Das Personal sprach gut englisch. Frühstück nebenan im Hotel und sehr gut. Strand über die Straße… wir waren zufrieden. Preis /Leistung gut. Es ist dich die Lage an der Straße ein wenig laut, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man da bucht.

• Rob (8/5): Memorable beach holiday - Location could not be better, just steps away from the sea. Perfect for morning and afternoons swims. It's the quiet side of Da Nang Bay but you're only 5 min away from My Khe bars, restaurants and nightlife My room was spotless and it was serviced daily. Effortlessly rented a scooter and booked drivers from reception. Breakfast was healthy and nutritious, a good selection of fruit, breads, rice, eggs, meat and hot drinks. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of deep maintenance/renovation. Some areas look quite derelict and dirty. It can be hard to communicate with staff members as their English is quite basic, but I've experienced the same situation everywhere else in Vietnam....
• Sheila (4/5): Not so good.. - The location a bit far from the city so u might need to rent a scooter or u take Grab.. the View .. Hmm.. they wanted to take money from me for the fireworks they said .. it was 20 euros but i refused as i don’t have anything to do with the fireworks.. and then the staff told me to look for a hotel because it was mandatory to pay i was pissed of so i said i want to talk with their manager and they called and said to me i don’t need to pay for the fireworks anymore.. when i got up to the room it was so dirty as if it was never been cleaned for weeks.. dust all over the surface and the fridge was full of water the bedsheets has stains .. the breakfast was the same for how many days i’ve stayed .. so i don’t recommend this hotel.. but if you’re on a budget go for it :)..

Would’ve been nice to know when we arrived that the breakfast wasn’t actually at the hotel, but up the road at a different one—same with the pool. We asked for some chairs for the balcony and are still waiting on those. The studio has a washing machine, but no clothesline or drying rack, so there’s nowhere to hang anything. Also, there was no cleaning offered during our stay, and not even a broom in the room so we could clean up ourselves.

• Donaldas (5/5): Passable - Location I booked this hotel six months ago or more to get a room with a balcony and a sea view. When I arrived, they told me that the room was taken because there was a system error! They gave me a room that had just been renovated. Construction waste everywhere and terrible dust. I spent three days like that, no one cleaned the room, they just said "tomorrow". When I started insisting that they clean at least the floor and the construction dust, only then did they clean it a little. But the windows and mirrors were opaque through the dust. They neither apologized for the inconvenience nor showed any concern that this had happened. The girl on duty at the hotel was playing with her phone the whole time and didn't respond to anything. For breakfast, you can choose from three dishes! I ate only Pho for a week. And also, the bed is so hard that in the morning your whole body hurts. As if you were lying on the floor without a mattress. I spent a week in this hotel. Real madness.

• N4 (3/5): Poor - ．Good location ．low price ．Bugs everywhere. ．Not well cleaned. ．Electrical outlets are malfunctioning. ．Bathroom smells like sewage. ．I called and asked them to clean the room, but they didn't. ．There is a constant noise from the air conditioner. ．Windows are dirty. ．Can't watch TV. The price is cheap, but I can assure you there is no reason to dare to stay here!
• Prabh (1/5): Worst stay every - Nothing Everything, the room was not cleaned, had trash from the previous guest, bed sheets smell filthy, towel smell full of bleach, the wc had hair from previous guest, the cups and glasses were dirty with marks on them, i also informed the receptionist to get the room cleaned when i left for breakfast but when i came back it was not cleaned so i checked out and even i had paid for 2 nights at the time of checkin the reception didn’t even care to inform about the refund for 1 night or neither informed about refund policy. The receptionist didn’t even care to ask the reason for checkout.

• Cyrel (10/5): Simplicity is here. - Unlike any other hotels nearby, this one is beachfront where you can witness locals doing their day to day activities i.e beach volleyball, zumba or kids playing in the sand which me and my husband prefers more. Beach is beautiful day and night and no stores on the beach area itself. The room or facilities are not 10/10 tidy but its okay for us as long as the basic areas where cleanliness are expected i.e bathroom/tub and most of all bed.
• Nakwoo (10/5): Pleasant Surprise - Everything was satisfactory, including value for money, location, room facility, and breakfast(a la carte), but most of all, the friendliness and hospitality of the whole staff including two receptionists Tien and another person as well as the restaurant cook were the most important factors for my pleasantly suprised exprience at Da Nang Bay Hotel. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Da Nang and will also recommend it to my family members and friends when they visit the city. None.

Balcony and breakfast not like we expected (photos on booking don't show the reality: no balcony at all and instead of buffet noodle soup each morning), lot's of unused potential like terrace and restaurant.
