• Andrade (9/5): - Excelente ubicación, excelente atención, el cuarto muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Estacionamiento muy grande. A mi parecer le falta más iluminación a la habitación. Sólo hay un foco principal y la luz es muy tenue. Pero de ahí en fuera todo muy, muy bien.

• Lozano (5/5): Think Twice If You Have Kids - I Honestly Can't Tell You. No Comment Grown men smoking in the pool area and leaving ashes in the pool so my son wasn't able to swim because of that and someone was fighting outside my room but never came to my door step

Was told by management due to maintenance issues there were no rooms available on this particular location. Then was also told to call hotels.com on my own to figure out a refund which hotels.com had to contact them because they were not notified of said issue. Thankfully hotels.com was able to help with last minute booking.

Facility needs more maintenance, for example, there was a patched hole in the wall that had not been painted over. More effort should be made on customers and less on profit.

• Lito (2/5): - I have been booking my rooms in Expedia for a while now. When I arrived to this place they didn't have a room for me anymore because they over sell rooms tonight. I had to call Expedia, they called them and by magic they found me a room in another place which had a carpet that smells terrible. Very bad costumer service.
