- Pauli (9/5): Lo recomiendo :) - Habitación grande y cómoda. Ducha con buena presión y agua caliente. Minibar.

- Thaina (9/5): - Owners are adorable, very willing to help. Breakfast is massive and tasty (be aware that coffee will be literally cold, but is ok for this hot weather). Everything is clean despite the fridge (moldy). They offer free bikes too, 10-15min cycling to the old town, is fun. Was a good stay! First day there was a cockroach walking in my pillow that disappeared after, so the owner immediately moved me to the second floor which was actually better (more privacy). No cockroaches seen after.
- Zi (10/5): Excellent! - Very clean with friendly and helpful host. Free bikes! Great breakfast was included! It’s a Homestay, so you cannot expect it like a hotel. The water supply went off in the midst of shower.
- Adriana (10/5): Amazing hosts! Free bikes and breakfast - Incredible hosts - attentive, kind, made us feel at home (best in 2 months!). Free bikes, delicious big breakfast, quiet location halfway to beach & town. Clean room with A/C, minibar - everything we needed! Thanks for a perfect stay!
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet residential area with a few other homestays nearby. The free bikes were great as you could get in to the old town in 10-15 mins and it was a nice ride if you go along the river.
The breakfast was great.
The couple running the homestay were so lovely and accommodating with us, communication was sometimes a bit difficult but it never caused any problems 🙂. .
- Brandi (8/5): Very kind hosts, a quiet room, and a few bugs. - Really kind hosts. A lovely breakfast every morning that included fruit and coffee or tea. A very quiet neighborhood away from the tourist area. Comfortable bed and large room. They provide bicycles to get around for free, but we walked. There certainly was a humidity/mold problem with the room. It was okay once we aired it out after arriving. There's a fan and AC, but there was mildew in the fridge. That said, everything we used, like sheets and towels, were clean. There were some cockroaches in the bathroom. We realized after awhile that leaving the small light on in the bathroom stopped them from coming in. Otherwise, we were killing at least 2 large ones in the bathroom per day. They do provide flip-flops, which worked well to kill the cockroaches. :)
- Hannes (9/5): Cute little homestay! - I had to pick an affordable place for spontanious one night stay in Hoi An and I found this place. The family was happy to take me in. It's a little far from the center but the host let me borrow one of their bicycles to see the town.
My room and bathroom were in clean shape. The bathroom was large. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast menu had several options and included one hot drink. In addition, my room had a functioning fridge, though I didn't need to use it.
Despite the tiny language barrier, I felt welcomed here! Nothing major.
- Sebastien (9/5): Superb - Nice place to visit Hoi an , not far from old city and beach. Hosts are very welcome , free bike and good breakfast.
- Nikki (9/5): Quiet backstreet homestay - The owners were lovely but don't speak a word of English so get Google translate ready 😅 They kindly organised motorbike rental at an incredibly modest price. My bed was the most comfortable of my trip and smelt fresh and clean. Breakfast was acceptable but not special. The pancake was more like a Spanish omelette 😆 The coffee was cold.
- Anh (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and quiet location. The owner is friendly. Free breakfast.
- Lorenzo (10/5): Exceptional - Location is just 15 mins walking from the city centre, but this wonderful and warm family provides you free bicycle and you can stay just outside the chaotic main centre. House is clean and breakfast really good. Fantastic place!

- Maria (10/5): Perfect stay, great breakfast ♥️ - super nice stay, the owners are incredible ❤️ great breakfast, the room is super clean and spacious. really recommend this place.
- Monika (10/5): True homestay - A true homestay. ♥️ I booked for two nights, ended up staying 5. It is in a quiet area which is perfect.
Run by a lovely humble familly. It felt like parents. Very attentive that you have what you need, delicious breakfast included, you have to choose out of some options the night before. Bicycles as well included which is perfect to go around the city or in. I used them to go to the beachside as well. In any place there is something that you might not fully like but whatever it is, the lovely family can help you with
- Mylène (10/5): Amazing place - We loved everything during our stay. The hosts are very kind and smiley, they were always making sure we had everything we needed. We could use the bikes for free everyday. The location of the house is really good too, it's in a quiet neighbourhood in between the old town and the seaside. There are many good restaurants nearby. The bedroom was cosy and clean, with a fan and aircon. The breakfast was so delicious (the bread was like proper French baguette!). The hosts were kind enough to serve the last breakfast at 6 as we had to leave at 7 for the airport. Don't hesitate to stay there!
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional - Sweetest people! And great breakfast included, different choices. Bicycles included! Great service. Close to old centre.
- Matilda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (10/5): Amazing host, unforgettable Cao Lao - I was amazed by how friendly & helpful the host, Thao, was. She even came to pick us up & made us the most wonderful Cao Lao. Location wise, it is so much better than staying in the centre. It is quiet & beautiful & a very easy ride. The rooms we had were wonderful, super comfy beds & wonderful balconies. I truly cannot praise Thao & her villa enough, absolutely wonderful & the only place I will stay in Hoi An.
- Liam (10/5): Friendly family. - Great homestay the family were really nice and had alot of information on local tours. Rooms were clean and good Aircon. free bikes were great to go 1km to the town.
- Vincent (8/5): Friendly homestay with excellent service - This homestay family is very friendly and helped us to get train tickets from Danang to Nha Trang at cheaper rates than on the Vietnam Railway website. The room was clean and charming in a quiet village type of place. They provided us with free of charge bicycles which was great to go to the Old Town of Hoi An. Pleasant stay overal
- Priscilla (10/5): - Une famille adorable, une chambre parfaite ! Ce qui est rare pour ce prix La. Un petit déjeuner généreux avec des fruits offerts :) honnêtement un de mes meilleures moments au Vietnam ! :)
