La piscina esta muy bien. Tienen una cocina compartida junto a la piscina que esta bastante completa. Sin duda repetiria!

• Lizzie (9/5): Great place, friendly staff - Great place, staff super friendly shout out to John who took care of my stay and was very helpful and always smiling! Air con room was spacious and bright the only thing which could be improved on, is putting a shower head on the shower. The pool is big and clean, great shared kitchen facilities, close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Loved that the animals, cats and dogs were well cared for here! I got Ubers everywhere due to the location being a little bit sketchy but once inside I felt safe (lone female traveller). nothing I had a great stay.

• AUDREN (3/5): Mes pires nuits en Colombie. Aucun repos possible - La personne qui faisait le ménage était très sympathique. Draps de lit et serviettes changées tous les jours. Piscine agréable après une journée de visite. Il y a un petit supermarché à 2 min à pied. Devoir patienter en plein soleil pour entrer car personne n'est à la réception. Devoir demander un autre accès au Wifi car la chambre donnée ne reçoit pas le premier indiqué. Impossible de dormir tellement le logement était bruyant. Première nuit : musique du voisinage à fond jusqu'à 2h passées. Deuxième nuit : chiens du quartier aboyant de minuit à 2h...Comme il y a des "aérations" au niveau des WC et de la SDB, j'avais l'impression que le bruit était dans le logement. On m'a répondu que c'était la Colombie et qu'on ne pouvait rien y faire...Au moins indiquer que le repos est impossible dans cet endroit? Certains clients mettaient la musique à fond tout l'après-midi autour de la piscine sans qu'on ne leur dise quoi que ce soit. Frigo tellement dégoûtant que j'hésitais à boire mes boissons chaudes. Ventilateur cassé qui ventilait donc le sol. Même si je ne m'en suis pas servi, pas de télécommande pour la TV. Taxe de 19% appliquée alors que ça n'aurait pas dû être le cas vu que je ne suis pas colombienne.

El un lugar muy central, pero está ubicado en un barrio muy popular. Más si te quieres sentir como en casa, y como local. Es el lugar ideal!

• Jasmin (8/5): Tolles Personal, weniger tolle Lage! - Das Personal war überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und gesprächig. Der Pool sowie die Küche im Außenbereich sind ein großer Bonus - da es zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Gesprächen einlädt. Im gesamten Bereich gab es Kameras und einen Code im Eingangsbereich. Das Personal hatte auch immer kontrolliert. Die Lage ist etwas prekär, unsicher und etwas fernab. Man muss immer mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel oder dem Taxi fahren - vor allem Nachts. Das einzig positive: der Strand war nicht weit entfernt, zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Die Einrichtung war in meinem Zimmer weniger gut, allerdings bei anderen besser. Bei mir gab es Stockflecken auf dem Sessel. Das ist sicherlich auch dem Klima geschuldet. Aber ein- zwei Dinge sollten definitiv gewechselt/erneuert werden.

• Srija (1/5): - Nous n’avons pas pu séjourner dans l’établissement. Aucune carte n’ont été acceptées via la plateforme, alors que nous avons essayé 3 différentes. Je n’ai eu aucun problème avec ma carte principale jusqu’à maintenant. J’ai pu communiquer avec eux par message, leurs réponses n’étaient pas claires du tout, jusqu’à ne pas donner envie d’aller à cet établissement disant que le quartier était dangereux. Ils avançaient des raisons qui n’avaient rien avoir avec le fait que la carte était « invalide ». En plus ma carte a été acceptée sur une autre réservation. Nous pensons que tout cela a été fait dans le but d’annuler la réservation. Nous avons donc du trouver le jour même autre chose.
• Simon (7/5): Cant recommend - - room is quite clean - pool was nice - staff is friendly - we needed to pay the booking commission (20%) on top while checking in, that was not indicated in the booking - laundry service was very expensive so we didn’t use it (15.000 per kg - normal washing machine what about 6-7 kg- 28 USD) - the area around the hostel is incredibly dangerous. Even the hostel staff told us not step aside, only to use Uber - kitchen is dirty and does not have a lot of accessories - there is a lot of construction work in the hostel

• Denisa (7/5): A stay not very far from the city center with a green parrot and the swimming pool - a green parrot in the common area, kitchen, swimming pool, owner/manager was nice and friendly, we could leave our luggage there when we went for a trip the last day there was mold ! in the bathroom on the sheets and no the doors at all (no privacy to go on the toilette)

We had a 🦜 as our neighbor, some cats and dogs roaming that call this place home, but won't bother you if you don't call them. Overall very good quality for the price! Was a bit slow to get an Uber to get to the tourist areas.

• Jimenez (10/5): - Hotel Casa Torices Real II is a very pleasant place to stay. The service is excellent, and all the staff are very kind, especially Diana, John, and Mr. Antonio. The cleanliness is very good — rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. The pool is big, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The location is convenient: close to Marbella Beach and just a few minutes by car from the historic center. As in any city, just follow the hotel’s recommendations. I loved my stay and truly felt at home. Highly recommended! Ok
