- Steven (9/5): Generally high standard including the restaurant. - Good location for Valley of the Temples and other Agrigento sites without being in Agrigento per se. Room was fine except for lighting. Good ambiance lighting. But the only place bright enough to read was on/in bed.

- Noémie (8/5): Hôtel plutôt classe pas loin de la vallée des temples - - Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par la réceptionniste souriante et chaleureuse. - L’hôtel est très joli, la chambre est grande et la salle de bain aussi très spacieuse. - le restaurant de l’hôtel est plutôt bon et le petit déjeuner est assez bien - la chambre est calme, bien insonorisée - Nous avons été un peu déçus de ne pas avoir eu d’accès au rooftop (apparement uniquement en été et nous étions présent en mai) Les photos sur l’annonce le mettaient beaucoup en évidence et il n’était pas clairement indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas d’accès. - Ruelles étroites pour accéder à l’hôtel, parking difficile (pas vraiment de places de parc, les voitures sont alignées un peu partout où il y a de la place devant l’hôtel, il se peut qu’il n’y ait plus de place et que vous devez aller vous parquer plus bas dans la rue. - Organisation pour les voitures. Se faire réveiller à 8h car ils cherchent le propriétaire d’une voiture. Vu qu’elles sont un peu entassées, ils pourraient noter la plaque et lier à la chambre pour ne pas réveiller tout l’hôtel

- Slobodan (9/5): Great experience - Hotel is great! . Staff is very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is great. Restaurants nearby (recommended by hotel) are excellent. Rooftop terrace is sensational. The location is great but its a real challenge finding the place if you come by car. The directions provided by the hotel are not very helpful or outdated so it took as around an hour to find the place, even with help of some kind local people.

Sizilien halt: hier die Pracht in diesem wunderschönen Hotel und in unmittelbarer Nähe der morbide Charme des Verfalls. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Restaurants und Bars fussläufig max 100 m entfernt. Ich konnte problemlos einen Tag verlängern, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service…. Parkplätze direkt rund ums Hotel… Alles perfekt!

The building is beautifully renovated with great structural inclusion of modern architecture within the old frame and the materials are of high quality. For a hotel of this standard it is clear management has not an adequate notion of what is expected in terms of attention to details. The decoration is bare, the hotel feels ghostly, the bathrooms have not one shelf or cupboard. The elevator was out of order. When arriving for the second half of breakfast, food was short, clean plates and cups were missing, etc.

Colazione buonissima e ricca. Ci hanno regalato un upgrade da normale a superior che è stato apprezzatissimo Per raggiungere il posto dovete assolutamente seguire le indicazioni che riceverete da loro (anche così abbiamo avuto qualche problema)

In the little piazza there is a traditional local restaurant (top right corner) where we had a fun night. And the cafe next door is excellent for breakfast. The Spa and Hot Tub were both not available, which was a pity.

Mais surtout un professionnalisme hors norme de la part d'une personne qui nous a accompagné durant notre séjour : Maître d'hôtel, voiturier, room-service, d'une efficacité remarquable (dommage ...je n'ai pas noté son nom !) - Nicolas (10/5): Favara au top pour visiter la Vallée des Temples - L'accueil, le service, la chambre vraiment superbe, le restaurant. Il n'est pas trop difficile de se stationner. La salle de petit-déjeuner/restaurant n'est pas très chaleureuse: grand espace avec quelques tables d'où la sensation de "vide". C'est d'autant plus surprenant que tout le reste de l'hôtel est très soigné. Manque donc quelques fleurs et/ou aménagement pour rendre cette salle plus agréable. Petit détail: en rentrant du restaurant à 22h00 la veille du départ, il n'est pas trop agréable de nous "forcer" à déjà faire le check-out/paiement de la chambre...on a l'impression d'être suspecté de partir le lendemain comme des voleurs...Première fois que l'on me fait ce coup-là en 30 ans...

Leckeres Frühstück mit sizilianischem Brot und Früchten. Auf der benachbarten Piazza gibt es das Café Italia, in dem man gemütlich essen kann. Auf meiner Terrasse hat die Klimaanlage laut gebrummt. Im Sommer hätte es mich gestört.

- Šárka (9/5): - Skvělá snídaně, krásný velký pokoj, neuvěřitelně přátelský personál. Restaurace je otevřena až v 19.30hodin, tak jsme nevyužily (i když jsme následně s dcerou litovaly). Jediné co bych vytkla je špatný úklid koupelny - špunt (výpusť u umyvadla i u vany) neumytý a plný vlasů a prkýnko na toaletě zažloutlé.

- Cornelia (5/5): Schönes neues Hotel in einer nicht so attraktiven Stadt - Das Alba Palace Hotel liegt etwas versteckt im Altstadtzentrum von Farvara. Infos zur Navigation und zum Parken kamen ungefragt rechtzeitig über WhatsApp. Empfang sehr freundlich. Hotel ist sehr neu, gute Zimmerausstattung. Essen im Hotel war sehr gut, Frühstück ebenfalls. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Restaurant ist im gleichen Raum wie der Frühstücksraum. Als Restaurant fehlt etwas Atmosphäre, in der man sich wohler fühlen würde. Mehr Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby wären schön. Die Stadt Farvara bietet eher wenig, dafür ist das Hotel recht ambitioniert.

- Jose Maria (9/5): Hotel de 4 estrelas com acolhimento de 5 estrelas - A simpatia e profissionalismo das funcionárias que nos atenderam, o conforto das instalações e a boa relação preço qualidade. No hotel propriamente dito, podia ser melhorada a iluminação dos quartos e bloquear a luz dos cabides que acendia automaticamente quando alguém passava na frente, a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite. A penalização na classificação da localização deve-se apenas ao facto de Favara nos ter parecido muito feia e suja, com excepção da zona imediatamente junto ao hotel.

The manager on duty was an angel and helped us find a spot and to pay with the parking app. The room was great - nice and clean, good size and excellent shower. From the hotel we walked everywhere and enjoyed the central location immensely. What a charming spot and was a great team at the hotel. We would stay there again.

- Regina (8/5): Good value. - Value mix for being a short distance from Agrigento was excellent. Favara old town is being reinvigorated and Alba Palace is part of this journey, along with a number is businesses around the square. Cudos to Alba Palace. Viewing window into bathroom from bedroom
- Diane (5/5): Very very disappointing. - We could not find the property, it took over an hour to look for it while driving in very dodgy neighbourhoods. Finally we had to get a staff member to come to meet us.
