Petite remarque au sujet des accessoires dans la salle de bain ne sont pas ajustés à la qualité de l'hôtel, genre très petit savon pas de brosse à dents etc.

- JutrasR (7/5): Nous nous attendions à un meilleur service donc nous ne prévoyons pas y retourner. - La grandeur et la propreté de la chambre. Extrêmement agréable! Le service à l'hôtel. J'avais téléphoné pour des renseignements avant mon arrivée et on ne m'a pas rappelé. Mes cartes d'accès à la chambre n'étaient pas activées; j'ai donc dû retourner à l'accueil pour les faire activer. Aussi, notre cafetière ne fonctionnait pas alors j'ai dû la descendre à l'accueil pour en obtenir une autre car il n'y avait pas de service aux chambres. Il y avait seulement une seule jeune fille à l'accueil pour la nuit. En plus, j'ai dû aller acheter du lait à l'épicerie car il n'y en avait pas dans le frigo de la chambre ce qui est très ennuyant.

Initially we could not get in, but a kind housekeeper unlocked the door and allowed us in. We were grateful to be trusted! The hotel room was clean, spacious, and creatively designed. Déjà écrit dans le paragraphe au dessus.paye pour une bouteille d eau au frigo est un peu exagéré

L'heure d'ouverture des restos. (On n'a pas pu déjeuner sur place parce que les services étaient offerts seulement à partir de 7h. Notre départ pour le tournoi de golf était à 7h28. Donc, pas le temps de déjeuner. C'est un des principaux irritants de ce séjour. On a dû trouver une épicerie la veille et s'acheter des sandwiches et du jus d'orange pour faire office de déjeuner... ) 2. Les vitres de la porte patio n'étaient pas propre. 3. Le système de climatisation surdimentionné et bruyant. 4. Le service pour les départs de golf incompétents.

We don’t like the fact that there is no microwave in the hotel suite and no side table on one side of the leather sofa so you can deposit your drink.
