- David (10/5): - Great location, great breakfast, great amenities,
I liked the keyless entry method, come and go as you please.
- John (5/5): -
- jackson (4/5): Sadly declining service to previous stays. same people, but not the same as before. - Breakfast good, room good, No staff on site or answering their phone, lack of heating for chilly October days. compared to stays a few years ago not an enjoyable stay.
- Julian (8/5): - Owners very pleasant and lovely breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. The room could with another double electric socket( you have to unplug tv or kettle to plus bed side lamps in) and the sink hot and cold water were a bit of a trickle at times. Maybe an instruction sheet as to get the best results from using the shower may help future guests? Overall a pleasant few days

- Terence (10/5): Sherwood Comfy & Convenient - We arrived at The Sherwood in Skegness late August 2025. We were able to park easily on the front area.
It is situated straight across from Tower Gardens and so convenient for almost everything any person could need.
We received clear instructions how to enter the secure front entrance door.
Our ground floor room was a delight, so clean and roomy, ideal for anyone with mobility issues, and very quiet.
Our wonderful hosts “Linda & Rob” greeted us for an appetising breakfast. They are so friendly, considerate and caring we felt so relaxed.
We had a really enjoyable holiday there.

The room we had on the first floor wasn't very big, but it was cosy and the room service was very good.
Thanks Rob and Linda for a lovely stay X There is nothing to dislike about this B & B it is fantastic value for money.
Just one thing to be aware of, there are only 3 parking bays in the front of the Sherwood for guests and it's first come first served. Whilst there is free street parking available, there is a park opposite which gets quite busy so the spaces soon get full if the weather is fine.
