Guest Reviews
- Sarga (2/5): - The place is awful… looks dirty; the pool ls abandoned, no clear instructions for check in, no staff available, a/c not enough for the size of the room, tv doesnt work, wifi barely works, parking by the street.
- Depusoy (1/5): "1/5 stars. Disappointing experience. Not family-friendly." - None They did not let us check in after we paid via Booking.com online. We waited for 4 hours in the hotel but no one was assisting us. No one was replying to the call and email, even the fb page. They know that we have a minor child, but still, they did not accommodate us thats why we end up looking for walk-in hotels. Too bad and very inconsiderate.
Zero stars! Paid booking ignored, 4-hour wait, no assistance. Unacceptable treatment, especially with a minor child."
2. "Disappointing experience! Booking confirmation not honored. Poor communication."
- Princess (2/5): - Would not recommend!
- Anonymous (4/5): Lower your expectation - The receptionist' service skill is on point. Regardless of the situations, she still managed to deliver with an extra mile. The pool is empty. The cable tv on our room is not available. The amenities are poorly maintained. The beach is good for the feet beauce of its rocky surface.
- Joseph (2/5): stinky smell - Not a child friendly Hotel. so many mosquitoes. Toilet in bad condition bad smell, that I wasn’t able to sleep properly. no one will hell you at night time for your concerns no staff at night time.
- Michael (6/5): - Very dated amenities in the room. Shower has no pressure
- Godornes (8/5): The resort is not as fancy as compared to neighboring resorts. The beachfront is good for snorkeling - The price was very competitive compared to nearby resorts. The staff were easily reachable and very accommodating. The staff also recommended a boatman to us to take us around the area. Best if the resort accepted payments via ewallet or bank deposit. The pool was closed and not usable but was included as amenity of the resort. The breakfast was always hotdog and eggs. The restroom can still be polished and cleaned to look better. There were two cockroaches in the room when we checked in.
- Dizon (7/5): If you are not so choosy and want to save money you can stay here - staff are kind, rates are affordable not so well maintained and common area are not so clean
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - nice breakfast clean room damaged pool
- Dov (5/5): one time was last time - nothing was special there, it seems basic hotel room is small, shower heater installed in poor location ,and seems unsafe
- hubert (4/5): A éviter.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff was very nice and certainly tried to accommodate us, though their resources seemed limited. There was not a front desk per day, but a kitchen where you could hopefully round up the manager for a roll of toilet paper.
This hotel is listed as a resort, but really should not be. It was clean enough, but the bed was not comfortable. The views were nice however, and we did enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset on the top “lookout” level.
- Ulrich (6/5): - Es ist ein wunderbarer Platz um sich auszuruhen und um Stille zu genießen
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great staff. Quite a climb to reach parking. Water is beautiful. Beach, not so much
- ASantos (4/5): Hotel needs a lot of fixing - The staff are nice but the hotel needs a lot of fixing
- Marimar (6/5): - unable to consider brownout from 1 am to 6 am. Room was good and new.
- Timothy (8/5): Great Views, Quiet Motel - Nice place about 1 hour from Batangas port. There is a pool by the ocean but no sandy beach. You are right on the ocean. Great views!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Room is very nice but my grandpa cant sleep - I surprised my grandpa and my grandma and their reaction at first they were shock because the stairs is steep they have 86 steps of stairs we went to the room 101, the bed is nice and all around the room is ok Then we went to room 204 and after a hour the aircon is very noisy no wifi in room so we slept after a day we went to the beach and i like it my grandpa and grandma went to the beach and they love it and at my second stay at night its brownout we cant see anything even the outside its so dark and my grandpa said he cannot sleep because its brownout after a day the breakfast is yummy we ate lunch and my grandpa said the sinigang is not yummy so my rating is ok and also they said it's always brownout in their place
- Verified traveler (6/5):
