Spanidis (10/5): - Eine kleine Challenge bis zur Unterkunft, aber oben angekommen war es jeden Kilometer wert. Sehr freundliches Personal und immer ein Lachen im Gesicht. Wir haben uns sehr heimisch gefüllt, da der komplette Umgang mit Personal und Abläufe unkompliziert verlief. Einfach genial.

Es erschien alles ein wenig unpersönlich im Umgang, wenig familiär. Zum richtigen wohlfühlen fehlte uns ein hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner, der verfügbar war.

As senhoras do café da manhã também foram muito simpáticas. Os aposentos são ótimos, limpos e modernos. Nada nos desagradou no hotel. Super recomendamos!

Ein Highlight sind auch die Bestellungen von Drinks und Snacks an den Poolbereich. Der beiheizte Außenpool kann bei jeder Wetterlage genutzt werden. Alle waren sehr Hundefreundlich!

Andrea (10/5): - Ein sehr liebevoll geführtes Hotel mit äußerst sympathischen Gastgebern, schönen geräumigen Zimmern und leckerem Essen. Wir haben auch den Kaiserschmarren-Kochkurs und den Kochkurs 3-Gänge-Menü gemacht und diese sind kurz und knackig mit vielen Tipps vom Koch des Hauses. Uns hat alles ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Massimo (9/5): Siamo stati molto bene e se torneremo a sciare in zona vorremmo sicuramente tornarci - Centro benessere, panorama, parcheggio coperto, buona cucina, gentilezza del personale. La sauna spesso era chiusa per un sistema che se metti acqua in eccesso sui carboni salta la corrente e diventa inutilizzabile, metterei un cartello oppure non darei la possibilità di mettere l’ acqua. Andando a sciare e alzandoci presto normalmente sarebbe stato per noi migliore avere la colazione servita dalle 7 la mattina anziché le 7,30, anche se lo staff è disponibile a consegnare alle 7,30 un sacchetto con colazione.

Leider funktionierte die Sauna nicht, als wir ankamen. Das lag vielleicht auch daran, dass wir aufgrund der vielen Staus auf der Strecke später als geplant ankamen.

teresa (10/5): - La Spa è il punto forte ma anche la colazione era buonissima. La camera era accogliente e il personale molto gentile e a disposizione La strada per arrivarci è dura da fare di sera. È piena di curve e non ci sono troppi lampioni. Consiglio di non uscire nelle ore notturne

Paolo (8/5): Fantastica vista e suite perfetta - La vista è incredibile, una pace e una tranquillità indescrivibili. La suite è molto ampia e ricca di comfort. Il terrazzino molto spazioso ma comunque privato. In macchina sono circa 20 minuti di strada da Bolzano, dei quali almeno la metà di tornanti; A me piace guidare ma potrebbe essere un problema per chi sta male in macchina. L'acqua in bagno sembrava essere saponata, non mi so spiegare perchè. Dopo essermi sciaquato se sfregavo le mani si creavano ancora delle bolle di sapone. Anche il sapore era strano.

Sandra (9/5): Wunderbares Hotel, leckeres Essen und tolles Personal - Das Hotel wird seinem Namen Berghang gerecht, schön am Berg - wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer (wie auf den Bildern) mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug zum einfachen Gepäcktransport, als Abstellplatz fürs Auto eine abgeschlossene Garage direkt am Hotel. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker - innovative Kreationen in einem 4-Gänge-Menü am Abend und zum Frühstück gibt es ebenfalls alles, was das Herz begehrt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit - durchweg empfehlenswert!

Marta (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte (purtroppo) mentre tornavamo dall'Italia in Germania, tutto é andato benissimo, la camera era ampia e spaziosa, la cena e la colazione molto buone e anche se non abbiamo potuto godere di tutti i comfort presenti (per mancanza di tempo) siamo certi che questi aggiungano un plus non da poco alla struttura!

Daniel (5/5): - Das Personal war an der Theke sehr nett Das Zimmer roch jeden Tag stark nach Kanalisation, sodass man ständig das Fenster öffnen musste, um den Geruch loszuwerden. Leider war das Zimmer schon ziemlich alt. Für diesen Preis, zumal ohne Frühstück, ist das nicht angemessen.

Walter (8/5): - Der gesamte Hotelbereich ist in mehrere Etagen gegliedert und bietet traumhaft schöne Ausblicke in die Umgebung. Der Pool war wider Erwarten im Oktober geöffnet und hatte 30 Grad Wassertemperatur, sehr sauber und lädt zum Baden und Schwimmen ein. Frühstück wird in mehreren Varianten serviert und ist sehr umfangreich. Sehr bemühtes Personal beim Frühstücksdienst. Weinkarte wird in Form eines Tablets gereicht. Ein reichliches Angebot, aber es fehlt leider die Übersichtlichkeit. Ein Glas (0,1 l) Wein kostet bis zu € 12,-. Da darf man dann auch erwarten, das die Weinflasche am Tisch präsentiert wird. Sollte in einem kulinarisch so hoch ausgezeichneten Haus zum Standard gehören wie eben auch eine traditionelle gedruckte Getränkekarte.
Gerhard (8/5): Gutes Niveau mit kleinen Schwächen, Wiederholungsbuchung nicht ausgeschlossen - Schönes Haus mit gutem Ambiente und Design (z.B. Geschirr) im Restaurant und der restlichen Infrastruktur. Ebenso das inklusive Parkgaragenangebot. Originelles Frühstücksangebot zu moderatem Preis das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Aussenpool mit 30° im Gebirge eine tolle Überraschung. Fehlende Ablageflächen in Bad/WC im alten - jedoch gut erhaltenem und sauberen - Standardzimmer. Tipp für Gäste: Bei Buchung sorgfältig auf die Zimmerauswahl achten da es offensichtlich große Unterschiede bei den Zimmertypen gibt. Tipp für Betrieb: Buffet bei Frühstück würde Aufwand und konsumierte Menge reduzieren. Sehr hohe Weinpreise (ca. €12.- für 0,1 Glas). Restaurantmitarbeiter in Sachen Beratung (ausgenommen Frühstücksservice) schulen. Gefühlt würde zum Stil des Hauses eine gedruckte Speise,- Getränkekarte anstatt der Tablets besser passen.

Annika (8/5): - Frühstück sowie Abendessen ist wirklich sehr gut und ein Erlebnis. Wir haben uns jeden Tag auf den Abend gefreut und das Essen sehr genossen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und ermöglichen jeden Wunsch. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön, vor allem zum Abend. Wer ein schönes Hotel, das Wert auf Essen und gute Drinks sucht ist hier genau richtig! Das einzige was wir zu „bemängeln“ haben, ist, dass die Sauna und der Wellnessbereich relativ klein ist.

Noam (8/5): - החדר גדול ונוח, מרפסת עם נוף מהמם להרים, בריכה מחוממת וארוחת בוקר מעולה. המקלחת קצת קטנה וצפופה והזרם חלש, למלון יש מסעדה לארוחת ערב והמחירים בה גבוהים, הרגשנו שאין תמורה למחיר שם והמלון ממוקם בכפר שאין בו יותר מדי מגוון לבחור בו לארוחת ערב, חשוב לקחת זאת בחשבון.
