- Dean (2/5): - BEWARE -SCAM The property was booked for a member of staff, when they got there at the end of a long day the hotel did not exist. There is NO hotel of this name on that road. We did receive an email from Expedia telling us there was no room available at 5am the NEXT morning. The money has been taken for the room as well. Shame on the hotel and Expedia for advertising this hotel. We require a refund
- Jim (2/5): - I did not even see the property. They were supposed to send me an email with entry instructions but failed to do so and Expedia had to find me other accomodation at the last minute. I recommend you never work with these people again.

- Fatou (2/5): - The toilet is broken the toilet seat on top of the toilet seat is human feces there the bedding is very dirty The bedroom window is broken. That's a fly everywhere in the corridor going downstairs. I would like action to be taken as soon as possible. And I will like my reform back. What did it advert in the website? And what you see in real life is different. I am not happy and I want my money back. I want compensation back No heater
