Carole (6/5): - Property is lovely. However, it was very cold and there was no heat in the room and very little in the whole house. Made it very uncomfortable...definitely unpleasant in cold weather.
Jennifer Edmundson (6/5): - Kind of expensive for what we get. The room was full of flies, but the host did provide a fly swatter. There were books in a bookcase, but they seemed moldy and not something I wanted to touch. No TV, no cell service. Hint to the host: We would have absolutely loved a carafe of coffee sitting outside our door in the morning. Also, just beware that the B & B is quite a distance from Sperryville. The hosts were friendly (and we fell in love with Buster and Dandelion) and the view was lovely.

Alison (10/5): Gorgeous serene farm landscape - The view was incredible. Our hosts turned on the hot tub for my sister and I. After hiking miles at the national park, it was glorious to soak and swim with a jaw dropping view of the mountains and valley in the distance.
