- Angela (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay at a great location! - I enjoyed the clean space, ambiance, location, and pleasant scent. I slept comfortably and felt very welcomed. I appreciated the road behind the space which allowed us to easily load and unload luggage without climbing up the steps. Everything was clean and great smelling!! Also it’s so close to everything we wanted to see and had great restaurants nearby. There were lots of wildlife nearby as well! Nothing truly took away from the experience — the floors are quite slanted where I could feel it walking into the room.

The public areas were very comfortable and inviting, and we were very happy with our room.

Snow was not removed and I slipped. TV was a little complicated in which remote does what. Your Outlook Lodge book desperately needs updating. Half of the places in there don't exist anymore. The TV channel lineup isn't correct, etc...

It was niceto take a hike and be out in the forest and trees. I will definitely come back here again the carriage house was amazing ! # Had beautiful views a big bay window that you could set and listen to music read a book and just relax you can hear the birds singing early in the morning deer running around chasing each other it was amazing the carriage house and room 3 is where we stayed and we will definitely come again. room one looked very inviting the people that stayed there said it was very nice. I would like to bring our whole family here and do a weekend outing . the price was a little high. I had saw a few other places that had lower price and breakfast was included that might be something you guys want to think about just like coffee bagels muffins boiled eggs like a continental breakfast that would be a good benefit to this

- Shana (9/5): - Beautiful Victorian lodge — loved the front porch, the decor, toiletries. Great location for enjoying GMF or accessing the main road to get further afield. Unfortunately both the hot tub and fire circle weren't working during our stay. Staff were responsive when we reached out and made it up to us.

- Matthias (8/5): - We have stayed at the Outlook Lodge a couple of times. It is a very nice property. It’s obvious the owners have great taste and care about quality - from the linens and toiletries to the furnishings and artwork - all stellar! It’s a shared house - so the common areas are not always freely available. And, unfortunately, the firepit wasn’t working. But, otherwise it’s a lovely place and we will be back again! Jennifer, the manager, was very accommodating and lovely.

Die Kosmetikartikel, Seifen und Lotionen im Bad sind von hoher Qualität. Bereits beim Eintreten in die Unterkunft fühlt man sich wohl und willkommen! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls Traumhaft, und in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich gute Lokale! Es war alles toll, es gibt nichts zu kritisieren!

- Basson (10/5): - The lodge was exceptional. We loved the solitude and coziness of the rooms. Setting by the fire pit and sitting on the balcony in the rocking chars. Great place to unwind and relax. We are already planning our next trip to the outlook lodge.
- Nancy (10/5): - I loved practically everything about this stay. The views were beyond beautiful. The outside dining area with grill and fire pit was just perfect. So gorgeous. The ability to have use of a full kitchen was a great perk. They supplied us with robes as well which was awesome since we had limited packing. If I had to pick a downside it would be the amount of steps we had to walk up from the parking area. We had to stop once or twice each time but didn’t mind it enough to not return. They had a bench sitting about half way up and the views were so gorgeous it almost made me not mind the steps at all. I can’t wait to return.

- C (10/5): Beautiful understated decor and a great place to have a relaxing stay in between hikes. - Located in a very small and quiet town but close enough (to drive) to Woodland Park for groceries, gas, and restaurants. The building kept its original architecture but interior decor was beautifully done. Fridge in the room could not freeze our ice packs. You also have to use your own password to watch some of the streaming channels.

Outdoor firepit. Only complaint is we were on lower level of carriage house. The people above us were loud and we had to complain to management. Was mot very relaxing in our room. So ask for upper floor room when booking. Otherwise lovely area to visit.

- Janet (10/5): Great stay - We had a grat visit. The property is beautiful. The little town is amazing. The hiking trails are awesome (but challenging for two out-of-shape, low altitude loving Texans. Lol). My only complaint would be getting and turning in the keys to our room. The lock boxes to retrieve the keys are a bit awkward and dont seem very secure, and leaving the keys in the room and texting that you're checked out left me feeling a bit uneasy. Otherwise, everything was great.

A 100 year-old mountain Lodge restored and refurbished in the very best way to combine a level of luxury look and feel without destroying the authentic mountain feeling. The furniture, decor and design was clean, comfortable and sumptuous all at once. Plus there was a fine art bent to the interior design, in a nod to the town’s Greenbox Artist in Residence program, and the art found all around town.

- Terry (9/5): A gem - There is a fully equipped kitchen available to guests, so we were able to easily make dinner there and cook porridge the following morning. I loved the outdoor hot tub. The common room and dining area were beautifully finished in wood panelling and furnished to perfection. A perfect pocket luxury stay. It's walking distance to an excellent and very friendly diner called the Pantry for second breakfast as well. I thing the ability to climb stairs to access a lot of the property should be highlighted. This wasn't a problem for us but people with impaired stair climbing ability would need to be alerted so they could take a room which was accessible to them. For example, the car parking is at the bottom of a long flight of stairs and the hottub is located at a sister property and the room we stayed in was down a narrowish flight of stairs. As I say, not a problem if you are ambulatory and fit.

- Kayla (10/5): - We were sad that we only stayed here one night! When we arrived, we were cabin number one in the main lodge and there’s only two cabins in the main lodge, but they have a shared living area with a gas fireplace and a seating area. We got to enjoy that in addition to our room. The amenities are so wonderful here. The bathroom is adorable and the water got nice and hot, which was great because we went apparently the coldest weekend of the year lol my husband and I slept on the super comfortable bed and it was the first great night sleep I got on that trip. My stepdaughter slept on the pullout couch and said it was very comfy. In the morning when we made coffee, they provide a variety of K cups so we got to each try something fun and different (they even had hot chocolate, tea and cider K cups to choose from). There’s also a communal kitchen so if you go out to dinner right down the street at the fun pub and have leftovers you can bring it back and put it in the big fridge. We talked about going back in the summer months to be able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor fire area. All in all this place was hands down our favorite stay of our vacation (we had stayed at four different places lol). We hope to stay there next visit to Colorado!
- brittany-kay (10/5): Hated to leave - Beautiful accommodations amid a very small quant mountain town. The other guests were friendly, this was a perfect stop on our tour through CO. Everything was thought of inside the room. There is no staff on-site but they were responsive to messages with questions I had. Definitely pull around to the backside to unload if you have any physical restrictions...steep stairs out front.

The purpose of my visit was to attend the Green Box Exhibition, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The outlook from the hotel was mesmerizing, and I couldn't help but admire the beauty of the surrounding mountains. It truly is a paradise for nature lovers. Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. In terms of accessibility, the hotel was easy to find, and the proximity to the little town was a definite plus. It allowed us to explore the amazing places the town had to offer, while still being able to retreat to the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the hotel. Overall, my experience at Green Falls Mountains was nothing short of fantastic. I was captivated by the beauty of the location, the comfort of the hotel, and the convenience of the nearby attractions. I can confidently say that we will be returning in the future. Once again, thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I will be sure to recommend Green Falls Mountains to friends and family who are looking for a serene and picturesque getaway. - Joy (10/5): - We spent 2 nights at The Outlook Lodge while visiting Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and the Dinosaur Resource Center. This was a very convenient place to stay for all events. The Lodge was very nicely furnished, the room spacious and well appointed, immaculate. Our room was in a separate building, the "Carriage House". The main building housed for guests' use: a kitchen, dining room, barbecue pit, and wide porch with easy chairs and tables. First night we went to the Blue Moose Tavern for dinner, as that was the only place open in town. We waited 1.5 hours to be served. Second night we went to Safeway in Woodland Park and got takeout. We had a lovely, peaceful evening sitting on the porch with out dinner.

- Jason (10/5): - Hard to believe I've lived 25 years, hiking GMF and never once stayed! This was the perfect choice as we have moved away and came back for a wedding. Thank you so much especially to the cleaning staff for such an impeccable job!!!

- Kimberly (6/5): Great property; avoid lower floors and confirm services - Beautiful spot and well appointed room/property. Large and well equipped kitchen and common areas. Adequate parking. We were put in a unit on a lower floor. Awful. Avoid unit 5 in carriage house!!! Three different sets of lodgers above us and we could hear EVERYTHING they did. Intimately, watching television, using the bathroom, packing their gear @ 3am, etc. Property site also made reference to s’mores and romance packages without indicating how to get them! Did not realize there would be no housekeeping during our stay. Trash not emptied once…
- Stephani (8/5): Loved it! Can’t wait to come again. - It was cozy and an adorable little place tucked up in the mountains. Great places to spend time outside on the patio and by the fire pit. If you are bothered by people walking around and dropping stuff at 5:30 in the morning you won’t want to be in room 5 or 6.
- Bernard (10/5): - Stayed in the deluxe suite in the main lodge. It was perfect for my wife and I. Easy access to nearby breakfast restaurant and lots of hiking trails. Would stay again when in the area again.

There were so many gorgeous colors and textures, design choices, and interesting, unconventional furnishings. We especially loved watching the rain and snow outside from the bay window! This is exactly the escape we needed.
- G Thomas (10/5): - Spacial Room, bathroom clean with modern fixtures, clean, many extra amenities appreciated- keurig in room, coffee maker and coffee in kitchen, free take-one candy bars, bottled water.. I will stay here again
