• D (1/5): awful - it was right in the beach it was disgusting the room was nasty the air-conditioner had mold the floors were so disgusting we had to wear socks tk keep our feet from getting black. it was awful

• Meghan (4/5): Very disappointed - It was close to the beach had a good view. The pictures online are definitely from when the place first opened. There was rust all over the room , the doors didn’t shut all the way , the place is in need of a lot of repairs, the door in the bathroom is so water logged it’s coming apart , the toilet overflowed every time you flushed it . Just wasn’t what I expected. I paid for 4 people to stay we had 2 towels and was given issues when my husband would bring the dirty back to get clean towels .

• darlene (7/5): My day was OK, but it needs upgraded - I like the room. The room was nice. It was an oceanfront like I asked for but all over motel. It really needs a new upgrade on it. I’ve never stayed on the south end before people in and out all night long slamming doors babies out there crying in the hallways in the middle of the night, but the room was cleaned and nice. Never seen a hotel staff. What I liked about the property it was right there on the beach

• Quinteshia (4/5): Wasn't worth the $107 I paid - The receptionist let me switch rooms when I notice they don't have elevators for my disabled daughter. The room was hot when we entered had to put the ac on 65 to cool it down. The rooms need to be updated. The floors and walls need repairs and repainted. The ice machine and the drink machine didn't work. The housekeeping didn't wait until check out time before trying to come in the room.

• Poulami (9/5): Oceanview room made our stay well! - The room was very spacious and we got a direct view of the ocean!

• Brianna (3/5): Y’all are going to make Someone sick please change sheets - View and staff was great and very nice but bed kinda hard most may like that ((but when I was leaving I alway strip the beds so the maid don’t have to and it’s mold growing in the sheets that I slept on and my pillow and i did not feel good my whole stay I know why now bed are not being changed cleaned floors are not being Moped I used a towel to wipe floor and just nasty

• CcGc1998 (1/5): PICK A DIFFERENT PLACE TO STAY! THIS ONE IS THE PITS - The location and that was THE ONLY THING. even the view was not that great. No elevator, as someone with bad knees this is the pits! The bed was just HORIBBLE, Hotel is so run down, it's really true, you get what you pay for. This place is on the NEVER AGAIN PLACE TO STAY
• Wright (4/5): First time here - The price was good for this time of year. And a 2 bedroom for that. I did not like the stairs, 3rd floor was a killer. And the room smelled funny and out dated. Really need a update.
• Billie jo (5/5): - Being right on the beach Its very old no updates done , people next to use where fighting so loudly i called 911 on them sounded physical between man and woman. Not worth the price at all had to go to hotel next door to register and get extra towels office it there

There was no bugs seen in the room which is a big plus . The price of the room was very nice too . The shower only had cold water most days . The toilet was clogged and when call the front desk from cell phone because no phone in the room . They instructed me to come get the plunger from the office to take care of it then return the plunger .

• Racheal (2/5): Ocean front property, but not comfortable. - Ocean front rooms No water pressure, rooms to include the walls and doors even were absolutely filthy, microwave had an awful smell and looked like it hadn’t been wiped out in years it was disgusting, the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed just the bed made up, the frames were rusted through nearly and made horrible popping cracking noises when you moved it at all to sit or roll over. The air unit had black mold in the vents and hardly worked at all. The door to the porch didn’t shut correctly so it was hard to lock it. The entire property smelled strongly of marijuana the entire stay.

• Heather (2/5): - There was mold on the beds, lamp shades, bathroom, ceilings, a lot of the metal in the room was rusty. The microwave the inside of it was very rusty. The floor was very dirty and damaged, the sheets were dirty. No room service we had to go ask for towels and no one stopped to take trash. The office isn’t even in the building it’s in days inn next door. There was a tree growing ONTOP on the roof. The hall stairs were covered in trash as was the parking area due to no janitor service, the hallway was also just filthy, this was a very poor run down hotel, I would of found a new place to stay if I wasn’t there just for a short time, we went out and bought new blankets and sheets due to the ones there being moldy and dirty there was even what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheet so I’m unsure if they even change them between rentals. I wish it would allow me to upload photos because I took photos of it all.

• Kelly (1/5): This place needs destroyed and rebuilt under new management. - Absolutely NOTHING Everything the place was a dump, full of BEDBUGS, cobwebs and never cleaned, floors were dirty Absolutely disgusting and when asked for a clean safe and clean place to stay he showed us 2 other rooms where their were bugs crawling on the bed in plain site. The guy at the desk didn’t care about our room and was completely unprofessional is the best thing I can say about him. I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay in this place.

The first thing, when I walked into the room, I turned on the lights and roaches ran across the floor. The chair in the room was utterly disgusting black from dirt and filth.

The blackout curtains were fantastic We could hear everything going on outside. The motorcycles woke us up quite a bit (not fault to hotel) but beachfront might be a better option if you are a light sleeper. The floors definitely need to be replaced (just scratched and stained)

• Marina (2/5): Terrible - Only the location The facilities are terrible, very dirty, the floor looks like it’s never been mopped, the bed covering is moldy, the baseboards are filthy with dust, the bed squeaks all night, towels are thrown in the hallways, trash is blocking the stairs, there’s a bad smell, and cockroaches. I don’t like to complain, but unfortunately, this hotel is not something I can recommend.

• Lillian (2/5): - This place is awful! It doesn’t even match the pictures in the listing. There is rust, mold, dirt, trash, and lent everywhere. The humidifier had backed up dust and lent. The pool was dirty. There is no kids pool. The chairs and picnic tables are broken. The rooms are filled with rust and mold. The furniture has old dust on it. The floor was so dirty it made my feet turn black. This place is awful and trashy. It needs to be shut down. I tried to talk to someone about the issues and to get my room cleaned. NO ONE CAME! The front desk lady at Days Inn because you have to check in next door didn’t even care! Horrible attitude and place to book. They need to be looked in to the rooms are ugly and filthy. Even the way to the beach is unsafe. You can’t cross through unless you step through the beach grass that’s overgrown. Not satisfied at all with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. They have broke microwaves, little fridges, and phones in there that don’t work. Why have them? Beware before you book here. Don't get tricked like i did. The AC was also broken. There is no elevator. My small children and I had to walk up four flights of stairs. Nasty and disgusting hotel.

I was put in room 105 after requesting a higher level. And the room was nasty, had bugs, was filthy, and looked like a prison cell.

• Craig (6/5): Hole in the wall. - Pictures online are very deceiving. Hotel is actually closed. You have to check-in at the naboring hotel. No housekeeping or maintenance on call. No elevator. Not handicapped friendly. Parking lot is small and grazzy. Rooms are small, outdated & cluttered.No phone , coffee makerBeds are mount in old spring frames that squeak every move you make. Shower is very tight. Not suited for a large size person. I could go in but you get the drift.

Trash laying in hallways. They did not mop floors. A/C unit barely worked, and it’s all busted on the outside. We never got cool. The walkway to the beach is so overgrown you can barely see it. Either way, the mold is as bad as I’ve ever seen it anywhere in my entire life. Microwave was busted. Fridge was busted. But unfortunately there is no refunds. ***NOT SAFE FOR KIDS***

Hotel needs to be torn down...

No phone at room to connect reception. They gave wrong mobile when asked give contact . No coffee kettle at room . Water pressure at shower is very Low takes lot time to take bath.
• William (2/5): Disappointment at Beachcombers!!!! - Outside was not clean at all! Crack heads smoking crack by pool and in stairways, needle cap at bottom of staircase. Housekeep could only do so much she was very nice and courteous and did what we asked of her! Other staff was nice enough to let us check in early and very polite while others were rude! We were extremely disappointed for the price we paid for the room, we had basically a window ac unit that performed very poorly, a phone that was supposed to make free local calls that had NO CORD (so no phone!!!) And no elevator so had to walk all our suitcases and baggage to the 4th floor... This was a family trip and there was drugs everywhere in this motel!!!

• Kristen (6/5): - We checked in around 4:30, no one was at the front office and door was locked. Another person checking in had to go search for someone to help. For the price, we didn’t expect perfection. There were dents and dings, chipped paint, poorly patched ceiling, especially in the shower area. None of this was a huge deal. The bottom bed frame was squeaky and rusted, rust was on the floor because of it. Bottom of lamp was rusty and looked like it had been sitting in water at some point. Balcony railings were 5 feet high. We wanted an ocean front view so we could relax and look out to the ocean but were unable to see over the railing! Yeah we could see through the slats but definitely not the same thing. WiFi hardly worked. It didn’t even show as an option for the entire first day we were there. No bugs though and front staff were friendly.
