- Kozak (2/5): Waste of everything. - Absolutely nothing. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. This was a terrible experience. The 1st room they put me in was full of mold, so was the second and third room . The fourth room they gave didn't smell of mold, but was very dirty. There was hair on the bedding and in the bathroom. I'm bald, so the foot long hair was not mine. I wanted to leave but they refused to refund any money. They also charge for having guests. The first night the elevator broke and I was on the 6th floor. Unfortunately I was there for 3 nights.
- Vieee (6/5): It was pretty good. - The staff were very accommodating, were always smiling, and adjusted to our needs. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was clean. The door of our room has a defective lock. There was no parking area outside. We needed to park our car somewhere else.

Molds are all over bathroom. Need to be separated the water from the shower instead of just having 1 deainage.

I moved 3 times to have a comfortable room. 1st room a/c leaking 2nd room not good ambiance 3rd the toilet sink spoiled and the toilet stink. The key card. We cannot go inside because of the card. Almost 30 mins we stayed outside. We waiting for the housekeeping to arrived, She never smiled and she is not polite. And also the other receptionist tell to my brother to may extra money for every one hour stay, without asking first if they are going to sleepover or not. But the other lady receptionist is very good and the guard also very nice. The super down side is, they ask me for additional 500 pesos, since I booked online.they say that is for their office. That is not fair.

Was told theyll put me in a temp room with no working faucet until the other room is vacant/cleaned. This is after that I've already checked in an hour late. Ended up settling in the second room two hours after check in time. Attendants were inhospitable and lacked pride in the work they do. Very unprofessional.

- Shannon (8/5): Nice, comfortable hotel. - The usual beautiful, friendly & courteous customer service the Philippines are world-famous for! Room was very comfortable! The last couple of days of my 10-day stay I started noticing serious issues with water pressure in the bathroom but I was on the top, (7th.), floor, also! I thouroughly recommend it as a place to sleep close to Manila!
