Pas d eau chaude le matin au premier étage. Très peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Pire, en discutant avec la femme de chambre, on apprend que le problème dans cette chambre est connu mais que rien n’a été fait: l’hôtel commercialisé donc volontairement une chambre défectueuse !! Hôtel à fuir !

- Jocelyne (10/5): Satisfaction - Séjour d'une nuit vendredi 9 mai - samedi 10 mai (et non jeudi 8 mai - vendredi 9 mai). Accueil très satisfaisant. Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel. Jolie décoration dans tout l'hôtel. Petit bémol : des filets de cheveux dans le receveur de douche et sur un carreau du carrelage ! Je n'ai pas voulu le déclarer compte tenu de la parfaite propreté partout.

- Benjamin (10/5): Excellent séjour! - Jolie chambre, tout est très propre! Il y a un petit bar au rdc très sympa avant le restaurant asiatique (j’avoue qu’on a été un peu surpris mais très bien!) Petit dej simple mais complet! On est à quelques minutes à pied du château! Attention, que 3 places de parking, il faut appeler pour en réserver une! Très content du séjour!

We were told by hotel staff that we could stay in the 20 minute spot on the street as the police were having to be lenient as parking was full throughout the city. - Francis (10/5): - Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Suggestions for dinner were perfect. Breakfast, 9.5 euros, was outstanding. A large buffet of fresh choices. Excellent coffee. The hotel is an easy walk to the Château, the river, shops, and dining. Nearby local restaurants were excellent and reasonably priced. We will be back. Highly recommended.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 坂の上のエレベーターのないホテル - 今回の問題点は3階の部屋への階段がないことを受け付けの方が言うことなく、説明だけで3回までスーツケースを運んだ点でした。今までも階段のない宿泊施設はありましたが、エレベーターがない点を受付で提示されて、大抵はどなたかが到着の時は上の階まで運んでくださいました。階段自体が狭く、暗く私たちの前に荷物を運んでおられた年配のご夫婦も本当に大変そうでした。坂の多いBloisの町の坂の上にあるこの宿泊施設の事情に今回は本当に気分の悪い思い出となりました。

- Jean-Paul (8/5): - J'avais réservé une chambre avec un grand et j'ai eu une chambre avec 2 petits lits. Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour les gens en mauvaise forme. Beaucoup trop d'escaliers. On monte, on descend et puis on remonte pour arriver au troisième étage.

Pas de possibilité de laisser ouvert car trop bruyant sur la rue. Chambres confortables et très propres. Personnel très accueillant. Seul bémol, pas de places pour se garer et obligation de parcmètre à l'extérieur. Pour les clients de l'hôtel il serait bien de proposer un système de ticket de parking ou offrir des heures de stationnement inclus dans le prix de la chambre...

- André (6/5): Ok, maar kan beter. - Twee redenen waarom ons verblijf minder aangenaam is verlopen. Wij reisden met de motor en kozen dit hotel omdat we de motoren daar veilig konden stallen. We vroegen dit bij de boeking en kregen geen tegenbericht. Daar aangekomen, moesten we de motoren op een publieke parkeerplaats achterlaten. Er was nochtans plaats achter de omheining. Na een lange discussie werd het toch toegelaten. Een tweede akkefietje, als gast van het hotel mochten we geen biertje drinken op het buitenterras hoewel het terras zeker niet vol zat. Dus toch enkele minpunten.

- Vincent (4/5): Hôtel loin d'un 3 étoiles - J'avais réservé une chambre double supérieure, et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre double standard. C'était une chambre pour handicapé, et seules les chambres double standard sont concernées. Et on ne m'a rien proposé financièrement pour compenser. La personne à l'accueil n'a été aimable. Et le petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h30 est vraiment trop tard. Et cerise sur le gâteau, il m'a fallu attendre 35 minutes pour avoir un café (en regard du nombre de personnes au petit-déjeuner à 7h30 versus une petite cafetière absolument pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Enfin, dernier point, la personne à l'accueil m'a informé qu'il n'y avait plus de tables disponibles pour diner en terrasse. Mais il se trouve qu'au cours de mon repas (installé près de la porte de la cuisine et du comptoir pour payer, emplacement absolument nul), j'ai entendu une des serveuses dire qu'il restait 2 tables de libre en terrasse. Dans cet hôtel, j'ai l'impression que les réservations via les sites en ligne ne sont pas traitées de la meilleure des façons. Je déconseille cet hôtel pour l'accueil, le respect de la chambre réservée et pour le placement à table. Le repas était bon. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très frugal et manque de choix.

- Sylvain (2/5): - Les chambres situées au rez-de-chaussée côté rue des remparts à éviter absolument. Fenêtres au ras du troittoir, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, murs qui vibrent quand un bus passe, bruits de la circulation. Pour une nuit à 103 euros, c'est inadmissible.

Après y avoir séjourné périodiquement chaque année, le personnel a changé et est totalement incompétent, le patron reste laxiste, une hôtesse *en apparence reponsable*très désagréable, voir très sèche, vous considère comme un intrus, voir mange et dégage.. Un client demande un autre siège car balance, elle rétorque, ils sont tous pareils.. Je demande de fermer la porte extérieure pour le froid, elle rétorque, non, elle reste ouverte pour le service extérieur.. Le petit-déjeuner lamentable, il n'y avait plus de lait, plus de jambon, plus de fromage, plus de baguette.. Nous avions terminé après une demi heure et ils ont apporté ce qu'il manquait.. Désastreux.. Plus jamais je n'y retournerai, pourtant nous y sommes allés depuis des années.

El aparcamiento no estaba disponible pues en ese espacio habían habilitado una terraza para servir las comidas y cenas; esto es un tanto inconveniente pues el hotel está situado en una zona de aparcamiento regulado.

- KIMBERLY (4/5): Décevant - Il faisait vraiment très froid et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons été prévenu qu'une fois devant la porte menant à notre chambre. Le seul geste commercial que nous avons eu pour ce gros désagrément a été un café pour mon mari. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce lieu. Par ailleurs, le "parking" peut accueillir maximum 3 voitures.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was very disappointing, especially the bathroom. There was a frosted glass sliding door to bathroom that didn't function properly, no shower curtain, insufficient towels and MOLD. The staff should be advised that the airport shuttle they use do NOT drop off passengers at their terminal if they are in a hurry to get back to Paris which I imagine is always the case. We had to pay someone an additional 20 euros to get our bags to our terminal. Should have taken a taxi.

- Ginger (8/5): - This little hotel was a surprise gem. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. But be aware there is no elevator. Luckily we only had a small overnight bag. Don’t let the hallway mislead you - everything else is modern and delightful. The family room was FANTASTIC!!! Will definitely return to this hotel.

- Lining (10/5): - we had wonderful stay, the hotel is in city near subway. The front desk young man was a nice guy. only issue was A/C wasn't cold enough.

- Ruth (10/5): A hotel with a great staff and a great location - The hotel is just up a hill from the center of Blois and has a terrific English-speaking staff who were very helpful to us. The room was very comfortable, neat and quiet, and compared to a fancy B&B where we later stayed in Blois, it was a great experience. The restaurant is pleasant and serves very good food. I can't recommend it strongly enough.
