Accès à la piscine en passant à côté des bâches, d’un gigantesque échafaudage avec tout le personnel qui regarde dans haut les gens allant se baigner. Poussière, marteau piqueur, de 8h30 à 16h ! J’ai trouvé cela inadmissible surtout au prix du séjour. 450€ pour une nuit et 2 petits dej pour ne meme pas profiter du spa. Et ce n’est pas après avoir réservé et payer qu’il faut envoyer un mail pour prévenir des travaux, c’est bien avant. Cela devrait apparaître tout de suite au moment où lon se connecte sur le site. Je suis tellement déçue par ce séjour pour lequel je misais beaucoup. Surtout quand je vois que nous n’avons même pas été considérés lorsque nous avons parlé de notre ressentie à la réception.

Das beim Eintreten auf Sauna, draussen ein Plakat war Kinder unter 14Jahre nur mit Begleitung einer Erwachsenen Personen stand ist gut. Aber man konnte auch die Kunden aufmerksam machen das es Nachte Leute in der Saune hat. So könnte man informiert sein und ob man überhaupt eintreten möchte.

- Jürgen (10/5): Traube im Tonbachtal macht seinem guten Ruf alle Ehre - Außerordentlich vielseitiges, wohlschmeckendes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im ersten Moment hat man den Eindruck eines sehr verwinkelten Hotels. Wenn man sich besser auskennt, merkt man dass über die drei Treppenhäuser und Aufzüge alles über kurze Wege erreichbar ist. 😀

The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. We had guest e bikes (at no charge) we explored the local forest area, this made the hills very easy to navigate - the bikes were of excellent quality.

The room featured a large sitting area, a small dining space with a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. The balcony offered breathtakingly beautiful views. The spa facilities were fantastic, opening early in the morning, allowing us to enjoy a swim before breakfast. The hotel was incredibly well-organized, and the staff were highly professional. We had a wonderful dinner at their dog-friendly restaurant, and breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options, including fresh and tasty fruits.

Nice pool, v comfortable loungers and plenty of them. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Staff very professional and friendly with that. Rooms are perhaps a little dated but that didn't take from our experience at all.

- Manuella (9/5): Naar dit hotel wil je terug gaan. - Heel mooie, rustige locatie, zalig om te gaan wandelen in de buurt. Heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt. Prachtige en uitgebreide wellness! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten - zelfs voor de hond was alles voorzien - en prachtig uitzicht vanop het balkon. Alles werd heel proper onderhouden. Mooi aangelegde rozentuin om te relaxen. Gezellige bar. Geen airco op de kamer (in warme week). Kamers voor gasten met honden lagen ver weg van de ingang waardoor je meerdere gangen/liften moest nemen. Inchecken verliep niet vlekkeloos (kamer te veel voorzien dan geboekt), hoewel personeel uiterste best deed om het op te lossen. Vloerbekleding.

Was besser sein könnte: Kleine Abnutzungsdetails im Restaurant: gelegentlich Flecken auf Stuhl- oder Tischdecken, sowie kleine Verschmutzungen an der Gardine bzw. Fensternische, die gelegentlich auftauchen. Verfügbarkeit am Buffet: zu Stoßzeiten war der Nachschub an bestimmten Positionen langsamer als erwartet; es kam vereinzelt zu kurzen Wartezeiten, bis neue Speisen bzw. Getränke bereit standen. Diese Punkte sind selbstverständlich kleinlich im Rahmen eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, aber eine gelegentliche Nachbesserung würde das Gesamterlebnis weiter optimieren. Fazit: Großartiger Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Personal; kleine Service- und Sauberkeitsdetails könnten noch verbessert werden. Klar empfehlenswert für Anspruchsvolle.

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht mehr der Zeit , keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Balkon nicht einladend, alter Teppichboden, alte Einrichtung, keine Steckdosen am Bett . Bettzeug nicht 5 Sterne wert. Balkon kann ohne Probleme von anderen Gästen im Nebenzimmer betreten werden, keine richtige Trennung , keine Dusche nur Badewanne. Keine hochwertige Einrichtung, … Bad veraltet. Bei der Abreise gab es Probleme beim einlösen eines Gutschein, obwohl von meiner Seite er vor einer Woche per Email angekündigt wurde. Es gab zwar eine Entschuldigung, aber ich werde nicht mehr das Hotel buchen oder empfehlen.

Und er ging.?!? Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit Mängeln.

Les enfants font ce qu’ils veulent à la piscine et le personnel fait sembler de travailler dans cet espace et il est fort désagréable. Les dames de ménage sont pour certaines fort désagréable. - Erik (9/5): Schönes Hotel und beeindruckende Küche. - Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Den Stil muss man mögen, mir war es ein bisschen viel Deutsche Gemütlichkeit, aber das passt in die Region. Der Frühstücksraum war beeindruckend, das Frühstück selber ebenfalls sehr gut. Den vorzüglichen Abend in der Schwarzwaldstube werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen.

- Susan (9/5): - Das Personal war hilfsbereit, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Bad war mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wurde mehrere Male während unserer Abwesenheit vom Putzpersonal betreten.Es wurde aber nicht geputzt, man hat uns lediglich einen Fussläufer vor jede Bettseite, vor das Waschbecken und die Badewanne gelegt. Absolut ohne Sinn. Der Mülleimer wurde nicht geleert, wurde dann nachgeholt. Am Bett war ein alter Lautsprecher eingebaut, der oft laut rauschte oder knackte. Man hatte das Gefühl, abgehört zu werden.

- MARC (7/5): - Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner, le diner, l'espace piscine et spa ... et les vélos 😊 Nous avons été déçus d'être logés dans l'annexe Haus KOHLWALD, alors que nous avions réservé deux chambres dans le bâtiment principal et qu'il y avait eu un changement peu avant notre arrivés. De plus lors de notre passage au spa de celui-ci, une famille avait emmené leur chien, ce qui nous a semblé inapproprié d'un point de vue hygiène ! Il n'y avait malheureusement aucun personnel présent pour faire respecter les règles. C'est dommage car l'hôtel est tenu par une belle famille depuis plusieurs générations et cela se ressent dans l'accueil et l'ambiance générale.
- Ai (7/5): ラグジュアリーな休日 - スタッフの皆さんがとても意識高くプロフェッショナル。気持ちの良い対応。プールも室内、屋外(温水)がありとてもよかった。サウナも種類が豊富で楽しかった。Kids Courtは最高で、子どもが入り浸って遊んでいた。 素敵なレストランばかりだが、毎日となると特に子連れにはしんどい。もう少しグレードを落とした軽食の晩ごはんを提供するレストランがあるとありがたかった。朝食もグルテンフリーやラクトースフリーのチョイスがほぼなかったのが残念。
