• Valerie (2/5): - This room was disgusting to the point I'm seeking a refund with my bank. We showed up after booking the king suite with the hot tub. The manager brought us into one of those rooms then said we couldn't stay there. I thought he meant because it was blatantly filthy and had to put us in a different one because it needed to a cleaning still, but it was because we only booked for one night according to him and you're only "allowed" to have the hot tub rooms if you book multiple nights. That wasn't mentioned absolutely anywhere in the listing. We instead got put in a room with three double beds. For two people. The AC didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, TV didn't work. After driving an hour to get there we decided to just say but it was one thing after another between the filth and weird things. Hello kitty shower curtain put on backwards in the shower. A sign saying no service animals on the front office which is illegal. The parking lot was fine and safe. The manager repeatedly tried getting us to agree to stay there for a week even after we said we weren't interested. I can not recommend staying away from this location enough.

• Gail (2/5): Pick another spot... - For some reason, I reservation went in under two different names and the hotel manager wasn't willing to look even though I specifically asked him to. He then tried to charge for another room for $200 more, even though both rooms booked had cleared the account already. We checked the room and the bathroom was gross. Since we didn't have two sperate rooms like we reserved and werent going to pay $200 more, we left. Hotels.com refunded the rooms and we went somewhere else after 90 mins of driving in circles trying to find somewhere else. He called and told me he found the other reservation under the other name I asked him to check. He said he refused to refund, and we should return but we had already checked into another hotel, which was cleaner and less expensive and had rooms. He hung up on me.

If you just talk to him, you should be fine. He is patient and nice. This wasn't the owner's fault, there was a man walking around and asking dumb questions who didn't seem to have a room there. This was during checkout, he walked off somewhere after the owner kept asking him what room he had. I don't think the guy had a room and just showed up to give the owner a hard time. I suggest the owner hire security for his property's safety.

• Mary (2/5): - This property was very dirty and numerous fire code violations. Bugs ran across the floor in front of us. Floor so sticky when you walked across the floor your shoes stuck to it. Very nasty.
• Jennifer (4/5): - El hotel no lleno nuestras expectativas, no contaba con heat o aire acondicionado adentro de la habitación, la tenian como central, la habitacion tenia acceso a un cuarto con varias cosas tipo bodega y la puerta que fa acceso no tenia la chapa de la puerta buena. La habitación tenia un olor fuerte a sucio y viejo. El televisor no funcionaba y el control del mismo menos, no habia bote de basura, el microondas y refrigerador ni siquiwra estaban conectados y estaban sucios.

• Jason (1/5): Never Stay Here - Nothing The staff was miserable. They came into my room when my daughter was getting ready and just walked in and starting yelling us. Crack pipe laying at the edge of the property. Dirty room with a sticky floor. Broken shower with a broken door in the bathroom. Dirty sheets with nasty pillows (thank God I brought my own) never again will I stay there. If you think you should... DONT EVER!!!

• Ramon (6/5): - Hot tub not to clean and poor hot water and bathrooms to heating to long to warm the room no trash can have to asked for one. Pillow and bed I give it a 6 out of 10 towels old not to good
• James (2/5): - Gross.. i booked for 2 nights.. i got there at 8pm Friday night.. it took a half hour to get checked in.. i checked out within 10mins of seeing the room.. the toilet had no top to back of it.. dust and dirt in every corner.. the cover for the bed had burns in it .and they used white duck tape to cover bigger holes, 2 towels for 2 days.. it was ridiculous..i thought i was being Pranked ..
