortably from the hotel to the city centre. Pictures on Booking.com are outdated. There is no restaurant on the premises. The staff were really accommodating and allowed me to pay later when extending my stay while I located a card machine. No card machine on site. No proper allocation for shower as water spills to the toilet when showering.

- Margaret (2/5): Staying in a slum! - Food and drinks were not available at all. The pictures are a few years out of date. The restaurant looked as if it had been closed for a long time. Even though they said it was closed for renovations, no work on it was observed. Wifi ran out every few hours. The rooms were moldy and although there was a fridge in the room when you went out all electric shut off so you went back to warm drinks.

- Guillaume (5/5): It was OK. It could have been better... - The hotel is well located. The personel is nice. I was allowed late check out for free (I checked out at 5:30pm instead of 12 noon). The salubrity is problematic and the equipment is neglected. Internet connection is poor and I had to look for a coworking space to work serenely. The bed was comfortable. The glass of the bathroom window was broken and from there the mosquitoes get into the room. there is nothing to clean the feet. After the shower, the guest is obliged to enter the room with wet feet...

Cuando llegué no encontraban mi reserva y no había habitación como la que yo había pagado, así que me pusieron en una un poquito mejor, pero me tocó esperar como media hora y eran las tantas de la madrugada. Me habían prometido transporte para el congreso al que iba y al final me tocó buscarme la vida, porque solo lo ponen si se alojan muchas personas que van al mismo congreso y eso deberían decirlo, porque negociar taxis cada día es agotador, por no mecionar el dinero que implica. No obstante, el personal fue muy amable y he estado cómoda.

- Bastou (4/5): Room Sanitary - Room have no windows and smell humidity. Very dangerous for someone that suffer allergy. That concern all single room and some superior room. Please make sure of your room confort before getting there.
