• Charu (1/5): Will not stay here ever again. - The blankets were not clean. Many tiny hair on them. Similarly, many hair in the bathroom. Also the tray in the room (that had TV remote and AC remote) had big yellow strains on it.

• Nan (1/5): Budget-friendly, but disappointing. - The stay was awful—the place was run-down, and the staff were rude. It made our trip miserable. Run-down facilities, smelly rooms, and unfriendly service – a terrible combination.

• Michael (5/5): - Very basic room. Bed was clean but everything else looked a bit dusty. Location was ok, short walk from train station. Bring your own bath towel. Bath towels were extremely bad. Owner was absolutely all about getting your payment. Not a word of English. Very grumpy to deal with.

• Bart (8/5): Great stay - Great spacious room with nice bathroom. On the hygiene part: there were hairs everywhere. Apart from that it was pretty clean. Maybe just a case where the cleaner is losing some hairs?

• Santajitto (7/5): หลับสบายแต่ลากกระเป๋าเหนิ่อย - ชุดที่นอนมีฟูก หมอน ผ้าห่มปูที่พื้น หลับสบายจริงๆ ห้องน้ำดีมีชักโครก อ่างล้างหน้า อ่างอาบน้ำ ฝักบัว มีสบู่เหลว แชมพู ครีมนวดพร้อม น้ำไหลแรงดีมาก เพียงแต่การปรับน้ำร้อนน้ำเย็นใช้เวลาสักหน่อย นอกจากนี้มีตู้เย็น กาต้มน้ำร้อน น้ำดื่มขวเใหญ่ ไดร์เป่าผม มีทุกอย่างครบที่ต้องการ 1. สถานที่ตั้ง อยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟ Kinugawa-onsen อีกทั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่สูง ทำให้การลากกระเป๋าลำบาก 2. สถานที่ตั้ง ติดป้ายชื่อไม่ชัดเจน เป็นเพราะเราอ่านภาษาญี่ปุ่นออก เห็นคำว่า "Tsutsuji" และเคยเห็นภาพ จึงเดาว่าเป็น ที่นี่ 3. สำนักงานอยู่บนชั้นสอง ติดป้ายบอกไว้หน้าประตูด้านใน ตอนที่โทร.ไปก็ไม่ได้บอกว่าอยู่ชั้นสอง เราจึงรออยู่ด้านหน้านานมาก เห็นผิดสังเกต จึงเดินเข้าไปดูด้านใน ในฐานะที่เราเป็นคนต่างชาติ รู้สึกว่าติดต่อได้ยาก เวลาถามอะไรก็บอกให้เราไปศึกษาจากสมาร์โฟนเอง ..เฮ้อ..
• Nina Jes (8/5): - A good place to relax after Nikko World Heritage exploration. Very accessible to Kinugawaonsen station, which is a 5-minute walk, near onsens and easier to go to Ryuokyo Canyon and the Kinugawa Ropeway. If your room is on the 3rd/4th floor, it's better to pack lightly. The inn doesn't have a lift and it's hard to carry heavy luggage via stairs.

• Robyn (7/5): - It was a large, cheap clean room. The shower was good. The fridge, microwave and kettle were clean and in working order. The beds were fine. We chose a tatami room for its size and to see if the bed was better than our one in Tokyo. It was much better and the extra space was great. Initially we thought we couldn't stay because of the smell but the room didn't smell, just the corridors stairs and reception. The cigarette smell was sometimes masked with air freshener. We walked through the steel front door and were met with an almost overwhelming smell of stale tobacco. As the booking description said that the rooms and the entire property were smoke free this was a very negative first impression for 2 non-smokers. We said this to the manager at reception and he said it was just the smell of the area. He lied. Towels were extremely thin but were replaced every day so it was ok.

• Alain (10/5): Une très bonne adresse ! - Le calme de la chambre, qui était par ailleurs relativement spacieuse. La propreté du lieu. L'emplacement, à côté de l'arrêt de bus. La possibilité de faire son petit déjeuner (bouilloire et micro-ondes). Et les nombreux onsens, bien sûr !

The room was massive, especially for the price, and futons were super comfortable. Super clean bathroom. Best hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Super quiet and relaxing. Fridge and kettle and filtered water in the room as well. Very close to station. Nothing!
