Guest Reviews
- Orick (10/5): - Fantastic spot walk out back door beach everything across street st John's pass Beds could have been little better
- CYMAN (10/5): -
- MICHAEL (10/5): Nice laid back beach location. - Great location, on the beach, easy walk to restaurants, bars & shopping
- Kelly (4/5): The location is great. The hotel is very rundown lots of code violations and in much need of updates and repairs. It see - Location First of all the resort is very old and much much in need of updates. The property is very rundown not very well kept there were so many code violations that I will be addressing with the business bureau. I would not recommend this place. Apparently there are two resort companies on property who apparently don’t care for each other very much . I didn’t receive any notification from Booking.com of what office to go to and of course I went to the wrong office the first time which is off property. It’s not even on property where you check in so I went to the desk and the lady was horribly rude, horribly horribly rude and wasn’t a fan of Booking.com. There was no indication that the check-in offices are with the travel companies and there’s nothing on site. This hotel is in very very poor shape or at least the unit 344 that I stayed in we lost power one day the toilet stopped working another day and from noon Friday on there is no maintenance on property so you’re screwed. That way we had to call Home to have somebody help us get the toilet working just not a good set up. I would not recommend it.
- Cynthia (8/5): Will be back, we love the Mad Beach and Johns Pass area. - View was great for price we paid. Loved the beach access and the proximity to John's Pass. Did not like having physical keys and a key pad would have been easier. Also, would have preferred the beach lounge chairs in the pool area itself instead of gated separately but still a very nice place to stay.
- Christine (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (7/5): We may come back if you have a handicap unit on the ground floor. - We loved the view. The place was clean and well kept on the whole. We didn’t like the stairs as it was difficult to get our belongings up. An elevator for seniors would have been perfect. We were disappointed that half the recline was broken. The blinds need to be replaced.
- Brian (10/5): we would definitely return. people at the resort were fantastic.was more social and friendly !!!! - Ease of checking, TV buffered so bad would take a couple hours to watch a movie..gave up after a few days. Also someone needs to clean the vacuum after each guest...and they need to sweep between the wall and refrigerator..doesn't look like it's been swept or cleaned in months.
- Cynthia (9/5): Great location, nice place, bad bed - Room was nice and location was perfect. Pool was amazing! The bed was awful.
- Jennifer (10/5): Amazing! - everything! Maria the reservationist was hands down absolute amazing and over accommodating! Cj the maintenance guy was extremely nice as well.
we will def be back.
- Everett (10/5): excellent quality and good service - overall experience hallways were tight
- Eric (8/5): Very good -
