• Miranda (3/5): Unclean, noisy and unpleasant - Upon arrival the room was very dirty, there were body hairs in the bathroom, the floor mat was stained and had holes in it, the wall paper stained and peeling. When we requested a new room there was reluctance to accommodate this. We were the. Given a room that was the same level of dirty as the previous. There is a mosque directly outside and had a speaker system sounding their prayrers at five am which we were woken up to. If you want to stay in a clean quiet location this is not the place to be.

• Tenrywaru (8/5): Decent - I liked how it was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The food was also great! The pillows are thin and the showering head was moudly and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

• weize234 (2/5): One of the worst hotels Jakarta has to offer - One of the worst staycations we had here in Jakarta, Bad room conditions looks like it was build in the 90s, wall power sockets not working, stained bedsheets, dirty looking discolored towels, dirty floor mat, musky smell rooms, 5am free wake up calls from mosques just behind it. Most ridiculous parking system without grace period so all vehicle dropping or picking up guest had to pay RP5000 regardless. Traffic on both sides of the road right Infront of the hotel will take you 20mins just to make an U-turn. Nothing like malls and decent clean eateries is nearby unless you want to buy produce from the slumps just around it.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Worse than a motel - The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend.
• Jeff (9/5): Superb - The hotel was good overall and the staff were very friendly The pillows are too flat, they don't offer support for the neck. I would recommend changing them or have 2 pillows per person.
• cr947 (2/5): Exclusionary payment policies - I extended by one day with cash. The next day they insisted they are "cashless" and refused to accept cash so I could not extend. This is digital apartheid, not hospitality. By all means they can accept other payment forms if they so choose, but ought to accept the national currency in any case.

• Didikhtn12 (4/5): Don't Expect to much for this hotel - Its Bad Experience since start from the receptionist, the guy who incharge night shift, he's very unfriendly, doing the check in with less information, then very dissapointed with the guest room cleanlines, with the dusty telephone, The Ac Full of Spiderwap, and the in the morning, I order Egg dishes , but they sent my order with the wrong meals that i requested.
• bakti92 (6/5): unexpected - i've must go to Samsat Jakarta Barat to take care my vehicle . so i choose this hotel with Room Only check in . the parking side was neglected , a lot of high grass . when i was check in was very fast but the service minimalized . the room clean but they didn't set up slipper . room amenities just bath gel , shampoo , dental kit , coffee and tea . i call to FO for request slipper but didn't come until check out . the towel was horibble with defact .

No shops or entertainment around the hotel // Hotel claims to have the best massage .....i called the 3 days i was there and all 3 days they had no one on duty ?? // No swimming pool or GYM // NIL facilities /// i emailed the manager and no reply // Donr ever stay at this hotel guys you will regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Wonderfulyear2023 (8/5): Nice room and clean - Good room and clean, very nice and modern. I loved to stay here,but difficult to find food surrounded the hotel. The staff was very nice and atmosphere comfortable, i like classy authentic design of your corridor 😊
• ashandiyoga (10/5): A great stay near the airport - I booked the hotel since it is pretty close to the airport. All was great, especially the quick check in and very responsive staffs. Special appreciation to the front desk staffs especially the one named Putri (If I am not mistaken). They were at the most standby situation and always reacted swiftly even for the smallest thing (i.e. I was texting and wanted to press the lift button and opened the door, she was around and rushed to do it which I really appreciated). They offered a printing service as well for 2K IDR each (Again, I was trying to fold the paper but then they proactively offered the help, I know it is a professional manner but still, much appreciated! :) ) Other than that, they also offered a welcome drink which tasted pretty bland in my opinion. To be honest, my room was not perfect. My shower stool was broken and I called the staff to fix it. I did not expect that they arrived in less than 5 minutes, the housekeeping staffs were also very warm and responsive! Other than that, I ordered some from the room service and also felt the same vibe from the staff :) Since I thought all the staffs shared the same energy, it was different when I had a breakfast on the next morning. I think their staffs need to learn from the other I previously mentioned :) By the way, it does not provide hairdryer in each of the room but you can simply ask for it! Last but not least, I loved the lobby's interior, it gives me an elegant atmosphere! (The photos attached here) But it suddenly changed in the room and the corridor, a bit dark and dusty compared to the lobby. In summary, I really appreciate the human resource management and the feeling that the staffs gave me during my stay. Originally, it was only a 4-star experiencr for me but kudos to them that made my stay more pleasant. Much recommended! P.s. if you are a Telkomsel user, you can use your poin to get a discounted rate!

• Mario_Jerry (10/5): good hotel, near airport - I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. fast check-in process, good hotel, nice interior, friendly staff, clean rooms, cheap prices. I ordered a meal at the restaurant, the price was comparable to the taste. I took a room without breakfast because I had an early flight. unfortunately there are no swimming pool facilities. but during my stay it was very satisfying and pleasant. thank you samala hotel

• umutinal (4/5): Not good... not good at all. - I stayed this hotel 3 days. Room is big but looks old and dirty. If you get room facing with main road you cant sleep because busy main road, windows like not there all sound voices etc inside the room. There isnt any hand soap in bathroom , if you needed you need to use shower gel inside shower.room service is terrible. Quite empty hotel but from menu what ever you order they said sold out. It is 24 hour service if you can find anything not sold out.there is advertisement about their spa and massage service almost every where in hotel but 7.30 or 8 pm they are closing. staff is good friendly. So overall it is not a good hotel when you pay almost 40 usd per night.if I dont have any other choice maybe again I can, otherwise it will not be my first choice
