The staff were also kind, and helpful - truly a blessing for us after such a stressful day. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Would gladly stay here again! Flawlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable

We had the rooftop room, it was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. They had an elevator for easy access. We felt very comfortable and safe. The staff was also very friendly The air conditioning didn’t work in the room we had booked but since the weather wasn’t bad it didn’t affect our stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich irgendwie nicht individuell regulieren.

- Judita (10/5): - Išskirtinai švaru, puikus personalas. Lokacija nuostabi - centras per keliolika minučių pasiekiamas pėstute: barai, restoranai, lankytinos vietos. Jei būtumėt išrankūs maistui, galbūt pritrūktų įvairovės. Bet būtiniausi pusryčių dalykai yra: omletas, dešrelės, daržovės, sumuštiniai, blyneliai, jogurtai. Mes gyvenome viršutiniame aukšte. Labai gerai girdėjosi tramvajų eismas ir net jautėsi vibracijos. Mums netrukdė visiškai, bet galbūt kitiems svarbu žinoti.

- Michela (8/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione per poter raggiungere tutte le attrazioni turistiche sia a piedi che con i mezzi. La camera era abbastanza comoda e silenziosa. I receptionist sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La colazione è stata discreta. Ho potuto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out senza problemi. La camera è stata pulita approssimativamente durante il soggiorno e gli asciugamani non sono stati mai cambiati fino a quando ho chiesto in reception di darmi quelli puliti. La camera è dotata di un frigo ma vuoto e al mio arrivo nel kit di bevande c’era solo una bustina caffè. Nei giorni successivi il kit è stato riempito senza nessuna richiesta da parte mia, probabilmente una svista.

- Minyeong (10/5): - 시내가기 가깝고, 방이 층고가 높아서 방이 커 보입니다. 찻길 옆이지만 조용합니다. 조식은 종류가 다양하지 않아요. 리필이 자주 안됩니다.

Gute zentrale Lage aber auf lauter Straße (Straßenbahn) Fenster zu Straße kein Problem, aber wenn die Klimaanlage im Mai noch nicht funktioniert, wird es in der Nacht entweder zu warm oder extrem laut. Frühstück schwach, schlechtere Rühreier habe ich noch nie gegessen.

Posizione strategica, tutto raggiungibile a piedi o con i mezzi a poche decine di metri.

- nalan (9/5): - Tesis merkezdeydi ve gezilecek yerlere Charles köprüsü, Prag kalesi, Vaklava nehri Astronomik saat kulesi gibi yerlere hep yürüyerek ulaştık.Biz aile odasında kaldık ve odanın büyüklüğü çok iyiydi.Otel temizdi ve birçok Avrupa şehir otellerinde olmayan konfora sahipti.( otel terliği, banyo kiti, havlu hariç bir de bornoz, 2 odada da yeterli büyüklükte gardırop vardı).Prag gezi planı yapacaklara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bizim kaldığımız oda caddeye bakıyordu.Otel önünden devamlı tramvay geçtiği için gürültü oluyordu.

- Альбина (6/5): Rude administrator, but good rooms - Nice rooms, a lot of space inside, really nice location! Breakfast was kinda poor but it’s okay, you can still find something nice to eat!:) The administrator was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. He also appeared untidy, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We tried to avoid interacting with him as much as possible. He was an older, heavy-set man. At check-in, he insisted on seeing our residence permits, even though our passports should have been more than sufficient. He was unable to clearly explain why these additional documents were necessary. When we politely asked about the possibility of a late check-out, he repeatedly interrupted me, did not let me finish speaking, and dismissed the request in a very disrespectful manner. This was the only staff member we had issues with. In contrast, the younger male receptionists who usually worked night shifts were absolutely wonderful - friendly, professional, and a pleasure to communicate with. Honestly, his attitude towards guests completely ruined our mood. Because of this experience, we would not choose to stay here again, even though the hotel itself is good value for money.

- Roman (9/5): Modernes Hotel in Zentrumnähe mit angenehmen Ambiente. - Zentrale Lage, neue Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, Kapselmaschine u Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Grosses Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und gute Ablagemöglichkeiten. In unserem Dachgeschosszimmer war der Dachstuhl sichtbar und schön ins Ambiente integriert. Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu aktivieren (bei unserer Ankunft lag die Temperatur in unserem Dachgeschosszimmer bei 28 Grad/C). Es wurde aber nach unserer Reklamation sofort ein Ventilator bereitgestellt, der dieses Problem löste. Für mein subjektives Empfinden waren die Betten / Matrazen sehr weich.

- gazzano (8/5): Direi tutto perfetto. - Pulizia perfetto- buona colazione- Buona posizione rispetto al centro di Praga. Ci si può Spostare a Piedi e nei dintorni ci sono negozi e servizi di ogni tipo. La camera standard è abbastanza grande e confortevole e dotata di tutto (frigorifero- bollitore-cassaforte-) nonché silenziosa perché adiacente su un cortile interno e molto luminosa. I cuscini del letto non sono confortevoli- Il termostato era a 26° gradi e non era possibile abbassarlo. Faceva troppo caldo. Nei primi due giorni avevamo solo 2 asciugamani per due persone compresi quelli per la doccia poi sono stati aggiunti senza averlo richiesto, probabilmente una svista. Comunque in generale siamo soddisfatti

- Petrina (10/5): minunat - Amabilitatea personalului in special tanarul care era la receptie in momentul cazarii a fost foarte amabil , zambitor , ne- a dat toate informatiile de care aveam nevoie, chiar daca am ajuns dupa ora 23.30 ,( un om foarte cald , primitor si respectuos). Camera au fost curata , micul dejun bun , locatia foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice , transportul in comun circula foarte bine ajungi usor in orice loc .

Havalimanından sırası ile 59 numaralı otobüs-nadrazi velaslavin durağından metro A hastına geçiş-müstek durağından B metrosuna geçiş ve narodni trida durağında inişten sonra otel 2 dakikalık mesafede ve şehir içi tramvaylar hemen otelin önünden geçiyor. Check in saatinden önce bagajlarımızı muhafaza ettiler. Resepsiyondaki görevliler yardımcılardı. Odamız günlük temizlendi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Şehir merkezindeki ana güzergahlara çok yakındı. Bu sebeple şehir içinde otelden yürüyerek her yere gidebildik. Bizim açımızdan Keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Tavsiye edilir

- Linn (8/5): I would recommend this hotel, and if I return to Prague, I would definitely consider staying here again! - We liked most things about the accommodation — the room was nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly! The hotel is also very well located, just a 10–15 minute walk from the Old Town. The only downside of the room we stayed in, on the top floor, was that it became incredibly hot at night. Even though we kept the window open, the air didn’t really circulate, and we all woke up several times during the night because we were sweating. It wasn’t even particularly warm during the day, so I don’t even want to imagine how hot it gets in the summer.

- Martin (9/5): Príjemné miesto na kratší pobyt - Príjemný hotel, výborná lokalita, vãčšina izieb v tichej časti vnútorného dvora, chutné raňajky. Izby nedisponujú mini chladničkou a postrádali sme aj otvárač na fľaše, takže extra pivko na izbe si veľmi nevychutnáte..
