Maíra Bahia (10/5): - O apartamento é bem confortável e amplo com uma varanda. Estávamos em apenas duas pessoas e nos sentimos em casa e com processo de check-in online super fácil e prático. Gostamos de tudo apenas como ponto de melhoria sugeriria a troca da roupa de cama por algo de melhor qualidade de acordo com o nível do apartamento. Uma das toalhas por exemplo estava manchada apesar de estar tudo limpo e organizado. Sobre a localização não fique exatamente no centro mas é possível realizar tudo a pé e se estiver de carro também é possível ir de carro a poucos minutos dos principais pontos de interesse da cidade. Fiquem apenas atentos as regras de estacionamento nas ruas pois tivemos problemas em parar numa zona azul em que nosso carro foi multado. De uma maneira geral super recomendo esse apartamento.

kemal (9/5): - 1) The location is very safe and just nearby the city center of Sofia with a 10 minutes walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants, so all historical places 2) There was a free and closed car parking lot for our home, so we could safely park our car and we didn't need it for a city center tour 1) There were some hygenic problems at whole house as the bed sheets and towels, but in general the building was comfy and good...

Jose miguel (9/5): Super! - Très propre ! Cuisine équipée il manque juste un micro-onde. Pensez à amener votre lessive pour utiliser la machine à laver. Il y a un étendoir pour vos vêtements et des cintres. Il y a des rangements pour vos affaires. Baignoire au top. Sofa, lit confortable. Bonne localisation vous pouvez en 15 min être dans une zone qui bouge le soir. Proche des zones touristiques intéressantes. C’est un peu compliqué pour trouver les clefs, suivez bien les instructions. Attention à la marche de la salle de bain j’ai failli tomber plusieurs fois 🫣 Un peu humide et les volets ne sont pas totalement opaques pour dormir le matin.

Michael (8/5): - The location of the property was convenient for our family, and the parking space was also very comfortable. We liked the apartment — I would rate it around 7 out of 10 The apartment lacked basic cutlery (such as spoons and forks), which was inconvenient. Additionally, when we arrived, the apartment was quite cold and had not been preheated, so we had to wait about 1–1.5 hours for it to reach a comfortable temperature. If you are traveling as a family of three, it’s worth noting that the sofa bed is not properly equipped with suitable bedding — it kept slipping off and was difficult to arrange properly. It was also somewhat noisy, as the neighboring apartment doors are close by, and sounds from the corridor could be easily heard.

Miglena (6/5): Ок, но няма да посетим отново - Местоположението, намира се в центъра, има много ресторанти баблизо, плюс е , че има тераса, добър интернвт и телевизия, подземен паркинг. Развали се бойлера , оправиха го за 1 час, за което благодарим. Приводно изглеждаше чисто, но реално се нуждаеше от почистване! Пода беше измит с мръсен парцал и апартачента миришеше на мокро куче. Наложи се да купувам ароматизатори, за да пооправя това. Терасата беше меъсна, пепелника и пълен с фасове. Имаше пайжини в банята и на цветята в хола. По ъглите имаше мръсно. Това което най-много ни отблъсна, беше миризмата на дивана. Имаше аромат на стар човек. Паркинга е супер, но входа му е опасен, псобенно ако сте с по-голяма кола. Може да се одере сериозно. На обявата пише , че апартамента е 140кв.м, а той е не повече от 60-70кв.м
Alina (9/5): Sofya için harika konaklama - Ev, merkeze 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde, ve yakınlarında market bulabilirsiniz. Otobus/tramvay/metro duraklarına da oldukça yakın mesafede. En büyük avantajı kapalı ve ücretsiz otoparkı olması. Ev temizdi. Yeterli sayıda mutfak malzemesi ve ev eşyası mevcuttu, eksik hiçbirşey olmadı.Kahve makinası, su ısıtıcısı, ekmek kızartma makinası gibi mutfak aletleri mevcuttu. İnternet ev içerisinde güzel çekiyordu, ama balkon yada terastan yeterli çekmiyordu , fakat bu bizim için sıkıntı değildi. Ev sahibi bizi şahsen karşıladı, anahtarları teslim etti ve gerekli açıklamaları yaptı. Ev klima ile ısınmaktadır, soğuk hava da bile odaların sıcaklığı oldukça iyiydi. Sofya ' da konaklama için tavsiye edeceğim bir ev. Sevmediğim bir durum olmadı.

ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΣ (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρισκόταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. ¨Ηταν ερύχωρο και καθαρό. Μεγάλο του πλεονέκτημα αποτελούσε η ύπαρξη υπόγειου χώρου στάθμευσης, με απευθείας πρόσβαση στους ορόφους μέσω ανελκυστήρα.

Kameliya (6/5): The place needs maintenance and refreshing - The apartment has very good location, it’s spacious, the parking is a great benefit. The sofa made me a bad impression as it was dirty and wasn’t comfortable. The towels didn’t smell nice. The refrigerator wasn’t functioning well. Upon arrival it wasn’t even working and it was crucial for us as we had to keep some medicine in there. The Netflix on the TV didn’t work and was constantly crashing. The wifi network was not working at all.

Aydemir (10/5): Central, Secure, and Comfortable; But Note the Wi-Fi Check-in Issue - Central, Secure, and Comfortable; But Note the Wi-Fi Check-in Issue The property itself is lovely, very secure, and quiet. It's in an extremely central location; we parked our car in the provided covered garage and were able to walk everywhere for two days, only using a taxi occasionally. The Strong Points: Comfortable Apartment: The apartment is spacious and airy. The bathroom is large, and the kitchen is well-equipped and clean. It includes a coffee machine, 3 coffees, and 4 quality tea bags. Excellent Location: Walking distance to everything. Covered Parking: There is free private parking on site. They even allow you to leave your car for 3-4 hours after you check out (just do not even have the remote). Fast Internet: The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, consistent with the generally good internet speed we experienced throughout Bulgaria. An Important Warning & Area for Improvement: We had a minor issue at check-in. Because our phones did not have international roaming, we could not connect to the property's Wi-Fi from outside to call for entry, and had to make a direct phone call. Luckily, a helpful Bulgarian student working at a small kiosk on the corner let us use her phone to call. If your phone doesn't work abroad, it would be useful to have an alternative plan for check-in (e.g., a local SIM card or an internet-based calling app). Important Warning - Insufficient Wi-Fi for Check-in: Please be aware when you arrive at the property: The Wi-Fi does not reach outside the building, including at the main entrance gate and the parking area. Fernando Autore (8/5): casa confortevole non vicinissima al centro ma neanche troppo lontana 20 minuti a piedi - casa ben arredata. pulita e confortevole il divano nel salone che doveva essere letto era rotto, però il giorno successivo al mio arrivo è stato aggiunto una brandina. Devono assolutamente riparare il divano.

Noach (8/5): - הדירה מסודרת ומתוחזקת. המיקום ממש מרכזי וניתן להגיע לכל מקום בקלות. מלבד יום ההגעה שפגשנו את המארח לקבלת המפתחות, לצערי לא זכינו להתייחסות כלל. הודעות וואטסאפ שנשלחו אליו , לא זכו לתגובה והרגיש ממש זלזול. האירוח לא כולל שירותי ניקיון וחבל. לדוגמא ,נאלצנו להשתמש באותם מגבות ללא החלפה. הספה בסלון דורשת שיפור והחלפה ( ממש לא נוחה)

The accommodation was spotless and very clean, well located and well secured, which makes you feel confident and at ease. There is everything you need to prepare a small meal if necessary. Wi-Fi works well, air conditioning works perfectly—nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

Немного далеко находятся супермаркеты и главные достопримечательности, но это смотря кто зачем - Главное преимущество - подземный паркинг, который входит в стоимость аренды! Квартира хорошая, для временного пребывания. Очень приветливый хозяин (не знаю, хозяин ли это был). Наверное то, что немного подтекала душевая кабина.. - я поскользнулась и чуть не разбилась о «бордюр» при входе/выходе из ванной комнаты. Подушки очень не удобные, мы спали на своих.

RoxQirfa (9/5): Comodo per visitare il centro - La posizione e il garage sotto la struttura e la presenza del bidet. Spazi ampi e letto comodo. Cucina ben attrezzata (posate a parte in quanto mancanti) con forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, lavatrice e macchina per il caffè + bollitore. La pulizia andrebbe migliorata. Il frigo era quasi inutilizzabile perché impregnato di un fortissimo odore di cipolla. Aggiungerei una tenda oscurante anche alla finestra nella zona angolo cottura, in quanto nella stesso ambiente c'è il divano letto e la luce entra inevitabilmente, oltre a togliere privacy.

Sala spaziosa con moltissimi servizi presenti (lavatrice, lavastoviglie , fornelli etc.) che lo rendono sicuramente molto buono per un soggiorno prolungato. Caroline (9/5): Clean and comfortable place in a lovely part of Sofia - We were warmly welcomed by our very friendly host. He supplied us with detergent for the washing machine and very useful restaurant recommendations in Sofia. The apartments were clean and comfortable, as well as in a good location. All was well; there was a lot of plane traffic in the mornings, but this seems to be normal for this part of Sofia.

BUSETTO (10/5): Cucina ben attrezzata, posizione strategica, parcheggio privato al coperto - Appartamento molto ampio e luminoso, con cucina ben attrezzata. Posizione strategica perché in pochi minuti si raggiunge a piedi il centro. Comodità di avere un parcheggio coperto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Everything was modern, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The private parking was a big plus and made my stay even more convenient. The location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was very kind and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia!

דוד פינטו (9/5): - מקום נקי ומסודר. חדרים גדולים, מרפסת ואיבזור מלא. אישרו לנו גם יציאה מאוחרת לאור טיסה שהתעכבה.. המיקום 10 דקות הליכה מתחילת רחוב ויטושה, לשאר האטרקציות נסענו במונית. התקשורת עם הבעלים הייתה קצת מאתגרת אבל בסה''כ נהנינו מאוד.
