- Nadia (8/5): Overall good experience - Location was great and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good and there was a small playground for the kids. Overall was a good experience. The reception staff gave us wrong information about the local attractions in the area, which lead to a long trip and cost for taxi that was unnecessary as the attraction was closed. The room is fairly clean but the furniture is a little used and outdated, which was ok for the price point.

In general everything was taken good care & internal decorations were all very tastefully done. would definetly recommend to other contacts. Parking facility was not sufficient - sometime could"nt find any space & was forced to park elsewhere.

- Abdulwahab (4/5): - استقبال الرسبشن يمكن أن يكون أكثر ترحيبًا. التكييف كان من الصعب ضبطه، إذ كان إما باردًا جدًا أو رطبًا قليلًا. العزل الصوتي كان ضعيفًا جدًا، حيث كان صوت الغرفة المجاورة مسموعًا بشكل واضح مما أثر على الراحة. كما أن الشاور لم يكن يعمل بشكل جيد ويحتاج إلى تحسين The reception staff could be more welcoming. The air conditioning was difficult to regulate, as it tended to be either too cold or slightly humid. The sound insulation was very poor, with noise from the neighboring room clearly audible, which affected overall comfort. The shower also did not function well and could be improved.
- Abdulhadi (10/5): اهل الاحساء طيبين - ثاني مره اسكن فيه مع العائلة ، ممتاز و فخم سهوله فالاجراءات سواء دخول او خروج موقعه رائع و قريب من كل شي ، سعره مقارنة بمستواه و الشقق الفندقيه يعتبر الافضل .. لا يوجد

- Muath (9/5): مواقف قريبة وشقة واسعة ومريحة - سهولة وجود المواقف نظافة المكان توفر غسالة الملابس والفرن والثلاجة وادوات الطهي حجم الشقة ممتاز وجود ضعف في صنبور مياه المطبخ من المحتمل وجود خلل في سخان المياه لان الماء يأتي حار جداً في جميع المنافذ بما فيها شطاف الحمام

- Saad (8/5): جميل و رائع - الطاقم جدآ متعاون بأوقت الدخول و الخروج الغرف مريحة جدآ و الاثاث رائع دخول و الخروج من الفندق سهل بالاضافة الى موقع المميز الفطور يحتاج الى غربلة كاملة لا يتواكب مع فطور الفنادق 5 نجوم
