Fadya (2/5): - Almost all lamps in the room not working. No staff or reception. Everything with WhatsApp chatting. No Soap in the room. 4 days they could not supply coffee cups. From a few years nobody checked the room for needed maintenances. No TV, although this was in the pictures of the rooms, even in the basic rooms.
ANNIE (6/5): - C’est sympa de fournir une cafetière nespresso avec 3 capsules mais il serait aussi préférable de fournir une tasse pour verser le café. Sans tasse pas bien facile de boire un café. Il serait aussi bien de remplir la boîte de mouchoir jetable. Je ne vois pas trop l’intérêt de laisser une boîte vide.

Dieter (8/5): - Das Hotel steht vor dem Umbau oder Abriss und Neubau. Daher ist es etwas unansehlich und der Balkon vernächlässig. Bei der Buchung gab es etwas Verwirrung, doch durch die online Begleitung von freundlichen Hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter innen habe ich das buchen und einchecken wunderbar geschafft. Ihre Namen sind Darleane und Maryem. Herzlichen Dank an Beide
Peter (2/5): - positiv: Es war sauber negativ: - Vier Lampen im Zimmer davon war eine kaputt und eine zweite Lampe ohne Birne - kein Fernseher im Zimmer - Keine Bar oder Restaurant im Hotel wie in der Beschreibung?!?! Nachbarn sagten uns das es das schon seit Jahren nicht mehr gibt?!?!?!

Harun (4/5): It’s cheap and still not worth it. Avoid. - Overall a pretty horrendous stay. Our parents’s Panoramic Double Room’s plumbing did not work, so they were moved to a lower tier room. Yet we are not even being refunded the difference in the rooms. Additionally, our Panoramic Double Room was in poor shape: massive dust bunnies, broken bedside sconce, missing shower head, no facial tissue provided and expired free water bottle. Customer service was meh. There is no one on-site at all, so all communications are done over chat and at a delay. The property’s proximity to the train station is the best thing going for the place. I can’t even say the price was good because, while it was cheaper compared to other places in the area, it was too expensive for the poor quality of our stay.

El estado de las habitaciones muy malo y pesima limpieza. Encontre sobras de comida del huesped pasado. Terrible no lo recomiendo

Carlos (2/5): SCAM - Arrive at Location after 27 driving from main train station, call the phone for the hotel and they couldn't find my registration or my name I then walk around and it was very different than the pictures shows on the site and it was an SCAM yes SCAM......I talk to a police near by and I called my card to have cancelled the transaction. Don't trust this people
Anna-Katharina (4/5): - Das Einchecken war schlecht. Hatte keinen Schlüssel in der Box und Reserveschlüssel funktionierte mit Code auch nicht. Chat half uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben. Im Zimmer war bei einer Nachttischlampe kein Licht. Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht. Lässt einwenig Vorstellungen offen.

Silvia (4/5): Unbemanntes, seelenloses, leeres Haus - komplett unbemanntes Hotel. Ich hatte vorab keine e-mail erhalten um mich zu registrieren und somit auch keinen Eingangscode, keine Zimmernummer und Eintrittscode. der QR-Code gab keine nützlichen Hinweise diesbezüglich. Der Chat leitete mich zu einer Computer-Bubble, keine Hilfe. eine Dame rief mich an, konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, verständigte ihren Chef. Der kontaktierte mich, verwies mich auf den Chat und wünschte mir ein schönes WE! Endlich rief mich eine nur englischsprechende Dame an, die mir die fehlende e-mail für die Registrierung zuschickte. Das ganze dauerte 2 Stunden, bis ich in meinem Zimmer war! Das Zimer war für meine Zwecke ausreichend, schöne Sicht auf den See. Zugverkehr durch die Lage beim Bahnhof war absehbar, für mich kein Problem. Ein Hotel ohne auch nur eine Person Personal ist ohne Seele. Gespensterhaus. Keiner, der guten Morgen sagt, kein Lächeln oder Hilfe bei Fragen. Wenn man alleine unterwegs und neu an einem Ort ist fehlt da etwas.

Andreas (2/5): Nicht zum weiterempfehlen. - Reception gibt es keine. Kommunikation bloss via Whatsapp möglich ( Anruf unmöglich ). Niemand spricht bzw schreibt in Deutscher Sprache. Wer ein Problem beim Chekin hat und der Englischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist, ist auf verlorenem Posten. Vom 1. Checkin-Versuch bis zum Erhalt bzw Betreten des Hotelzimmers, daurte es über 50 Minuten......

Suman kumar (8/5): Ok hotel for the night during business travel - It was a basic room to spend the night. The bed is ok. Bath and toilet was clean. The hotel is just behind the train station and rails so can be pretty noisy, specially when you want to open the windows.

The hotel was right behind the train station, which made it noisy. My room was facing the lake, but the train station being between the hotel and the lake made it less enjoyable. There was no AC in the room, and the room was very hot.

Pat (10/5): - This is a wonderful and clean hotel! The best thing about the hotel is the location (certainly if you are travelling using public transport), the generous room size, the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness. Ask for rooms 101-107, 201-207 or 301-307 as these are the only rooms with a lake and some mountain views. All other rooms face the town. Only the rooms 101-107 have a balcony. We were first given Room 311 and it reeked terribly of cigarette smoke. When inquiring about an alternative room, we were initially rudly brushed aside by a young employee. Later on that day, another person at the reception apologized and gave us a room on level 3 that faced the lake. Once we were in the new room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Bill (8/5): Hotel by Lake Zurich - Nice 5-day stay in pleasant hotel right off Lake Zurich in Wadenswil, Switzerland. Train station south exit less than a block away. Good breakfast. King bed was two singles combined. Bathroom was large but toilet was a little awkwardly located. No seats in small lobby but can sit in attached restaurant.
