- Joseph (9/5): Very impressed with the property, and the room overall. - Breakfast was good on the whole. Wasn`t too keen on the sausage. Sausage for breakfast. Bathroom door too close to the bed. Not a lot of room to sit on the toilet.
- Lowe (10/5): OUTSTANDING š - Very clean and well presented. The room was lovely Ian upgraded us to a sea view room with a big bay window. Ian was very friendly and always had time to chat. The bed was very comfortable we both had really good sleeps, the room was also very clean.
Breakfast was outstanding plenty of choice. The full English breakfast we had came served piping hot and was very tasty. First visit and definitely not the last. š Nothing not to like about this property

- David (9/5): Very comfortable room and stay - I felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay - Location really good with view of the sea and close to the beach and the entertainment in the resort (but far enough away to be quiet in the evening so fine having the window open.
Great greeting and check in and Ian very attentive to all guests at breakfast to ensure everyone was happy and well fed. Nothing to improve on for me
- Glynis (10/5): - It was home from home, the host was so warm and welcoming.
- Arnold (10/5): - The Balmoral is a delightful place to stay .The host is lovely and the place is top marks for cleanliness and modern rooms. We had a front bedroom and it is the best room ever to sit watch the world go by.The breakfast is lovely with plenty to eat and countless teas and coffee. There were plenty of tea, coffee and milk in your rooms as well as a hair dryer and ironing board. The beach and town are only a couple of minutes away yet it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend it and will be back.
- Mandy (10/5): Great all round - Clean location and very friendly N/A
- GRAHAM (10/5): excellent - excellent want more pressure on shower
- Mark (10/5): -
- Toni (10/5): Stylish bnb with a banging breakfast - If you want a central hotel with a banging breakfast this is the place. The host was welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable for best places to visit and eat. The hotel was well styled and very clean. The room had everything we needed me and my friend shared a room felt there was enough space and had tea and coffee in room even though we didn't use it. We got clean towels and beds made the next morning very good value for money. We will be back thanks for a great weekend Nothing everything was very good

- Jean (9/5): - Hotel was spotless and in a great location. Breakfast was excellent, couldn't ask for a better start to the day. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel. Couldn't find anything negative about this hotel.
- steven (8/5): Good stay - Breakfast was good and so was the location Too many stairs bed low to the floor and uncomfortable
- karen (9/5): Overall an enjoyable stay - Ian the host was very accommodating to our needs very nice guy breakfast was amazing cereal lots to choose from yogurts tea and coffee full English breakfast with toast Jams and marmalade We were on top flaw sea view double sea view which was a lovely view but the shower did not give much expectation as it just about got us wet as soon as you put the sink tap on water stopped in shower! Would recommend a shower caddy in shower also as soon as you have to pick shower gel up gets hair wet not ideal these issues would be gladly sorted
- Maria (10/5): -
- Mark (9/5): Was a great guest house to stay at even had off street parking which is an added bonus - The breakfast was very nice and hot
The bedroom was roomy even a fan which a lot of hotels/guest houses don't provide was a great touch

- Debra (10/5): - Always friendly and welcoming. Beautiful bed and breakfast. Breakfasts are first class. Nothing is to much trouble. Thank you for another great stay.
- Karla (10/5): Lovely stay for a couple of nights. - This is a lovely B&B in a good location. Ian was a friendly and accommodating host who welcomed us by name on our arrival.
Breakfast was good and made to order.
We stayed in a double room and it was clean and comfortable with a generous supply of tea and coffee.
We would stay again. There wasn't anything we didn't like.
- Dianadiana (10/5): Lovely stay Ian was very polite and welcoming happy and professional - Very clean nice hosts and where we was breakfast was excellent
- Janet (10/5): A fantastic little break made all the better by Ian , Gluten free breakfast provided and cooked perfectly.. will be stay - Greeted at the door by Ian on first name terms , my Grandson (who didnāt.know we were stopping ) looked amazed. Ian asked his name and used throughout our visit. The property is seafront ,spotless and a delight Nothing
- Nigel (9/5): We had a lovely time. Skegness is so underrated for Summer weekend break. - This is a lovely guest house very close to the sea front and about five minutes walk from the beach. The owner Ian is very friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast was served fresh, crisp and piping hot, with the eggs cooked just right. The room was spotless and made up daily. Other guests were quiet and respectful of privacy. We had the large front-facing queen sized room which was very comfortable with a lovely bed. Only a couple of very minor issues. We visited in the peak of Summer so it's understandable that water pressure was low in the bathroom and shower, and we really would have benefited from a small fridge in the room as it was so hot we needed cold drinks constantly. This is more than we have a right to expect from a B&B but it is such a lovely place I thought I'd suggest it as a cherry on the already loaded cake.
- Lisa (10/5): -
