• Akrikez (5/5): - Breakfast was ok, eggs and sausages and a Maldivian breakfast with some fruits. The location was good, very nearby the beach and they picked me up from the speed boat. When I had an excursion they gave me breakfast in a box to take with me. The room was very spacious and you get beach towels during the stay. Unfortunately the room was not up to certain expectations: the AC was not working accordingly so you had to also keep on the ceiling fan which makes a lot of noise. The TV was not working, in the bathroom the shower head was broken and sometimes only hot water came out. In a regular room there is no drying rack, so I had to dry out my clothes on the side railing of the corridor. When I first came in the quilt of the bed was very dirty with a lot of stains and the same goes for the bath towels and mat, after notifying the staff changed them.The hotel itself is super hot in the lounge and staircase and such, you can't cool off there from the heat outside. After notifying the staff of these issues they did offer for me to move to another room, but I had only 1 night left so I did not change rooms.

В остальном все хорошо. Были более дешёвые варианты которые я изначально рассматривал и которые были более современные. Знал бы я бы заказал изначально более дешёвый вариант

Para el desayuno te preparan los huevos como más te gustan al momento! Eché en falta más variedad y opciones en el desayuno y más frutas.
• james (10/5): Excellent - The staff were very accomodating, we got a late check out as we didnt leave the island until 5pm, my gf left her rings in the room and the manager drove to the pier to return them to her, which was above and beyond and we were very grateful. Fins and life jackets available to borrow daily. Rooms were clean, great location Only thing would be breakfast was the same everyday

No coffee. The worst was that they charge us $5 for a reused glass bottle that broke because their mini fridge was also broken. So 1 star less.

There is no elevator, it is difficult to carry suitcases from the 3rd floor when checking out. We did not have breakfast, as we had early morning check out, so we got lunch box which was ok.

Moc ochotný personál, přijel pro nás do přístavu a vynesl kufr na pokoj. Není výtah ale vynahradí to ochotný personál který vám pomůže s kufry. Mafushii je šílená destinace, pokud jedete na Maledivy, rozhodně se vydejte někam dál od Malé, Mafushii je rozestavěný ostrov plný hluku, lidí, žádné soukromí, špatné pláže.

They helped us with our luggage in both ways, return was really difficult because of heavy rain, however it wasn't issue for them. Room was spacious and cozy.

• Daniela (7/5): Personal y management cuestionables. - La localización. Las instalaciones son bastante nuevas. Desayuno abundante. El chico de los desayunos parece el único que trabaja. El personal. No hay nunca nadie en recepción. Las pocas veces que está alguien está al teléfono y cuando le preguntas algo parecen molestarse. El chico con pelo largo y rizado a mí llegada me ofrecíó un cambio de 19.5 rupias maldivianas por euro. Media hora después su compañera (él había terminado el turno) me cambio por 22. El chico quería llevarse a casa su comisión? Me pareció fatal. Reservé una triple viajando sola porqué fue la única habitación que me salía en Booking.com para 4 noches seguidas. El mismo día que llegué pregunté si tenían una doble disponible para que pudiera pagar un poco menos y me dijeron que estaban fully booked. El día después vi disponibilidad en Booking.com de la habitación doble para las 3 noches que quedaban y pregunté otra vez. El manager me dijo claramente que sí que la tenían pero no quería hacer un reembolso por "business strategy". La satisfacción del cliente viene por último claramente, somos bancos andantes para ellos. Primero el business.
• Matias (2/5): The worst custoner experience in whole Maldives - Close to the beach The staff. People that work there are so incompetent. The whole situation with the speed boats was the worst experience i had in 4 different hotels around maldives. All the other islands and hotels the staff was always paying attention to the speed boats transfers, staying in touch with me, helping with all the details. In this case i lost my first soeed boat due to bad information from the staff, then the day i had to go they asked me what time i wanted to leave, i gave them the time and they said “ok done”, then (because of the bad experience before) i double checked with other guy if my boat was booked, and it was not, they told me i had to go book it myself to the company so I don’t understand why they ask my departure time in the first place and said “ok” like it was solved already. If i didn’t ask again i would’ve lost my flight and i don’t think they would’ve payed for it. Also, if you’re reading this, don’t come to this island, is worthless, all the other ones are better, cheaper, and people arr actually trying to help you as their customer. Try maamigili, or thoddoo, or digurah, any of them is better, this one is full of dumb tourists that have no respect for anything or anyone at the beach, waste of money coming here.

• Rajendra (3/5): dirty bedsheet and no one speaks English - Breakfast was okay! Not a single person at this hotel can speak English that I understand. The bedsheet in the room was extremely dirty. I literally saw hair and a filthy stain on the bedsheet, as if the beding had never even been changed from the previous guest. The moment I tucked into bed, the sand was all over me. I could feel it in my skin. There were four sets of coloured towels, not for drying purposes, but for topping the bed. The staff used a sign language to tell us to use a coloured towel on the bed so the bedsheet wouldn't get dirty. But the bedsheet was already filthy with a stain.

• Dr Ziaur (8/5): the experience was decent and i am satisfied for the price - everything was really clean and the overall design is very minimalistic and good. the room was nice. the breakfast wasnt too bad either. even though it's only a four-storyed building, the stairs are a bit too inclined so elders might face a bit of a problem. it does not have a lift.

Ontbijt basic maar goed. Kamer ruim en schoon en comfortabel. Balkon was aan de binnenkant van het gebouw. De was droogde gelukkig wel snel.

La habitación muy amplia, con smart tv, nevera y aire acondicionado. Subir 3 pisos sin ascensor (las maletas te las sube el personal!!), no tuve agua caliente en la ducha ningún día (hacía calor, por lo que no reclamé, pero es un dato a tener en cuenta). Las almohadas son bastante gordas.. super incómodo para dormir.

• Daphne (10/5): a beach inn with a hotel quality and amazing location - -Located a few steps from Bikini Beach, just behind the big hotels -Spacious and clean rooms, cold ac, high water pressure -Very responsive owner/manager on messages and requests -Helpful and attentive staff -Cheaper than most hotels but the service is amazing and you get the same experience because they are literally on the same spot as Arena and Kaani -a cafeteria and souvenir shop right across the inn -breakfast buffet is simple but with good choices -they booked our speedboat pickup from the airport for only $15 per person which is way cheaper than most offers -no lift so make sure you can take flights of stairs before booking (they helped with the luggage though so it was not a problem for us) -breafkast is served from 7:30am--I wish it was earlier (food is packed if you have an early excursion)

La habitación tenía balcón perfecto para tender. Nos recogieron y nos llevaron al muelle. Además nos ayudaron a organizar los traslados. Cerca hay muchos sitios para contratar excursiones. Había algo de ruido en la calle y la ventana no estaba bien sellada.

Il personale è molto cortese e sempre disponibile. Le camere sono molto curate, dotate di tutti i dispositivi e vengono pulite ogni giorno. L'unica nota negativa è la colazione che è comunque deliziosa ma ha poca scelta. Manca tutta la parte dolce tipica della colazione europea. È stata un'opportunità per fare una colazione in stile Maldiviano.

• Gemma (8/5): Súper recomendable! - En general, realmente todo :) La relación calidad-precio es espectacular! Cierto es que se trata de un hotel con todas las comodidades pero ningún lujo. La habitación es amplia y dispone de todo lo necesario. El personal es súper amable y atento, te ayuda con lo que necesites. Nos prepararon cada día desayuno para llevar dado que teníamos excursiones. Añadir que se encuentra justo al lado de Shadow Palm (conocida empresa de excursiones) por lo que es súper cómodo alojarte aquí si las haces con ellos. Se agradece estar tan cerca porque las excursiones son muy temprano ;) Por poner algún pero, la presión de agua en la ducha algo justa para mi gusto aunque puedes ducharte sin problema.
