• Grace (8/5): - Very beautiful and spacious rooms. We were lost was not easy to locate. We came from SA, they wanted us to pay in Usd only. We couldn't use our cards to swipe. I had to do a global transfer . It was inconvenient to us.

• Nyagwande (8/5): Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would recommend this place to others. - Breakfast was tasty. They delivered what they promised. The Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. Also, for hot water provision, the geyser should be ready once the guests checked in.

• Innocent (1/5): Bad - They accepted my booking via booking.com for the deluxe chalets on arrival they increased the price and demaned more money after driving for 45 mins to the place i was denined the pre confirmed rooms, i was so greatly inconvinienced had to search for another place and it was late in the night and they are so close to Mbare we could have got hurt or robbed.

• Ella (4/5): stay else where - Comfy Bed + air conditioning Dead flies in the bed, no water pressure in taps or shower or hot water. Restaurant was actually a local bar and playing loud music all night. Please don’t stay here if your a young female solo traveller, i didn’t feel safe.

We had to ask towels found 2 small towels on the bed no bath towels. The towels are now off white colour!!!! The staff are excellent we could not find the location Wellington guided us and came to pick us up. The rooms are very clean and tiled beautifully.

Outside was beautiful The room was full os mosquitoes, cockroaches and it was not clean. The windows could not close properly which allowed for mosquitoes to enter de room easily. There were no air conditioning.
• Kenneth (1/5): The description is deceptive, the rooms are shoddy, the property is infested with Mosquitoes, there is no fans or air co - The staff tried hard in difficult circumstances, however the owners need to rethink the description of their services Basically everything. The description on Booking.com is completely false. If I was to give it a start rating I would struggle to give it 1 star

• Patricia (1/5): Do not stay here - Located close to the Masvingo road. The bed was big and comfortable. This place appears to be used for day guests/ hourly guests. We stayed as a family for a night. We had arrived late in the night and needed to stay near the A4, Masvingo road. Condoms were advertised by reception staff and sold at reception. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms was disgusting, we had to shower wearing our slippers. There was no hot water to shower with and the water pressure was poor.

• Memory (2/5): Not enjoyable at all - Bar should at least close at 9pm to allow the guest to rest. My two nights were restless due to noise that went on till the early hours of the next morning. I felt like l threw my money into a drain as l did not get the full rest l needed.

Such an institution should have a generator to ensure availability of electricity for guests
