Guest Reviews
- Irlan (10/5): Um lugar para você se sentir em casa é muito bem acolhido - A localização e o atendimento
- Aurore (10/5): Super séjour et très bon accueil - La vue, la propreté et le confort La difficulté d’accès mais ça vaut le coup !
- Frederick (2/5): Had we known in advance that the access road was so narrow and difficult to drive, we likely would not have rented this - Top of the hill and has good views but very windy and cold in April. The road has sharp turns and was extremely difficult to navigate, especially during our late arrival after 8:00 PM. Most guests will probably need to park at street level and walk uphill to reach the apartment. The apartment itself is a bit outdated. Hand soap and body wash were not provided upon our arrival. The shower is also in poor condition, and the water temperature becomes inconsistent when someone else uses water elsewhere in the unit, even for something as simple as washing hands.
- Maria (9/5): - La vue sur le Vésuve et sur toute la baie est magnifique !
- Magdalena (10/5): Stunning apartment with best views of Sorrento - Woow this property exceeded my expectations! The apartment is just amazing, super spacious and well furnished. The view from the living room is 😍 incredible.
Host has everything prepared to make our stay there super smooth, since the apartment is a bit far away from the city center, I would recommend to coordinate your with Mario directly, since they pick you up at the apartment and price are super competitive. Prioria is not Sorrento and it's important that you budget for this, since it's ~25 minutes taxi ride (35/40 Euro) from city center or a 40 minute walk downhill. There's a bus but runs with super low frequency. Plan ahead, but the neighborhood is super chill so it's worth it.
- Justyna (10/5): Polecam, ja tutaj wrócę 🙂 - Fantastyczny widok z dużego i dobrze wyposażonego tarasu.
- Maria (10/5): - Views were amazing especially at night
Hosts were great and the home was perfect for our family stay Located a little way up hill but bus stop handy
- Abhishek (10/5): Beautiful villa with beautiful view - Everything was jus fab...view, villa, its facilities, michael himself was very accommodative. It's located too aloof. .
Nothing available nearby...
No restaurants, departmental store, difficult for a big car to go until villa...
If with kids...not suggested
Plan your stay properly at this villa by carrying food, grocery etc along.
- Maria (10/5): Great location - The view was Amazing!!! Great location...all the amenities...
Close to all tourist attractions
- Vibhuti (8/5): A nice, comfortable stay. - Property itself is beautiful with all required amenities. Owners are extremely helpful and prompt with any help required. The location is very tricky. However, if you plan well, there is an hourly bus service to and from the main train station. Taxis can take up to €45 or there is an option to hike up around 1000 stairs 😅 if you feel adventurous.
- Donna (8/5): Other than the steep walk up - it was a comfortable and lovely stay. - Beautiful view and nice patio. Quiet and peaceful. The walk up to the property. Made you think twice of how many outings you would do in a day.
- Natalie (1/5): Totally isolated! Misled in description! Do not stay! It’s 50 euro taxi then 30/40 steps covered in moss with no lig - Not much Location was not as advertised. Not enough towels for a weeks stay. Dangerous at night no lights or torch supplied. Very expensive, ripped off as mid advertised. Blamed booking dot com but wrote it in the description. Location really awful. No hand soap in bathroom, no pepper, no kitchen towel, no kitchen cleaning spray, not even beautiful plants as shown in photo. Really felt ripped off. Gave the owner/manager a chance to make things better he refused a lift to station. Blamed rules .. crap I can call a taxi so can he .
- Abraham (5/5): It was ok, but for price we paid we expected mattresses to be alot better! - Outside terrace. Clean place. Views from the terrace. Host was attentive and responsive. The most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. We booked 2 bedroom for 2 couples, but only 1 room was used due to how uncomfortable bedroom 2 was. Our friends had to sleep on the living room sofa bed which also wasn't the most comfortable but it was better than sleeping on the bed. We complaint to the host and he said they will get it changed but they did not (apparently due to holidays delivery was slow). He said nobody ever complaint but I don't understand how someone can sleep on a mattress where you can literally feel the springs on your back!
- Marco (10/5): Incredible stay, amazing people! - Staff was amazing. They were very easy to reach for aby information needed. Very well equipped. Would recommend this location over and over again. We liked everything about this place and the people!
- Chapman (8/5): The amenities were great and we loved sitting on the terrace everyday. - Views in particular were magic Cost to catch taxi home as bit far out to walk into town easily
- Razvan (8/5): Beautiful vacation on the Amalfi coast. - View of the Sorrento bay, quietness, terrace, lemon trees around the house. Amenities according to the description. Better accessibility, only small cars can reach the villa.
- Kasia (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely excellent place, spacious and amazing views, a bit further from the centre so you need consider that. V friendly owner, good communication and flexibility with checking in, clean and tidy
- John (9/5): Three bedrooms, plenty of space, beautiful view - Great space, very clean, beautiful view, staff was helpful Far from downtown Sorrento do you have to plan your day to limit trips. Walk to main town area is over 25 minutes
- Angela (10/5): Perfect location for a chill out after the busyness of Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. - The views across Naples Bay was outstanding. The tranquility was a welcomed escape from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. Francesca gave us a lovely warm welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay. Absolutely loved this little house. The driveway is very steep and very tight and you would need to be a very accomplished driver to master it or have a very small car!!!! The walk from car park to house is steep but well worth it for the views.
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (1/5): Bad -
- Joseph (8/5): Stunning views, lovely villa and excellent hosts! - Amazing views from the lovely balcony area. Spacious comfortable villa. Carmine was the perfect host! Very tight road leading to the villa! Don’t hire a large car! WiFi stopped working.
- Becca (10/5): A gem. I'll be back! - A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views, a great outdoor space, equipped with everything you need to even cook a meal if you'd like. We did! The hosts were lovely and extremely accommodating. They even went out of their way to help us navigate to the apartment since our GPS was haven't trouble getting us there. Its a bit difficult to drive up to the property without a small car because of the very narrow roads, but that's to be expected in Sorrento.
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional - The view was spectacular. The patio was a wonderful place to start and end the day. The apartment was well equipped and spotless. The AC was appreciated on the hot days. Getting back and forth to Sorrento was a challenge at times. We could walk down to town, but walking back up would be really hard. The bus is available, but the schedule didn't work for us. We used taxi's but they were a bit expensive.
- Claire (3/5): Awful location, dangerous access, not suitable for family - Nice view. Access to this property is awful, very narrow uphill driveway, very difficult to get in and out of. Main road into Sorrento was closed, this was not disclosed when we booked- took over an hour to get into Sorrento by car on mountain roads. No shops/Restaurants within walking distance. We had booked and paid for a week but left after 2 nights due to location and difficulty in accessing property. Owner would not offer any refund even a small gesture which was very disappointing. Bookings investigated complaint and offered 25euro voucher. Overall very disappointing.
