• LITING (10/5): 地點很好 離弘大算近 CP值高 (但要共用浴室) - 住宿地點很好 不會很吵 門口出來就有好吃的早餐 外面就有超市 跟oliver young 速食店 一般餐廳 雖然要跟其它房客共用浴室 但有二間 幾乎沒有撞到過 下次來韓國還會來住! 屋主人很好! ^^ 沒有不喜歡的地方~很棒!
• Nana88 (10/5): BEST HOMESTAY IN SEOUL-HONGDAE! Will visit again! - The location is in central Hongdae. Walking distance to train, very near to several bus station, near coffee shop, near halal eatery in Hongdae(Gosame, Sinchon Halal Burger, Eid BBQ Place). Basically everything is near to this place. Hongdae is less touristy place and more quieter side of Seoul. The security of this place is superb. Although the rooms are shared basis, but each room has a keypad lock which is easy access. No key needed to enter or go out from the house. It is very tech and convenient if you came in a group. The location is quiet, safe. No hiking needed. It is very near the main road. Only 10 steps from the main road to reached this house. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet soundproof as well. As if we live alone in the whole house without any other groups. Facilities given is nice. Got washing machine, bidet(loveeeee this!!!), hot shower, basic toiletries, place to hang our clothes, airconds in all rooms, water purifier, fridge to put your Banana milk. The owner is very tentative. Very friendly and accommodate our needs well. We came slightly early and lucky that the room is ready early for us. We really appreciate it. Nothing

• Parekura (9/5): Great accommodation - we loved it! - Jeong House was the perfect accommodation for our short stay in Seoul. We had a group of 14 and, although we had some of our members sharing the double beds, we were very comfortable with our stay. We especially loved that we were walking distance to the bus & train stations, the plaza, the evening market and convenience stores. Min, the manager, was very helpful and informative, easing our concerns prior to arrival from the airport, and meeting us at the house for check-in. The check-out process was also very simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were unaccustomed to the use of the toilet and bathroom facilities, but it was not a big issue.

• _hua_ (9/5): Superb - We booked the whole house for six of us. The house is very comfortable and clean. Easy access with digital lock. Excellent location to do shopping at Hongdae and get to bus or subway to other places None.

• Hanna (9/5): Good location and the room is clean - The host nicely welcomed me at the first day. The location of the property is good, very close to the central area of Hongdae. The room was clean and big. Sometimes there were some noise from other guests during the night and I could hear everything in the room and it was a bit annoyed.
• Noor (10/5): Just like home - We love the house. It is comfortable for 13 adults. We have the space all for ourselves. We used washing machine once and we used 24 hours self laundry service to dry and it just behind the house, only 2 minutes walk. Hongdae town just 5 minutes walking distance. Jeong House is complete, the host also very accommodating when we asked for rice cooker, they provide it the next day. Hot water is not stable and quickly finished, not enough for 13 adults and Asian who like to wash themselves so much.

• David (8/5): Great location; lovely place; would recommend - The location was fantastic. Absolutely loved the area around the guesthouse. So many great cafes and eateries within easy waking. Easy access to the metro - green line which connects to the rest of the city very well and to both airports. The guesthouse was quiet and clean. We had a family room for two of us so we had a lot of space. Was the only option when we booked but worked out well. There were ample plug sockets and places to hang things. Loads of room to unpack our rucksacks and find things. There was filtered water - hot and cold - for guests use and a big fridge in the kitchen. The washing machine was easy to use and things dried easily in our room on the racks - we had the space to do this. The duvets and pillows were very cosy and comfortable. The pillow was soft and not too hard, which we had not found in other guesthouses. Would recommend and stay again :) The mattresses were a bit hard and the beds a little old/creaky, so if you have a fidgety partner, you could be disturbed in the night. With all the waking and exploring we did, we often slept fine and this was not too much of a problem for us.
