Mucho ruido de la puerta de emergencia en el pasillo. Se golpeaba muy fuerte cuando se cerraba al ser utilizada por personal del hotel. El desayuno puede ser mejor.

Comenzó a las 6 y éramos mas 30 personas esperando en la puerta para desayunar apuradas para ir a las excursiones o salir a tomar un vuelo.

Preis mit Frühstück war genauso wie Geniusrabatt Level 3 bei Booking com. Frühstück toll! Eier any Style, sogar Spanisch Omelett. Mandel, Soya Milch. Diverses Müsliangebot. Kaffe lecker. Pool auf dem Dach ist großartig! Zum Kennedy Park um die Ecke. Eine grosse Eingangshalle, sehr schön, modern . Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Mir hat alles gefallen. Es ist immer was los. Seminare, Ausstellungen.

Equipe do hotel excelente. O que mais me chamou a atenção foi a limpeza do hotel. Banheiros e apartamento estavam sempre impecavelmente limpis e cheirosos. Todos funcionários têm uma atenção e cuidado para com os hóspedes exemplar. Parabéns a toda equipe do hotel Não tenho reclamação.

• Sonja (7/5): - Das ganze Hotel ist sehr modern, sauber und ansprechend. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem und das Badezimmer schön gross. Guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche und durchgehend warmes Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar üppig, jedoch fanden wir es vom Geschmack her eher durchschnittlich. Der Pool auf dem Dach sah auf den Fotos grösser aus.

• Debbie (9/5): Excellent facility and pricing great - Easy walk to the Miraflores shoreline from this location. Centrally located among dining. Barranco district a short taxi ride away. Inka markets a short walk away. Great Concierge service. They arranged airport transfers for us. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. Roof top pool and bar area weren’t open even though temps were warm. Lounge bar wasn’t staffed and appeared closed. Elevators appeared to be shut down regularly. These items didn’t affect our stay too much as we were in town for sightseeing.

Quando questionamos o funcionário da recepção mal explicou e tivemos que buscar outro contato para entender do que se tratava (é uma taxa para hotéis 3,4 ou 5 estrelas em Lima)

• Sally (9/5): 4 day stay - We liked the locating very much. It was easy to get to shops and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. We arrived in the early hours of the morning but check-in was quick and easy and we were able to get to sleep right away. The room was spacious and well set out. It had a super king bed which was really comfortable. There was lotsnof storage and comfy chairs and a table as well as the usual desk. It was very clean. Our bathroom was good. It had a shower over a bath but it worked well for us and caused no problems. Breakfast was nice. There was a lot of choice. The lifts seemed to take it in turn to be broken down but there were usually two running out of three. The expelair/fan in our bathroom was broken.

• Wout (6/5): Mooi hotel - Mooie grote kamer met fijne badkamer. Er lag een vieze sok in de kamer van eerdere gasten. Het zwembad werd schoongemaakt op het enige moment dat wij er gebruik van konden maken op openingstijden. Vriend van mij werd twee keer tegengehouden bij de ingang op een vervelende wijze en moest laten zien dat hij een gast was, terwijl ze mij geen een keer ook maar aangekeken hebben.

Common areas ( lobby, restaurant) should lower the volume of m - Room size, bed comfortable Initial interaction with Front desk was dissatisfying. We were arriving in a morning flight from Argentina and knowing we were hours prior check in times. It took 5 minutes for the front desk lady to acknowledge us (she was having a conversation with another staff member in person). When asked if she can call us when our room was available, she told us” I’ll give you our phone number and you can call us, we are too busy here to make the call”. The day of the check out another lady was generous enough to grant us a requested 2 pm check out due to our flight changed to a later evening time.

• Liliana (8/5): Lugar cómodo y céntrico - Muy céntrico, las habitaciones grandes cómodas, buen desayuno, buena atención. Tienen una terraza muy bonita pero no la usan, su bar y comedor son muy grandes pero están vacíos. La terraza es muy linda pero no hay atención, hubiera sido bonito tomar un trago y piqueos ahí. Igual fuimos al bar del segundo piso, el pisco sour de cortesía excelente, pero no había nadie estaba muerto por eso decidimos salir fuera del hotel donde hay varias opciones incluso casi vamos a restaurante del Hotel Doubble tree que está casi al frente y siempre para full es buenísimo y hay ambiente. Había un evento de muchas personas, mucho ruido y se sentía el hotel invadido. El sótano huele mucho a humedad, felizmente las habitaciones no. El hotel es muy lindo, muy grande cómodo pero le falta vida pueden sacarle más provecho en lugar de tanto mueble deberían bajar el bar y con marketing buscar más público tiene mucho potencial por la zona.

El café del desayuno, el agua en termos se enfría, falta más alternativas . Esperaba ese café rico de la mañana y la verdad muy desabrido .
