I hope it’s reversed. I didn’t get a chance to verify as the person was having difficulty correcting it , but my card is still on file. I had to leave quickly as my Uber to the airport was waiting. Lovely view and right in the middle of the action. Right across from the ball park.

Dan is the man who was working the fromt desk kicking the black people out of the lobby but letting the white people do whatever they want. Dan treated us like we werent paying guests who paid $300 for ONE night. They knew a lot of people there was for the cardi b concert but he only targeted my black mother and i!!! Would never stay here again and I will be telling everyone I know to boycott this establishment and their racist comments and treatment.

SATOSHI (1/5): Room is like a ball room - Staff and Breakfast and Cleanliness are nice. Heavy bass coming from outside were so crazy. My room was like a ball room due to it. I asked front desk at 11pm how long it will last then she said it's around 2 am. Like she said it kept disturbing us until the late 2am. Hotel is the place to get sleep basically so I could say it's a mega problem even if everything else is excellent.

I booked a balcony king and the hotel called me to confirm I was still coming but when we got there told me the room I wanted was not available . They stated they upgraded me to a king suite overlooking the stadium but when we got to the room is was was one one small window with an obstructed view. There was a raggedy couch and glass table in the sitting area. It literally looked like a conference room they turned into a suite. Then the shower floor was so dirty with mold build up on the grout. AC Marriot is usually a very nice hotel but I would not recommend this location

Ci siamo presentati in anticipo di una mezz’ora/ quarantina di minuti rispetto all’orario di check in proprio per sfuggire alle conseguenze della neve. Ci hanno fatto accomodare subito in camera, staff eccezionale, preparato e alla mano, consigliando il da farsi per il nostro soggiorno. Stanze silenziose, con vista, e molto pulite e ampie. Palestra h24, bellissimo rooftop che gode di vista magnifica (anche se gelido) dove si può affittare un “igloo” con stufa e ordinare aperitivi. Servizio valet (45$) e colazione (18$/persona) costosi ma comprensibili. saremmo rimasti un ulteriore notte, ma avevamo necessità di spostarci, anche in mezzo a una tormenta, ma sarà motivo per noi di ritorno in un momento migliore dell’anno!

Not totally clean - we found an empty coke bottle under the chair in our room. Charged for valet parking even though we parked our car out front ourselves and it was never moved. It was Xmas so we understand it wasn’t busy and a skeleton staff but don’t find it fair to be charged valet prices.

number1vote (8/5): Igloo fun times - We did the igloo experience. Max was a great server. He was attentive. Our only complaint was that it wasn't very warm. The heater might have been the issue. Appetizers were tasty and the drinks were good. Loved that they had non-alcoholic options too. It was an enjoyable time despite the igloo not being super cozy warm.
Anna (7/5): Great location , but check ahead on game day extra charges - Great location, rooms were large and comfortable . We paid for valet and assumed we may be charged for another day due to Bengals game (we were going and planned on leaving car and picking up after game around 4:30) but at checkout we were told there was a $100 charge for game day parking and that there may not even be space for us. In the end, there was, but $100? I feel like we should have been told at check in that you have to have car out by a certain time and the subsequent charges . The entire reason we paid $100 more to even stay there vs another upscale downtown hotel was so we could walk to stadium. So, already we were paying a premium, an extra $100 on top of that seemed exorbitant . Also, after dinner we had to go back downstairs 3 times when our key didn’t work . Staff said it may be the door battery, and it was. But, after twice you would think staff would have come up with us vs us having to walk back down and then call and the wait on someone to come up and let us in.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the service was friendly from start to finish. Check-in was fast and professional, and the lobby bar was a great place to relax. Staff at the bar were welcoming and provided quick service. My room on the 3rd floor was a nice size with a comfortable king bed. It included a fridge with two waters, plenty of storage space, a safe, coffee maker, work desk, and a couch with a table. I also loved the large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The bathroom was spacious and well-stocked with amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and shower gel. There were plenty of towels as well. The elevators were quick and convenient. The lobby was beautiful, and checkout was just as quick as check-in. I also visited the rooftop, which was really nice with excellent service. For parking, the hotel offers valet parking if you prefer not to use the garage. We chose the parking garage, which was convenient with multiple entrances and exits around the hotel. It was $23 for overnight parking (one night), and it only took about five minutes to walk from our parking spot to the hotel entrance. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

johneU3561VR (10/5): Work Party - Our waitress was very attentive. The igloo was just the right temperature. We enjoyed our igloo experience. The only complaint, if there is one, is at the end, she offered water which seemed like it was complimentary, but we were charged for each water.
