And when refund because they overcharge by accident founddown otherwise i got charge extra $81.60 and they make it hard to refund and only refund $80. The staff Jo is very attitude and rude to me. - Christopher (6/5): Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient, but the poor customer service and non-working WiFi - I had a great stay at this property. The accommodation and facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is a real highlight, with supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. There’s also a petrol station just across the road, which was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! However, our experience at reception was disappointing. When my sister arrived to check in first, the lady at the front desk was quite rude. When the rest of us arrived later, her attitude was still unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the WiFi did not work for the entire duration of our stay, which was very inconvenient. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed. Aside from these issues, the stay itself was comfortable, but improved customer service and reliable WiFi would make a big difference.
- Simon (7/5): Ignorance is Bliss - Convenient location A stafe member at reception changed our cabin and downgraded the four men in our group to a very small older style cabin when she realised we were on motorcycles. She passed judgement a little too quickly, missing the fact it was a group of four "Australian Veterans.

As a family with a child who uses a wheelchair, the space and layout made such a difference. The cabin was so spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to meet our needs. It truly made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to come back!” The only downside was the lack of an accessible ramp to the games room, as there were only steps. With my son being in a wheelchair, it was quite tricky having to lift him — especially while I’m pregnant. Aside from that, everything else was absolutely fantastic! We truly had a wonderful stay

Staff monitored behaviour at the waterpark and pool, and corrected unacceptable behaviour. The cabin was comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs (2 x adults, 2 x children). We are very impressed and will be back We have no complaints at all

The splash park and all the amenities for kids are great. The cabin (deluxe) we stayed in has only 1 very old ac unit in the living room. To cool down the 2 rooms we have to keep them all open. We stayed during the heatwave cause we don’t have an ac in our rental. Sadly, their unit did not cool down the house and we ended up staying right in front of the AC the whole afternoon, with our 5 month old baby. Toilet seat and aircon need an upgrade.

- Cordelia (10/5): Although just a quick stay over night we made great use of the jumpy pillow and playground that was thoroughly enjoyed b - Cabins very comfortable, the lawns and gardens make the space feel very inviting. There is lots for the kids to entertain themselves and it’s walking distance from super markets making it easy to stock up on supplies before continuing on our travels.

I cant imagine many would not stay anywhere that does not have free wifi included the room stunk which made the stay extremely unpleasant. if i wasn't so exhausted i would have requested a room change. furthermore, although linen was clean the pillows need to be disposed of, unfortunately a couple of them stunk. there was no accessible power point to charge phones in the bedroom, not to mention barely any space to move around in there. it would of also been nice to have an option of extra blankets given it was freezing. Perhaps it was a wrong choice for me to choose a caravan park but i was disappointed with the decor given the price. I travel a lot for work and this has by far been the most disappointing stay.

Kids all had the time of their lives!
